Ordered 3 skirts. They sent and CHARGED me for two duplicate orders. And none of the skirts are the size they say they are on the site. I ordered an 8 got sent a 12. One another it says 8, it measures as a 4-6. The other is seamed wrong with button in the wrong place.
Refused to acknowledge this problem, Im returning and its gone to Visa to be resolved.
Total waste of time and energy. Just dont even bother.
This website was my go to place. My ENTIRE wardrobe including my bloody socks were from this site. I am never buying from it again. My order was canceled TWICE and absolutely no follow up.
Out of curiosity, I went on the site today, and they have replaced all the clothing with Forever21 crappy quality and poorly executed pieces for too much money. Where are all the great brands from before like Cheap Monday?

I don't know why this place has so many negative reviews. I've known about NastyGal for about two years now and I always would go on their website and just stare at their clothes because I loved them but never bought anything because it was just so expensive. Finally, last week, I ordered a dress from Nasty Gal; I ordered it Sunday night, paid no tax, and shipping was free. I received my dress on Thursday afternoon, four days later, and it was in perfect condition. No rips, no stains, no tears, my only complaint is that it's a little too big, I ordered a Medium and it fits like a Large. The dress was exactly like what it was on the website, and overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. Sure it was a tad bit overpriced ($78.00) but I'd definitely order from them again.
I can't believe anyone can give them higher then one star. If I could give a big zero I would. I placed an order when they had a very good sale in the amount of $200. The dresses I received looked nothing like the ones on the website. The quality is so bad it's laughable. I returned everything, didn't like even one thing. Was upset when I found out I had to pay them $24 to ship it back. It has been more then a month and still no refund on my account. USPS shows that they received the package a while back. Their phone number is not working the only way to get in touch with them is by email and I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Horrable experience will never shop with them again.
I ordered two T-shirt dresses, The Rolling Stones and the Janis Joplin one, in the pics they look to be well fitted, yet baggy, dresses. They're literally like XXXL T-shirts that are supposed to be cotton but feel synthetic. Sleeves come down past my elbows, the dresses are supposed to be size smalls, and they're wide enough to fit 2-3 of me inside the actual body of the shirt. I get the "oversized T-shirt dress" look, but this is garbage quality. Walmart has better quality clothing... and with the discounts I still paid $26.50 for each T-shirt plus shipping. To think without discounts they were charging over $50 for each "dress". Huge rip off. Oh, also my bag the T-shirt's were shipped in was torn open and dirty. Looks like it got run over and someone ripped it open to see what was inside.
This is a horrible e commerce website. They have lovely clothes that are overly priced and they screw you over if you return your clothes or exchange it for a different size. The refund took me over a month!
They dont value their customers time and money.

I used to LOVE Nasty Gal. It was my go to site I would check every couple months. I have great shoes and my all time favorite jacket purchased from Nasty Gal. No matter what I used to order the quality would be good. My last purchase I ordered about 15 items because of the sale and was shocked by the poor quality of every single item! So sad. I keep forgetting and continue to check the site until I remember. It's not the same.
I have ordered 2 dresses and one top.
The first dress was corrupted and the other did not make it although I paid for both.
Moreover the delivery person charged me 20 euros. Shipping costs...
I have opened a dispute and still trying to reach to some agreement.

