The quality of materials is cheap and the fit on my coat was bad so I initiated a return on 12/30; it is 1/31 today. I have been waiting a whole month for my refund, and even waited extra days, as the customer rep told me to. Nothing shows up when I try to track my return... I am still awaiting my refund. I have never been more dissatisfied with a company, and it is unfortunate that I have to go onto a public forum to demand they give me back my money.
This company is $#*!ing $#*!. I placed an order and they gave me a code for free express shipping. When it got me, UPS said they couldn't deliver until I paid "import fees". I messaged them and asked them if that's normal. And they said, it's rare but it happens sometimes. If you pay it and show us your receipt, we can refund it for you. So I did, and then they said, oh sorry there's a misunderstanding, we can't actually refund your import fees. If you're unhappy just send your stuff back.
They straight up OUTRIGHT lied to me, have been incredibly UNHELPFUL in taking any accountability for it. I don't even have the clothes.
It's impossible to talk to a real person. It doesn't feel like they read my messages when they reply. They keep saying the same thing again and again like robots. They are literally the worst people ever. I $#*!ing hate this company.

Do not buy anything from these $#*!s. I bought two items that were not as pictured and when I tried to return them they went back on their return policy and said they owed me no money due to management changes.
If the lawyer fees wouldn't cost me more than the items purchased I would have sued the company. This is a breach of their contractual agreement made to all customers and they were wildly unhelpful when I attempted to speak with them about the issue.
I received the EXACT same email that said "There's nothing we can do, etc" six times before a different email was received that placed the blame elsewhere. This issue has yet to be resolved by the company and I will never be shopping here again.
Don't do what I did and read these reviews and still order. I'm not sure why I didn't want to believe the bad reviews but we are not lying!
I bought a few loungewear sets and 3 pairs of joggers. Overall the clothes fit me (I ordered big sizes 8/10/ L. The only sizes left) even though I'm usually a small for other clothing stores but I figured if something fit too big I could always wash it and try to shrink it. But they all fit, some items even fit snug. One of my lounge pants arrived ripped (the string hanging out) and the rest, the material was just horrible. Like rough cheap nasty material that you would go to downtown LA for. It's honestly not worth it. It feels cheap, looks cheap and when you put it on it feels like they are scratching you. I liked most of the lounge pants but then the top would fit awkward. Idk their sizing is off.
Saw shoes I wanted for 30% off but when I added it to my cart it showed regular price. Called them on it and they wouldn't honor the price. I ordered the shoes anyway at regular price only to receive the wrong shoes. Live chatted with a rep and she said she will email the label, next morning still no label, gave me some BS about UPS taking 24 hours. That is just BS I've had places email me while we're on the phone and I get it right away. Customer service is horrible. Their toll-free # doesn't even work and I've always had to call their other non toll-free # that's for international customers. Seriously they can't do anything right and I'm never buying anything from them again.
I had a $250 return of clothing to nasty gal about a month ago and when I went to log onto the site today it says my account does not exist! I'm freaking out about it and see if anybody else has this issue besides the two I've seen can you guys contact me! We need to get a class action together if this is happened to ma u of us! I kept my return order receipt.

Well. I ordered a really nice dress from Nasty Gal, went to check the order today to find no record of it whatsoever on my Nasty Gal account, tried talking to them and the woman was absolutely useless, she just told me that there is no record of the order - however there is a record on my bank and paypal accounts of the transfer to Nasty Gal for the exact cost of the dress plus shipping. I am now in Paypal dispute with the company to try and get my money back. This is the first and last time I will ever buy from Nasty Gal! Given the other reviews I'm glad that they messed it up because I'd rather not pay the hidden customs charge!
They charged me double what I paid for an item in customs for shipping to Canada from US for a sale item, so I ended up paying a total of $100. The item itself was under &30. Rip off! I could not contact customer service; no one would pick up ever. Nastygal is so shady... I will never order from here again. Also the item turned out to be so cheap in material and looked nothing like the pictures on the site.
Bought a dress on line for my daughter. It didn't fit so I returned it the next day. I was told it would take 7-10 days from the time they recieved it to get my refund. Three weeks later and several phone calls later I still have yet to receive my refund. Their customer service is awful at best. I even have the UPS tracking number telling me when the dress got there and their "customer service" rep basically told me "tough luck". Don't shop here.
The service of this company is absolutely rubbish. I paid for my order 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered, when they announce on their site that it will arrive to UK in 4-7 working days. And I asked costumer care the only thing that they do is to refer you to the tracking history, they are useless. Does anyone know if I have any right for not having received my order yet? Thanks
My first purchase from this website will sadly be my last. Delivery was painfully slow, I had to wait a month for my order to arrive. When I opened it I was so disappointed because my order had been stuffed up! They sent me the wrong colour, which I don't even like on me. I'm so annoyed because I was hoping to wear it to a special occasion coming up, but I doubt I will now because of the colour. Also, the garment itself is a total rip off and definitely over priced for the $#*!ty quality. You really don't get what you pay for!
Checkout on app didn't work. Kept glitching even used two new payment methods. Deleted everything then tried again. I have plenty of money, so lack of funds is not an issue. Bank didn't block my cards. Reached out to them on ig and they gave cookie cutter response. Tried placing order with same CC on my laptop HOURS later… HOWEVER the promo code doesn't work online only through app, and when I checked out it automatically chooses the most expensive shipping option by default ($35 for shipping ffs). Before I even noticed shipping default I pressed purchase. I was pissed. Reached out again to let them know promo code that I wanted to use hours ago on app doesn't work online and their website sneakily automatically chooses express shipping. They said they couldn't do anything. With all this overpriced forever 21 clothing you'd think they have the budget for a better tech team to make the app work properly.
**Edit update: I returned the whole order. I was so disappointed with the horrible quality of the clothing. The sizing was weird, tight in one area while oversized in others. The fabric was crappy polyester. It was not a reflection on the price I paid. I just returned everything I was pissed. I see their ads on IG, and im tempted because it looks so cute a trendy... but I am not falling for it this time! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...not happening

