I ordered several things for Christmas. This was on December 1. It is now January 7, and I've never received anything. I had to run out at the last minute and replace these gifts that I had for friends and family, I have asked for a refund so many times and I just get this robot message that my refund has been granted but yet I've never seen it, don't be fooled by this company they make it seem like it's American made bohemian and all that it's just cheap Chinese garb! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and apparently I'm not the first and won't be the last
I had an order that was sent to the wrong address and delivered. They refused to give me a refund. I have bought so many times and I was very disappointed in how how they treated me this time after ordering from them for such a long time
I waited 2 wks for my order going to Canada just to be HANDED OVER to their shipper (Asendia: who also gets horrible reviews I now found out as well)...as the only tracking number I got still kept saying 'info rec'd, waiting for shipment'...never any movement/progress of getting my order to Canada, and after more than 2 wks since placing order, Asendia STILL hasn't even received my order (according to Asendia's email to me telling me this), but the constant back and forth emails with Natural Life customer service just keeps telling me they shipped it (they take zero responsibility if there is some issue with their shipping dept? Or shipping company?)...just keep telling the customer to 'give it time'...so I had to resort to filing a complaint thru Paypal (and also posted complaint on BBB), because their customer service (LIES) is getting me nowhere. I still have to wait for my Paypal claim to end, to find out if I'll get my $85.95 back. This order was a bereavement gift to my older sister who had to deal with the recent death of both my mother and my younger sister, and with my living in Calif. I couldn't be there to help. Up to now I didn't have any issues getting my orders if being shipped from Natural Life either to me or to other friends in the USA i sent gifts to, and so wanted to send something 'happy' to my sister in Canada. Well Natural Life royally not only screwed this up, but now i have to deal with fighting to get my money back (as they are still lying =claiming they sent order out). If my paypal claim resolution ends up siding with them, I will then have to deal with filing a new claim directly thru my credit card co. This HOURS/DAYS of WASTED TIME and AGGRAVATION (while I myself am trying to deal with the loss of my mom and younger sister) is totally UNACCEPTABLE and HARDLY the outcome I expected from a company that touts selling 'happy products' to make your life more positive...instead all they did was create a hell of an email/claims nightmare for me! I am so done with this company now!
I ordered the mismatched sheets and the basic pillow cases (some ruffles pillow cases) and they were fine though I didn't wash and dry but one sheet. But, I ordered a unique quilt material pillow case shams and what was promised on the site was not sent. I would expect that from Temu, Wish.com or SHEIN. Not for a legit business. Makes me nervous about future purchases because I got the sham set on sale for $25 and the regular price was $55. A $55 misadvertisement? I don't know why review sites are not letting me leave a photo.
I placed an order 4 days ago. Once placed, immediately realized that the order would not arrive in time for a very important social event. I called Natural Life and emailed. I never received any response. I continued to call for the next 3 days and when I finally reached someone they told me they couldnt help me. Thank you Natural Life
Most horrible customer service ever. If you return any item that is defective, they charge you a return shipping fee. Also if you do not receive a package or it's stolen, they only refund you 50% back or they give you a credit. I had opened a dispute after not receiving package then next day it was delivered to me damaged. So i called my credit card company to close the dispute, I then returned the damaged dresses. After 30 days later i still have not received a refund even though I sent them proof from my Credit card account that the dispute is closed and sent them my credit card account showing i was re-charged for the dresses. They have still refused to refund me with an excuse that its the bank holding the funds. What a night mare. I will never ever order from this company again.
Have and I would not recommend purchasing from them. I purchased sheets and pillowcases. Cheaply made, the pillowcases are too small and do not fit standard pillows. The colors did not look the same in person. The material had a chemical smell I could never get out. I tried baking soda, vinegar, specialty products to take odors out. Nothing worked. Also the material says it's cotton, but very scratchy, not soft. The stitching looks very unprofessional as well. I wonder where the fabric is being sourced from. I waited too long (over 30 days) to return. I don't think they will be in business long. I can't imagine wearing the clothes.
Stay clear of this company. They do not honor their mistakes. The consumer is left with merchandise that doesn't fit. Their shipping takes a minimum of ten days. They take too long to get back to the customer. They want your money, but won't take responsibility for their mistakes. Im going to file complaints with as many consumer agencies as i can.
I ordered over $100.00 from this company December 24 2023. It is March 15 2024
They say it was shipped someone must have taken it not reahippes delivered March 14 2024. So sad and mad
I never received my order. Tracking sends me to a no URL page not found. I have tried to email to no avail. Glad I only spent $36
I ordered my wife a dress that was $72 and a beautiful hair clip that was $12 for our wedding gift and did this on a friends phone so it would be a surprise. When ordering I did not realize that the iPhone auto populated an old address that my order was shipped and delivered to. I went by the address which is an hour away from me to find out that the lady said she returned the package. I called customer service who told me they could see it was ordered on and iPhone so the address was probably auto populated and there was nothing they could do. This was my second order and will be my last. I was not asking for a refund just want what I ordered as a gift for my wife. My wife has ordered over $2,000 worth of items over the past two years and she said she has had a piece of clothing not fit or something messed up on the item and was told to keep it as well as refunded her money but I can't get the dress and hair clip replaced and shipped to the correct address. I will be letting everyone I can know about my experience. My wife and I will not be ordering from Natural Life again unless this is made right. Thanks for reading and be careful when you order!
I found this store online through a Google search for modest dresses. I ordered two dresses and some tees, among other things, from this store. The quality was good for the price on sale, as described, and the fabrics were super soft. I was in between sizes for one of the dresses and so emailed my measurements to customer service. They got back to me within a few hours with advice and the dress fits great. I learned later on Reddit that there are copycat companies based in China with unresponsive customer service and long shipping times that literally copy their website and make poor copies of their clothes, likely to steal your credit card info. Make sure you buy from the legit site, not through social media links!
I ordered about $50 worth of merchandise and got several confirmations that my order was on the way. Almost 2 months later and still no merchandise, only a round robin of tails where my order is held up. Beware, I'm one that got swindled by this company.
I should have know that the prices were too good to be true. Never received my items and no way to contact anyone for my money back.
Shipping took almost 2 weeks and to return an item costs $8. The clothing is overpriced for mediocre quality. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered 12/09 Never received Christmas items. Called them, emailed them several times...nothing. Called my bank and they refunded amt. This is a scam on giant scale!
While I love Free People, their prices and sometimes strange cut of clothing make buying frequently out of the question. Along came Natural Life, with clothes that remind me of some FP lines, but more modestly cut and at a better price point. While I rely on reviews of each item to guide my purchases, sometimes I find they don't fit like the reviewers say they do. Returns will cost you $8 from your refund (this is becoming all too common with online shopping) or you can get store credit with an additional $7.95 added on to your total. I opt for credit because I'm always buying something from them, and my $50 return amounts to $57.95 in credit so that's a win in my book. But what really struck me was when I left a review on an item that was great quality but not quite a great fit for my (short) body. They contacted me and thanked me for my review and were sending my comments to their design team because they are always looking to improve their offerings. What company responds like that in this day and age? They have solidified my love of this brand.
