It was better than I expected for the price. I just bought a fishing boat, and I don't have a covered place to park it. I bought this cover to keep the rain and leaves out. I do recommend you buy or make a pole or brace to help keep water from pooling on top.
I purchased a golf cart cover from National Covers that was advertised to fit the make and model of our golf cart. Unfortunately, the cover does not fit and is poorly functioning. Despite the company selling a product that is unusable and of poor quality, they charged me an 18% re-stocking fee. I also had to pay for shipping to return it, which was $65. By the end, I will receive half of my money back for a poor quality, nonfunctioning golf cart cover. Not that this is surprising but when I contacted Customer Service, the agent explained that she gets these types of calls all the time and there is nothing she can do about it. She admitted that they frequently lose business, but their policy has never changed and reminded me that it is listed on the website. This is type of customer service and return policy is ridiculous for an on-line only company.
Have been on BBB web site and YouTube. Reviews are not good. Now Amazon can not find or confirm my order, constantly getting the run around and no confirmation of shipping date from "Lauren " the manger. They didn't waste no time of taking the money from my account, so far from 192 plus another 115 dollars for correction of ordering cover that supposedly will fit cart. But no new order no# or confirmation no# than one's given time of order, but no new ones after change of color and so correction of fit...
My first experience with national. I ordered a bimini top, frame and hardware in early Aug 2020.
Supposed to be stocked item. It took me 3 weeks to receive. And, they sent me the wrong item! I hate returning stuff. Did submit for return, for them to arrange pick-up, and asked them to expedite, what I ordered.
Sent 2 emails, left 2 messages in 3 days without a courtesy call or contact.
Guess they figured, they got paid.
Knowing what I know, now. I wouldn't order again from these guys!

I was very surprised to see this quality for the cost of the cover. Even though it's not a fitted cover, it still looks decent when it's tightened up right. The outboard motor will not cover and needs a separate cover.
Was sent the incorrect boat cover. Had to purchase the correct one, then they wouldn't honor a refund of the WRONG cover that they sent me. Absolutely abysmal business practice. Do not purchase from them.
I purchased a boat cover from them, with a 7year warranty. After 1.5 years it ripped in 2 places. I sewed them up. After another year 2 more huge rips in new places. I asked to get a return under the Warranty. The said since I had sewn up the first rips, that voided my warranty.
Ordered Bimini and poles and only 1/2 of order arrived. We called and they said they would send it out right away. Three weeks and still waiting! ZERO customer service from young woman who answered the phone, who said, "it's not our fault!" and the Manager who will not return calls.
This company did not stand behind the seven year warranty. I purchased a 26 foot boat cover and after five years all the seam stitching started to come loose and open up. The cover came with a seven year warranty which means nothing after you made the purchase. They told me they would give me $50.00 to have it repaired which good luck trying to find anyone to even look at it let alone repair it. They ended up only paying me haft the cost of the $200 dollar repair bill to have someone repair the terrible job they originally stitched. The material held up but they do not stand behind workmanship.
I ordered the upgrade cover from here, 12 days later it comes in and does not even almost fit my boat. I told the the year make and model before ordering. It's now 8 days since I requested a return still no refund. I asked if they was going to add x2 ft to each side and send me one that fit only to be told they do not have a template of my boat.so if they don't have this to begin with what did they send me and why did they take my money. So for about a month my money is tied up for no reason. I wouldn't order a cover for a skateboard here. NEVER AGAIN
I was assured that the travel cover I ordered would fit my boat. It wasn't even close and would have caused damage to the fabric to use it. After several attemptes to order a proper fitting cover, thay finally admitted that their patterns were wrong and that they were not able to supply one that fit. Returning the cover under their so called "30 DAY FIT GUARANTEE" warranty was a complete nightmare and a fight at every step of the way. They won't pay shipping! Months later, they made zero effort to remove my boat model from their on-line ordering tool. I would never deal with national boat covers ever again and would highly recommend looking elsewhere!
On March 1st 2019, we purchased a boat cover. The cost was over $300 and the website states they have a warranty for all covers and it all seemed legit. DO NOT buy from this company. The material is very poor. Our cover ripped and they are stating it is not covered and wouldn't even offer half price for a new one. As a matter of fact, they would not do anything at all. The "warranty" is not true and the material is very poor quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I'm reading all these bad reviews and I just don't get it. My Bimini arrived really, really fast and, although I understood I was buying an inexpensive product, the Bimini top far exceeded my expectations. It even included tools for installation.
Order a boat cover that National said they shipped but I never received. When calling National the lady basic response was " Not our fault, you need to call Fed EX " How in the world a company with so many 1 star reviews are still in business I will never understand. Terrible Costumer Service, can't even imagine trying to use the warranty the proclaim to have!
Checked in with the company about a new replacement bimini top for my pontoon. Their advertisement says "made to order". After stating the exact specifications for my specific boat, I was informed that they did not have that top. I inquired about their ad saying "made to order" and was informed that, "made to order" is not custom. According to my search "made to order' is the same as custom, and customer specifications, so for them to say made to order they really mean made to their specifications, not yours. Basically, it's off the shelf with a basic size that may or may not fit your craft. Price is good, if it fits.
Purchased a boat cover that is advertised as being used to trailer while traveling. It ripped to shreds in first 2 hours of traveling. Warranty was not honored because it was ripped while trailering which they advertised it's used for but won't cover warranty if damaged while trailering. Makes no sense this company is a joke. If purchasing a cover from them which I would highly recommend not doing so just no you will have no warranty if damaged while towing boat. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!
Ordered my bimini end of May 2020, they said would ship in 2-3 weeks. Now going on 6 weeks and they say will take additional 10 days and can't even gaurantee that! Several calls to them with no one answering/long holds with disconnects and finally they answer with this delay. VERY POOR customer service, they are a subsidiary of Eevelle boat covers so watch out who you order from.
Placed an order for a boat cover and was told it would be shipped within 5-7 business days. A month later and many hours wasted on the phone with no call back or answer we finally got in touch with someone on the chat service. Their word were " i see this is order is extremely late and i can expidite this to the orders department". No thank you, since you have already billed us we would like to cancel the order and be refunded the money. We will see how that process works. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I wish i had read the reviews before ordering.
Bought a new top for my boat. Had timey shipping. Installed the top. Directions aren't really easy to follow but doable. Was shorted 2 thumb screws. Wrote the customer service and how to get 2 replacements even if I needed to buy them. They wanted photos of all the packing, bags of the box. Who takes photos of an item you buy before you open it and it's contents. 2nd email asking how do I buy them. Their reply was no photos... we can't help. You can have the best product but if your service socks, I'm done. I wasn't asking for free. I was willing to pay. I will go somewhere else next time.
I ordered a top for my boat from them on July 15th because it was listed as in stock and would ship July 16th. Here it is July 29th and I haven't heard from them since they took my money. I've tried emailing and calling to get some info on my order but have not heard from them at all. I've left several voicemails and still no reply. I'm wondering if this is even a legitimate business. I've disputed the charge with my cc company because I believe they are a fraud.

Answer: New cart owner, need cover for weather storage and another for for use in bad weather. Found and ordered thru Amazon now they can not even find order.
