I got a 50$ sweatshirt and it was poorly cut … big and square… arms 3 inches too long…. Not 100% cotton….and a tee that was also huge for the size xl and was not soft or nearly as vivid as the pictures. They were nice about processing the return…I imagine they do a lot of returns. However I was charged for the return.
I ordered gifts for a few friends, and they were really unique, and my friends loved them. I decided to order one of the short tunic dresses to wear with jeans as a top. The color looked like a bright spring green, very nice for the warmer season coming up. When it arrived, the color was more of a drab olive, and the dress was huge. I immediately send it back. I was charged both ways for shipping, so on a $62 order, I got about $47 back! If the color was accurate, I would have kept the item. I wrote twice with no reply to ask if they would refund the return shipping because the description did not match how it looked in person. The reply did not go to junk mail or anything, just no reply. I will not order again ever.
Early July placed large sale order for $250 ish.
July 12, received shipping notice that it went out.
July 25, never got it, they said it was "lost" and some things broke.
July 26 get an email they resent entire order minus two items that cant even break - but whatever, just send it
August 10 I get an email stating every single item has been refunded to me
August 11 Cust Svc claims that was a mistake and package had not even been shipped so another agent refunded me. I am not offered my items that were supposedly not sent. I am offered a 20% off code.
August 11. What a waste of my time and efforts. Never again.
I've bought a couple of things from Natural Life. The quality is just not good. A table I purchased had fabric that was damaged upon arrival. I contacted them to return the item, but was informed it would cost me money to ship the item back. I basically had no choice but to accept credit for future purchases. It was not the full amount of the table neither. It was half the price. I have been holding on to this credit for almost two years because there's just nothing I'm interested in anymore. They no longer make furniture like items. It's mostly clothing. Reached out to them and they basically said nothing could be done. If you think about buying anything from this company, know that you're basically not going to be able to get your money back for anything if you're unhappy with it.
They do have really cute things and I love their products. However, I bought something that was too big. I made it all the way through the return process only to discover at the end that I would be charged the return fee. Unless, of course, I got a store credit. In this day and age, this just seems antiquated and a good way to lose customers. Now, I don't feel like shopping there anymore.
I never received my items and the order confirmation disappeared a week after purchase. I forgot about it and now it's too late to get my money back! ZERO customer service
I ordered a dress, the reviews said true to size, but when I got it it was huge! It sagged open on both sides and showed my whole bra. When I inquired about returning it, I was informed I have to pay to ship it back, and will not be refunded for the shipping I paid to get this circus tent sent to me. Completely unfair. I will never order from them again, I basically paid them 16 dollars to try on a dress that doesnt fit. Very unhappy
I ordered a Christmas gift for my niece on dec 6th it was to arrive on the 16th but never did. After many emails and auto generated responses I am going to assume a lose. I Definitely do NOT recommend this company.
I have spent a ridiculous amount of money the last few months since I found Natural Life. I love so many things and just want to buy more. The prices are a little expensive, but like every department store brand, they have sales and clearance items. I have not worn anything that I haven't gotten a compliment on. The company is a breath of fresh air with fun packaging and relatively quick service (about 2 weeks). Natural life has a "gift section" that has reasonable-priced unique items that would make anyone smile and feel special. Who doesn't love a company that empowers woman with love and light! Thanks Natural life for putting a smile on my face every time I put you on!
One last comment... gift cards! Easy peasy and you don't have to pay shipping! (Besides the e-cards are really cute and it's an easy last minute gift!
I love Natural Life and all the products. This is casual wear, not fine wear. I have been buying their products for years from a local gift shop, and only have purchased clothes during the pandemic. I am completely happy. I do have to get a size a bit larger than normal, but since I am home working, who cares! They fit well, nice fabric - even the tshirts and sweatshirts.
I have placed several orders with Natural Life and have not had any issues with a single thing. I have purchased curtains, bathroom rug, collapsible bins, little wooden hooks and a throw pillow. I did not order anything that was sized like clothing or bedding, so I can't speak to that. The only time I have spoken with customer service, I was completely satisfied with the representative. Shipping is not the fastest or the slowest, but I have to mention that each time I have unpacked a box from NL, everything is very nicely packaged (almost lovingly) and much care was taken when arranging items in the shipping box.
I'm not sure if the bad reviews of this company were during Covid or maybe they have replaced the old employees, but I am more than pleased with everything.
I have ordered tons of things for gifts and myself. Havent gotten anything that i didnt love! Everything they sell is very cute and unique. Great quality too! Ive returned a couple of things due to getting a duplicate, or wrong size, and returns have always been quite easy. I have no complaints regarding this company. Repeat, repeat, and repeat customer!
I have ordered 3 dresses from them. I am older so I were a tee underneath my spaghetti strap dresses. I can't tell you the amount of compliments I get on these dresses. Dressed up or down, they are perfect. These dresses are great for the warm Florida days as well as the steamy humid periods in New England.
I was sent an email with a free shipping code which stated "Free shipping on everything, No minimum... just use the Promo Code at checkout!". When I got to the checkout and entered the code, it said it was not valid for the items in my cart. I contacted the company about it, because I figured it was an error. I read the small print, the code was supposedly still valid, but they did nothing for me and were fine with just losing the sale. The reality is, this is a classic bait and switch tactic. They are dishonest and the products I received in the past take ages to arrive and are of very poor quality. Stay away from this company. One giant headache. There are better and more honest businesses out there offering much better quality items.
My order was supposedly shipped on June 30th. I paid over $200 for items and I am unable to track them. I am getting super frustrated and most likely going to be asking for a refund so.i can order from a site that is better about keeping customers updated on their orders. Most likely my first and last time ordering from this company.
The clothes are well-made and descriptions are accurate however, as a first time buyer, I followed their size chart the first time and all the items were a bit big. I exchanged them for the next size down and they were a bit small. I was charged $10.70 for the exchange (which should have been free) and another $9.30 for the final return. I paid $20 just to try the garments on! I will never order from this company again as it has left me with a very bad feeling.
I just received my second order of the mix & match bed sheets, and I love them! Love the colors and patterns, and the quality is good as well. Both orders were priced well, were purchased with a great promotion, and arrived quickly and without issue. I look forward to shopping here again soon.
I discovered Natural Life when I googled "mix and match sheets." I ordered so many things when I found them. I hope to own their entire collection of sheets (the more to mix and match with). I think I own their entire collection of animal mugs: sloth, unicorn, llama, etc. So many more things I want to order when I save enough money. I was born in the 60's. Keep it going NL!
I ordered the Backrest Pillow Vintage Floral. It came in a 2 inch width 3 foot long box. I took it out and tried to fluff it and even threw it in fluff on the dryer and what a light piece of junk. It's not as good as a pillow. VERY disappointed and played havoc getting it vacuumed back into this dumb box to send back. WOW
I will return here to this site and fully review my shipped order once it's here. Yes, like many other ladies that experienced the mid late 70's graduating from HS and starting out life... we owned the time period and started the trends of fashion at this time. I texted about the order, and man oh man. The person on the other side basically instructed me how to communicate to her./him ( attempted to correct me). We live in an age where we have to be savvy to convey correctly via texts.
Demerits to this constumer service person. Probably needs a class concerning... I will review my order and post once I receive.
