This company is a sham. The customer service is horrible. I paid for painted wood, it was primer and the wood had crack and holes throughout. I immediately called Jonah and his response was "tell the driver to take it back." They are trying to charge me a restocking fee - for a bunch of poor pieces of wood.

Read reviews before you buy. The good reviews are ones that the company puts to look good.
Products used:
loft full size bed with steps - requested the item be painted. I immediately returned after opening box and seeing the poor horrible workmanship. They are selling the public garbage.
