DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you are 100% sure about your purchase. I returned 2 items a month and a half ago, following their directions to do so and when I followed up about a refund they are claiming they can't track the shipping label THEY SENT ME and I need a receipt from where I shipped it in order to get a refund. They are saying they can't look it up via the order number so now I am out $200. They don't have a number to call, only chat and I keep getting placed with a different person. I read on other sites this was happening to people so buyer beware it's true.
DON'T BUY! They run a scam, saying they shipped your order and it was delivered. But of course, it was never delivered. Then they say they will reship the order "expedited." But then the second order never shows. So you complain, and they say the best they can do is offer you a 70% refund because they have already lost money on shipping the order twice! Ha. Never saw a refund at all. They regularly run ads on Instagram. Don't order from them!
I was told my order would arrive 2 Wednesdays ago and it's still just sitting in a factory and every time i ask they say expect it within 48 hours. They replied this every 48 hours i asked. I then asked for a refund because the event has passed and they said it would take a month to investigate. For a business that has been around for over a decade, this is just embarrassing.

I made order back in November.Their bogus tracking said they delivered the package. I reached out via email they replied like they were gonna reship and sign for it. They said the carrier didnot take the responsibility. Yet the second shipment was thru the exact same carrier no signature and once again it was showing delivered but not received. I asked for a refund they offered 70% I want 100% and now they are not responding! I am not happy! I want my money back!
Checkout on app didn't work. Kept glitching even used two new payment methods. Deleted everything then tried again. I have plenty of money, so lack of funds is not an issue. Bank didn't block my cards. Reached out to them on ig and they gave cookie cutter response. Tried placing order with same CC on my laptop HOURS later… HOWEVER the promo code doesn't work online only through app, and when I checked out it automatically chooses the most expensive shipping option by default ($35 for shipping ffs). Before I even noticed shipping default I pressed purchase. I was pissed. Reached out again to let them know promo code that I wanted to use hours ago on app doesn't work online and their website sneakily automatically chooses express shipping. They said they couldn't do anything. With all this overpriced forever 21 clothing you'd think they have the budget for a better tech team to make the app work properly.
**Edit update: I returned the whole order. I was so disappointed with the horrible quality of the clothing. The sizing was weird, tight in one area while oversized in others. The fabric was crappy polyester. It was not a reflection on the price I paid. I just returned everything I was pissed. I see their ads on IG, and im tempted because it looks so cute a trendy... but I am not falling for it this time! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...not happening
I fell in love with some pajamas and want to buy them but first customer support is rude and they don't know how to answer simple questions about their products sizing and second off they almost never respond. I love that pj and no one else has it but oh well. Missed out on my business
It has been over 30 days since my order "shipped". I sent an email to the vendor to confirm validity of the site after reading reviews. I removed 2 emails in reply assuring me they were legit and that the package had been shipped.
As soon as the tracking stated it was in USA I sent another email asking g for clarity on which carrier would deliver my package. I have not received any replies since the first week within the product order. Bieve the reviews. This site is a scam.
The company is a joke. I never received my item and when I disputed the transaction with my credit card statement, they said "that's not our company" LOL! And when you try to contact them, good luck - all you get is a runaround and the same email twenty times.
This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service. I've been dealing with them for almost a month and it has been HELL. I ordered about $1,000 worth of merchandise for two parties I had coming up. I paid $40 to ship express and when Fed Ex delivered the package, the whole bag was ripped from end to end with only 1 out of 15 items in it. First of all, the bag said the items weighed a total of EIGHTEEN lbs and it was sent in a plastic bag, not a box. That was their first mistake. Im guessing the weight of the items ripped the bag open during the delivery process and I'm sure my items are spread from NY to CA at this point. Fed Ex is also at fault for delivering this package in the first place. They were supposed to report the package as damaged, but failed to do so. I have a door cam and the driver just folded the ripped package over and took his proof of delivery photo so he could go on about his day.
