Looks like it is not a valid company. Reported to BBB and canceled credit card charge

As of this moment I would say yes. Ordered on 18th of October, still no tracking no#.

This company is a joke! Our cover lasted 1 year. They would not back up their warranty coverage and offered no help at all. Total SCAM! BEWARE!
