Warranty Debacle
August 7, 2023

I purchased a Bimini Top for my 21 foot pontoon. Within the warranty period some stitching came out under normal use. When I contacted the claim department the quickly pulled up my order. They asked for picture of the two damaged areas. I sent them, asked for serial number, I took a picture and sent that. The had other questions which I answered. After the told me that they had the information they needed. The asked me to take pictures of the top from multiple sides. I had taken the top off, so I could put they new one on. It seems that the just keep coming back with more items in hope they wear the buyer out, so he will forget about it.
Very disappointed customer

So far, so good! We have used this for several months now, and it has worked out great. Fits your boat perfectly, is durable, and is weather-resistant. We love the straps that clip around the trailer.

I bought this as a replacement for the first one I bought four years ago because I didn't want to not be able to find it when I needed it. Four harsh winters in, and my original is still going strong. I may never need this replacement.

It was better than I expected for the price. I just bought a fishing boat, and I don't have a covered place to park it. I bought this cover to keep the rain and leaves out. I do recommend you buy or make a pole or brace to help keep water from pooling on top.

I was very surprised to see this quality for the cost of the cover. Even though it's not a fitted cover, it still looks decent when it's tightened up right. The outboard motor will not cover and needs a separate cover.

Does not fit.

It said it will fit a boat up to 19' 6" my boat is 18' 6" and still it is about a foot short, and it is a weird shape. I think it would fit a hot air balloon better. Over all quality looks good, now I will see if customer care is as bad as everyone has been writing about. Stay tuned

Not understanding the website totally or the details of what was being ordered I emailed and asked questions then placed my order for what I thought was a 10 ft canvas top only and no frame. Instead I received an 8 ft canvas top with frame and it doesn't fit. They want 20% restocking fee plus me paying to ship it back.

Received my order and was absolutely disappointed.

No poles nothing to support the top!

Website is very deceiving, looks like you are getting the poles and supports and only receive the top!

In texting back and forth was able to order the poles and supports! Still waiting on the order!

We ordered an $800 boat cover, to have it split down the seam after 1 use. We were told we would be given no more than $75 to repair locally. When asked if we could return/exchange or have them repair, they said none were options. I spoke with Nicole, and she was short and rude. When asked to speak with a supervisor to escalate our claim, I was told that is not an option. Disappointed and unsure how they are promoting 5 stars on their website.

Bought the cover to keep my Regulator 29 clean in the driveway. Boat comes standard with rod holders on the tee top. After 4 months of use the cover ripped at the rod holder. Called and Sent pictures claim was denied immediately. I bought the more expensive cover looking for better quality, 7 year warranty is a scam. Pre-purchase when talking to tech support i was told you could cover the boat for the winter in the north east with this cover. Didn't make it through the first summer.

Ordered a cover from Website. Clearly states it comes with straps. None were included. When I FINALLY reached someone, they said it was a typographical error. Agent was very rude and refused to transfer me to anyone else. I asked to speak to a manager and SHE hung up on me. By the way, the straps are $20. They lost a customer over $20. Seriously?

Bait and switch!

We ordered a mooring cover in May for a 34' boat. Our boat year, make and model was included in their drop downs so we expected no issues with fit. It arrived in late June and was too short. After going through the hassle of returning it we were told a different cover would likely be better for us and should fit a boat up to 36'. We agreed and paid an up charge. The next cover was EVEN SHORTER. We returned it, provided measurements and photos. Since we couldn't get a straight answer or replacement we said just round it up to 37' and be done with it. Now they want another $245 and we've been without a cover all summer. Do NOT waste your time.

I ordered a bimini top replacement canvas for nearly $400. After 2 months the canvas is tearing at every seam. Their best offer is for me to take it off my boat, locate an upholsterer, get them to fix their substandard product and reimburse me up to $50. What a joke. Only order from here if you want overpriced substandard products with poor service.

Ordered a boat cover. Checked twice on its delivery. Never was told it was out of stock. Received an email it shipped. Finally, three weeks later, was told it was out of stock and they still had not refunded my money. Horrible customer service

I ordered a boat cover in the fall and put it away for the winter. When I tried to put it on my boat for this first time, it did not fit properly at all!

Contacted customer service, was referred to Returns who said it was more than 30 days, too bad. Tried to follow up with them, no reply. Tried to follow up again, got the same form letter "more than 30 days".

Bad product, bad service!

I bought a Bimini top that was supposed to fit up to 103" laid on the floor it wasn't even their minimum width of 93" I believe they shipped me the wrong top. My frame width is 100" and they always have a little curve so that a given top parameter but laid flat on the floor without being on the frame it didn't make its minimum dimension. Argument I've customer service, I had to pay to ship plus 18% restock. On a $507.00 purchase with shipping I'm out $118.00 and got no top. Horrible company and policies. Even if they are wrong which they never admit. DO NOT BUY and be sure to read policies of any similar cover company.

My wife purchased a 500 dollar golf cart cover for my Christmas present. The quality of the product is good, but it does not fit our cart. Need to return it. The website is down and will not allow us to access the return form. Called the company. The response is rude and unprofessional. " We can't access it either". Like it is not our problem. It is their problem and it will be corrected somehow. The cart cover covers the back wheels very nicely while leaving the passenger and driver sides open to the elements. Don't know why I feel like being fair, but in fairness the cover would be extremely nice if it just fit the golf cart. Club Car Battery Onward Model. Dont risk it. We can't get them to help to return it for refund. What do you do with a golf cart cover that does not fit? The reviews are true. Customer service is the pits.