If you're spending more than 10$ on an item including shipping it's not worth it. I got a black ruffle bottom dress, it looked so cute on the model but when I wore it, it definitely looks a lot different and trust me, I have the same body type and shape. It's just really not worth it because the pictures deceive and the quality sucks. It doesn't fit right, and the cuts pretty off. Wouldn't recommend. Listen to reviews.
Customer service is useless! While they are easy to get in touch with, they have no information to provide! I haven't been able to track my shipment for over 10 days (was supposed to receive it within 7 business days). When I contacted them I was told to wait until those 7 days passed and that they would then be able to track it for me. After they passed they then told me I have to wait an additional 2 weeks for them to be able to track it/cancel it if they can't find it! No explanation about why those 2 weeks are necessary and no explanation about why it is taking this long to arrive, nothing about items being out of stock. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed it had been a while since I ordered from them and now I know better!
I've been shopping big online stores like Nasty Gal and others and always seem to have a problem which sucks because they are such well known. I bought a skirt from Nasty Gal and the zipper broke as I was trying it on. Not only that but I found the axact same one on another website for a lot cheaper. They are overrated and I'm over shopping there. I tried to exchange and they won't let me. I rather shop smaller online stores like Bare Rebel. Good products and customer service.
Items does not look/feel as good as the image, so beware! I used to shop a lot from them at one point, and returned most of them with disappointment. I have since stopped buying anything from them. I agree when someone mentioned that their style is very slutty. The price point is also very high considering the disappointment i received. The customer service is just okay, they are responsive, although sometimes could take forever to reply. Not sure how it is now, as I have never shop there anymore.
In the early days, Nasty Gal was cutting edge and delivered products you couldn't get anywhere else. Unfortunately they tried to scale too big and too fast by taking in too much outside VC money and went bust. As a customer, you could feel the growing pains as the quality of clothing went down, customer service lagged, and it just never was able to recapture the original magic of what made this company so successful to begin with.
Do not order from this company. Overcharge Canadian customers for shipping. I recieved my order in the wrong size. No free shipping label to return item. They leave you hanging online waiting for customer service and with multiple attempts still no answer. No phone number to contact. Terrible customer relations.
I returned a portion of my order and have been patiently waiting for my refund. After waiting for so long, I emailed them asking what was going on with my refund. I got an email where a rep said that it could take up to TWENTY EIGHT days after they receive my item and then another 5 days for it to show up on my bank account. On their website, it clearly states that refunds should be processed 7 business days after they receive the item. I emailed them about this clash in information and I still have not received a reply despite their "24 hour" reply policy/claim. They are thieves hiding behind the cloaks of online retail. Who knows if I will ever get my refund of over a hundred dollars after reading other shopper's nightmares in dealing with this fraudulent company. Is there really nothing that we cand do about this? This is ridiculous!
This is the absolute worst clothing store I have ever purchased from. Do not purchase from them unless you want all of your clothes to arrive late, poorly made, and absolutely unflattering. It it genuinely pure $#*!. I was so excited for my clothes to arrive for my birthday only to find that nothing looked as it did online. To top it off I had another package that was meant to arrive today( that I was already dreading) only to have it not deliver. When I tried to reach out to customer service they took forever to respond, were incredibly unhelpful, and pretended to care for like a minute. They also expect you to pay for shipping and tracking for returning items. A pure tras company with a terrible customer service ethic. Save your money and purchase from Zara or topshop where at least you know you can get some quality.

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
