Love Netflix. When everything on TV is reruns, reruns, reruns, it is so refreshing to go to Netflix to watch something you haven't yet seen. It's reasonably priced and has a great variety of things to watch. My family loves it and uses it a lot.
My husband has movies for him. My grandchildren's account have movies for them. We received a trial and will renew when its time. My husband is a truck driver and watches on phone computer and kindle. My granddaughters have a smart tv and works great there too.
Netflix really have upped their game over the last few years. Now that they do their own tv shows without ads, I am a fan for life. I rarely watch any old tv shows and films anymore but I am always looking forward to their own shows.

I have been a member of Netflix for years and only have streaming plus one D. V. D. Out at a time. The problem I have with streaming is that there are not a lot to select from, as far as movies go. I still couldn't be without Netflix! I LOVE movies!
The movies offered on their streaming service are mostly quite old and new releases are only available by signing up for the DVD option (extra $$). Also, their list of new releases usually does not include the latest releases, and you need to actually know the name of the movie you want and search for it (it is usually there, just not advertised up front). There is no easy way to contact them (like so many online businesses these days). So, 3.5 stars on user friendliness, 4.5 stars on actual delivery of service provided (which is pretty good overall).
Netflix continued charging my credit card even after cancellation. They said that somebody reinstated my membership but no emails or notifications were sent that the membership was re-activated. I just found out because they sent me an email that my credit card has expired.

Wide choices... streaming works well... go online to browse titles is easier than using on screen browser (which is still pretty good). Sometimes the 'because you watched___' list is not well chosen, other times it finds you something great you would have missed -- so I browse them too.
Not enough selection of intelligent dramas. Netflix is heavy on third rate zombie movies and cops and robbers trash. Yes the blockbuster movies are there, but nothing to feed your interest in extraordinary movies. Or even old "classics". Just run of the mill stuff here.
