Don't purchase anything at this site and expect to be treated with any regard! Owner is rude...argumentative and just plain nasty!!! Fault customer for his On-Line Order process where the site does not process the payment to the bank...but sends out a paid invoice. No follow up on the status and therefore workers aren't reviewing the orders for final shipment. Ask for credit card to be read over the phone when the credit card has previously been submitted. A simply apology for your mistake won't kill you! Treated first time customer the equivalent of garbage. Just awful!!!!

I'd not go so far as to call it a scam business - they'll basically send you what you ordered eventually. So first the good part:

I ordered a loft bed from them, which was supposed to include the lumber, cut and sanded, and optionally stained (didn't go for this, wanted to stain myself).

It arrived after a few weeks and was missing an option, which they promptly mailed me without charging me for shipping again. So that's the good.

Here's the bad: the wood is very poor quality, with knots, cracks, and spliters. It's not well cut - the pieces don't fit together nicely. The sanding job is laughable. It's like they passed a sander over it once as ceremony rather than actually to make a quality product. It's a rushed job that's not worth the money. Honestly it'd be better to buy the plans and get the lumber from Home Depot or something and cut it your self.

The other thing that's not bad with a capital B, but a fairly skeezy, is that one of the owners or workers of the business Sam Marion puts fake 5 star reviews everywhere (including here).

I purchase corner curio, dining table and foldable bed from here. The furniture is stylish and comfortable. I am very happy with the quality and service we receive. No shipping charges.
