I have a resller account with Namehero and occasionally I run into situations where I am in desperate need of help. I submit a support ticket and usually within the hour I get detailed and personalized response of what do to OR they took care of it for me. I dont think I have dealt with a Company that takes their customers concerns so serious. Their support is TOP NOTCH I will remain a "lifer" with Namehero as long as the Internet is around and they are still in business. I cannot praise this company enough they dont only "Fly above the Competition" they fly circles around them too. Pretty impressive operation the owner Ryan also has endless amounts of content on YouTube and even though some of my questions are easy to handle for them not one member of their staff has ever made me feel stupid they have also never treated like a "simple" issue they truly care about their customers. If every Company was run like this the "Buiness World" we live in would be a much better place. Kudos to you Namehero! You guys all ROCK! Thank you!

I purchased the corporate reseller package. I like the product much better than others I see offered elsewhere. The servers are extremely fast, and everything came with SSL from the very start so my data was secure at all times. The instructional videos were top-notch, and allowed me to get up and running very quickly without a bunch of guesswork. And the price is a bargain - though not bargain basement - in consideration of the entire package. Remember the adage that, "you get what you pay for".

I've been checking out NameHero for a few months. Being my first time at reselling hosting, I had a lot of questions. NameHero's customer service techs answered all my questions and helped me with some technical stuff I had trouble with. Always a fast response and usually solving my issues on the first reply, NameHero's customer service is tops!
Look around like I did. See what others are offering. NameHero is the best. You won't be disappointed.

So I had never heard of Nameheros before my webdesinger suggested them for a project we are working on. Admittedly I was hesitant at first cause there are so many companies and choices out there and in my particular business I deal with alot of them. Dont get me wrong there are alot of good ones but when it comes down to it Nameheros customer service and support is way beyond what you would expect. I have dealt with several of their tech support EXPERTS and they are all fantastic. I do want to give out a HUGE shout out to Mark who has helped me through so many situations and has gone above and beyond the call of duty and definitely out of the scope of what is "namehero's issue" I am floored at the experience I have had with multiple tickets and everyone has been so polite and never made me feel dumb or even insinuated that my questions were not relevant. This is a huge statement for any company and I will remain a lifetime customer and highly recommend them to anyone that use their services. Thabk you to the entire Nameheros team but specifically (Mark) he gets extra kudos because he has kept me saner through this daunting process of the project that is way over my head but still getting done and bugs are worked out. Thank you Nameheros, thank you, thank you, thank you!

I transferred over my large website to NameHero and it was the best decision I ever made. I'm so glad to be part of NameHero now. While I have a lot of experience running a website, I don't know a lot of technical things, so when I asked questions, they answered them quickly and explained it well. The value is also amazing.