I live in Ireland and had to wait over 6 weeks for my order to deliver, I ordered from the US plenty of times and the max I have had to wait is 3 weeks. When my order eventually arrived I was charged over 100 euro in custom fees, an absolute disgrace of a service! I cant underrate this site enough and my friend had the exact same experience with the customs charge. Nasty gal should sort this problem out pronto!
I am a first time shopper on Nasty Gal and I ordered some heels for a Halloween party and paid extra so they would ship in 6 days. I ordered them October 17th and it is now October 26th. I contacted customer service with the only contact information they provide which is an email and you wait 24 hours for a reply. I asked for a number to call and find out what I need to do to be refunded shipping. I was given the reply "we are an online store and we do not use phones". I then asked what I needed to do to get my shipping refunded and I was told to reach back out 02/11/2017 which has already passed. When I responded and asked if that was a typo, I was given the response "shipping is not free and we cannot refund this for you". I will never be shopping at Nasty Gal again and I will make sure all of my friends are aware of this incident. Horrible customer service and shipping is longer than promised.
Worst company ever! I bought something by mistake and they didn't cancel my order. The package arrived in terrible condition and the products have such poor quality. When I returned the items they charged me twice for shipping because something went wrong with their website and they didn't refund me either. ( They said it was an error from the third party company they hire and couldn't do anything about it. Well, you could call this company and take care of this problem). Never buying from this website EVER AGAIN!
My item shipped on 12/27 and its 1/14, my item is still 1000 miles away in Illinois. I PAID for shipping, it wasn't even free. It is honestly INSANE how long it takes, and in my opinion unacceptable. I swear their shipping partners take longer than normal. I am never ordering from this brand again. NOT worth it.
Amongst all the shops I have tried online, Nasty gal has the most reliable shipping I have ever had. I mean their items are very pricey but atleast one can rely on them unlike Missguided. I love me some nasty gal. Cant wait to receive my new item tomorrow!
I brought 4 different pairs of shoes at a US size nine. The shoes were small, and the one flat pair of miles had one shoe that was too small, while the other fit fine. Upon reporting this to customer service, they kept reinstating that I had to ship it back and use the original packaging. First of all, the package was sent in a plastic bag. You can't reuse that after ordering, and I believe the size variation was an issue because it came from the UK. I am beyond disgusted that they couldn't assist, even with the one distorted shoe, and it is my responsibility to find packaging and send it back. I've received better customer services for hair products. Let alone shoes! I will stick with DSW where sizes are real, and service is better.
First, a part of my order went out of stock after i had paid. I had to bring this to their attention, but customer service responded promptly and refunded me. Then, i never received the rest of my order as they said it must have got lost in the post. However, the customer service was good and I got a full refund for the items and the postage price. So disappointing as they have some really nice clothes! Just skeptical to order from them again as i feel like i will never receive my order lol.
I ordered these cute platform shoes from this site exactly 2 weeks from today and trusted this site because i've had friends who have ordered from Nasty Gal and also many youtube gurus trust this site. I still haven't received my order and after reading these reviews im scared thinking I will not receive these 100$ pair of shoes, I live in Canada so im assuming it'l take long to ship here, hopefully i get these in soon.
I bought a pair of pants off the site. I live in Canada, so i was already charged 10$ for shipping. This was fine until i was charged a Cash on Delivery fee of over 20$, which i was not notified about until i had no choice but to pay it at the door! Completely ridiculous and a scam. 30$ in shipping on a 30$ pair of pants... and no real proof that the parcel was even assessed by any kind of customs to deem a 20$ charge at the door. This is a scam. Never buying from here again!
I ordered a dress which looked really pretty online. A very simple maxi lace dress but when it arrived it was an extremely cheap lace and being 5'3 it didn't mention anything about length online so I thought if it was long it could be tailored but it was short on me too so god forbid anyone to be taller than me lol! Anyway wouldn't recommend anyone buying things from this website unless you don't mind cheap material.
I've been a loyal customer of this site for years and made several large purchases. Then try had a change in owners & couldn't log into my account. They had no record of me and my past orders AND a sizable store credit I had left. I was told there was nothing they could do about it since I didn't have a screenshot or email of it. Ridiculous! Too bad they lost a loyal customer. The site is also designed worse and the clothes have taken a cheap looking turn.
Because they don't use Canada Post or USPS - instead another courier company Landmark - the duty, taxes and brokerage fees tacked on to the order are horrendous. If you contact customer service about it, they patronizingly remind you that you checked a box agreeing to pay extra for applicable duty. I purchased a dress for $110, paid $12 shipping, and then was told I had to pay $50 more when it arrived. I ended up refusing the package - it will go back to NG and I'll eventually be refunded for it. I wanted the dress, but wasn't even sure it would fit properly - and wasn't going to pay $50 to find out! Shame on you Nasty Gal - pure robbery.

Answer: Hi! I had to order 2 sizes up... these clothes are made for slim petite women. If u are not then order at least one size up.
Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
