I have had a terrible experience working with NameHero - They owe me over $1000 and keep making excuses as to why they can not refund me.
I am definitely not going to leave this matter here and they will bare the consequences coming their way.
Starting legal action against this company - do yourself a favour and look for an alternative, more ethical hosting company to work with and avoid a bad situation by working with NameHero.

It's a shame that after being a reseller customer of Name Hero for almost 4 years, now they took the one-way decision to migrate my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Now all my clients are offline with no website nor emails. For 3 days I have been communicating with support and I already did what they ask with no success. At first they say "No further action needed from your end. It may take up to 24 hours to propagate the DNS zone changes all over the internet. Please allow some time and then check." Now they say "...it can take up to 72 hours." How long should I wait? My customers cannot wait much longer.
This service has been nothing but a disappointment from day one. Their customer service is NOT 24/7, so when your site goes down (and it will a lot), you are out of luck. They are right at 5x the cost of their competitors (reseller hosting, and compare for yourself. Lastly, my Siteground sites are much faster than Namehero.
I bought Host and domain on their website, at the last step when I was going to pay, I got an error message that I have to start over, while they withdrew the money from my bank account, without registering any Host and domain. After they contacted and they manually added the Host and the domain to me. They put the domain on the wrong name and they don't want to change the name for me now. They have made the mistake themselves, but they do not own up to the mistake.
I do not recommend NameHero at all, do not buy any of them at all.

I have to admit, The hosting website Name Hero did not disappoint. We ordered our website and got confirmation right away. So far I have not received any problems with the website and I trust I will not have to worry about that in the future.
NameHero has been a wonderful host since day one. Their support team is so incredibly helpful to newbies when learning their system. They step in with recommendations when needed. My overall experience has been great, and the LiteSpeed servers are amazingly fast as well, helping out with so much. Highly recommended after going through a handful of other competitors first. I've been through hosting with lots of competitors, including GoDaddy, HostMonster, HostGator, Siteground, and IONOS.
Any issues and you hear back (from tickets) within about an hour, even on weekends. And get positive action. And a personal response.
(As a contrast, hosting firm I used before took at least a day to respond, and then it was copy/paste and often useless).
There's no question left unanswered in Ryan's reseller hosting 101 course. I don't come from a web developer/IT background but I was able to grasp his concepts. He broke lessons down into bite-sized pieces. I like that because im a slower learner who prefers visual & audio content so watching the video tutorials was perfect. Wish I had saw his course before I got a competitor's software. Hopefully I can change providers next year!
On my third year with namehero and this is by far the best experience I've had with a host. I might not be the most knowledgeable website designer, but the team at namehero really makes me feel like I know it all! Answers to support tickets in minutes. The hosting packages are top rate and costs are reasonable! Highly recommend the team here if you need hosting!
I changed to namehero because the server response was too slow with hostgator. My web page loads faster now. It is true that the change has not be awesome but it has been good enough.
I have now migrated 2 websites over to NameHero and both times the support team have been amazing. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond. I'm not a tech person so they explained everything in a way that made total sense to me. Thanks, Sam K and John B you are awesome!

These guys/gals are amazing. After having a mess. Over at another host, Name Hero stepped up their game and got me all set on moving ALL my sites over. Support staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to get my sites up and running. I hope this gets to the right people so they can acknowledge the ones I interacted with.
Amazing customer service, extremely responsive and assisted the complete migration of my accounts while I was traveling, including communicating with my old provider on my behalf. NameHero is by far the best domain and hosting reseller on the market.

Where having problem with emails server integration with outlook 365 with all our client can send and revived the worst is i need to wait for US time to get my ticket updated and where here in dubai already evening.
Customer service was great at the beginning. When I reach the point of buying the template, the response of the staff was not to the point. You are next wondering where does a person go for help. There is another problem, the video is not detailed at the point of explaining the important information for success. They also delay in giving a refund for lack of service.
I have only had one problem that they could not fix and I am hoping once I get more hosting sites that sign up through WHMCS and works properly? Luckily the first one was my brother and I manually went in and got him hosted. I will test a second run on one of our businesses to see if it goes well for future clients I don't necessarily know.
I like how it has a lot of features and a lot of different built in themes. I dont like how the customization is awkward on the website screen and has a lot of bugs you must work around.
We have been with namehero since 2017, great service, untill now… Its been a week full of downtime and issues and their response is terrible and still nothing is fixed