So I tried to reach out to Nasty Gal that day (11/06/23) to tell them I didn't receive 14 out of 15 of my items. They have ZERO live people to talk to and only allow communication through email. It took days for them to believe the package came like this and they finally said ok we will send you out another shipment for your missing items. Three of the items were out of stock at this point so on Nov. 8th they said they would refund me $188.82 and it would be in my account no later than 11/15/23. Okay cool. Nope, never got the refund TO THIS DAY.
All emails I received are at least two days later so communication with this company is a nightmare. They never resolve the issue, they only say my refund is on its way. Give it more time. BULLS**T.
I received the other items on 11/11/23 and it was already too late for my parties, things didn't fit, plus I was upset with dealing with this company so I returned all the items in a box with a Nasty Gal return label. It shows the third party they use to ship packages picked up my package from USPS on November 17th. I have not heard a word about whether they have received my return and I have yet to get a dime back from them for the items that were out of stock before. So here we are, it is December 3rd and I have ZERO refund from Nasty Gal and not a single item to show for the near $1,000 I am out of pocket for. I am furious and will be filing a small claims against this shady company.
I recently made a purchase with NG and ultimately decided to return an item that didn't work out. After several weeks of waiting for my refund, it was never issued. I contacted their customer service only to be given the runaround telling me it was issued back to my Apple Pay (which was not the payment method used). So one, they did not have the correct information and two, did nothing more to support or correct the transaction issue. If you want to do business with shady business, then by all means this would be just that. Screw you NG!
I bought a few different sizes of a matching set from Nasty Gal back in August since their sizing is all over the place. I ended up sending back 3 pieces, totaling a little over $400. I waited almost a month before reaching out since I had not seen my returns come through my bank account but got the emails that they received my returns. I was initially told that on their end they could see my returns had gone through to my account but since I wasn't seeing it they would raise it with their finance team and provide me with a "proof of refund" within 3 business days to take to my bank to locate the funds. I waited over a week before reaching out again because I never received it. I explained the story and was told the same thing - they "raised it with the relevant team to investigate" and would send me the proof of refund within 3 days. It's been another week and I have still not received anything so I'm starting to wonder if I'm just out over $400 at this point.
I ordered almost $400 worth of clothing with the thought that I would keep what I liked and return the rest, however the quality of the clothes wasn't great and the sizing varied from piece to piece, so almost none of it fit. This led to me returning all of the items the day after they got delivered. It took 10 days just for them to recieve the return and begin processing it. From there I gave it another week before I reached out to ask where my refund was, they told me it could take up to 30 days to process the refund from the time I sent it back and so I just needed to wait and it would be in my bank account by September 7th. Today, September 8th, I still don't have my money back, so I reached out again. They then responded saying they alerted their team and that I would need to give them 3 days to reach out to me via email, and they refuse to give me any more information.
Buyers Beware! If you are very confident that what you are ordering online will fit then you can take the chance but if you are not certain please refrain from making purchases from this site. They take forever to accept and refund a return. Even after the return is received they hold your funds hostage for a week before even processing. The return is sent back via snail mail that you have to pay for. I believe they are purposely holding funds longer to make interest off the money they have available in their account because anyone in business knows that if you process a refund, it gets send within 2-3 business days now since everything is electronic. I was told to wait about 10 days for this. Will not be ordering again just because of this hassle. Also sizing is completely different from item to item. I bought one item and it was too big. Bought another item in a smaller size since that one was too big and the new item ended up being too small. Horrible experience.
I received my order today. I was very afraid because of the comments I read here, but in my case, the shipping was very fast, the products high quality and beautiful, for the price, ( I bought them on sale) I cannot ask for more. I will order again, I hope they continue selling beautiful products. One thing only, just order one size bigger than yours. I am 6, and some clothes are sizes 2 to 4, and fit me perfectly. I think UK sizes are bigger than US.!
I have been a long standing customer of theirs, and the wrong address was on the shipping address. I tried to intercept it, no help. I contacted them - they told me I had to go pick it up where it was delivered, which is two and a half hours away. This is NYC someone probably already grabbed it and kept it by now! So now I'm out of $66.00 with no refund and no clothing to show for it. I will NEVER shop from here again especially with so many other better quality websites to choose from.
