This incompetent, criminally slow company should be broken apart and everyone fired. They didn't provide the services purchased, made excuses as to why THEIR OWN products don't work with each other and then just gave excuses as to why they weren't issuing a refund AFTER I closed my account account. THEN, they disputed the refund with my bank when I disputed the charge!

Deceiving pricing listed on packages, you only find out that these "special" rates are valid if you sign up for annual - triennial services. Although there is an asterisk behind the price indicating terms apply I couldn't find those terms or alternate rates available on the same page. A bit of upfront openness goes a very long way.

Please understand I'm not dissatisfied with the monthly billing rate, I am however unhappy to go halfway through the order process before the true cost is revealed.

Other than that the shopping experience was smooth and their product/service is superior.

How can I qualify Namehero LLC, of so let me tell you about my experience, I had Webhosting, domains, and email's with them. The Webhosting is one of the slowest I ever had, no SSL, very expensive if you want to buy it, it is impossible to use WordPress because they have incompatibilities with MYSQL and you have to use PHP 7.0 to make it work, many themes and plugins work only with PHP 8.0. Domain, they use a company called Internet.bs (BS is exactly the kind of service they give) they normally "FAKE" emails as if they are coming from ICANN simulating delays. For a regular transfer of a domain, go to the previous register (PR) and remove the lock and get the authorization code, go to the new register (NR) and start the transfer with the authorization code, then go back to the PR and agree with the transfer and DONE. With Namehero LLC you have to wait for Internet.bs to release the domain, more than 5 days after. Email, the server they use keeps blocking the IP number from my home, I called 3 times, every time saying DO NOT BLOCK MY IP AGAIN, but it keeps happening. Imagine having to use a VPN to get your emails. And talking about privacy, they let you send emails only if they like the subject, if somebody sends you an email saying amazon account (maybe a scam) they will never let you reply to this email. Even in a regular workday, if you have an email interchange with coworkers, they don't let you send more than 50 emails in one hour. And a very dark way to do business, they like to ask for copies of ID and Credit card, when they really have no authority to ask for it, not a governmental office or a financial institution. They are a private entity. And what about the storage of all these copies. Please go to the BBB and read the claim history from this company.

Name Hero helped me move my files from one another to another. I would normally be charged but they would an easier way to do it by a new tool in Cpanel in beta and did it at no cost. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Normally I can't remember customer service reps, but these have helped me a lot during my process of getting everything working correctly if anything came up. Thanks to Josh, Sam, Aaron, Adam, and others.

We may have had a few problems along the way... but the process of resolving the problem getting 1 domain migrated probably was the best thing that could have happened. I feel FAR more comfortable in being able to handle migrating domains for my clients without needing the support of your team.

There are still a few issues related to problems with the email systems for the migrated domains... but I think I will be able to resolve those problems on my own. Again running into these problems with my own domains has prepared me very well for being able to resolve similar issues for my own hosting clients once I am up and running with my hosting website.

They dont just talk the talk, they walk the walk. Reliable servers, very competitive pricing and tech support that's quick to respond and knows their stuff. I've been with them going on three years and never plan to leave.

This time, We ware migrating more than 20 websites from our old server to their one. 10 website they migrated for us cPanel to cPanel, but the biggest part we appreciate the most was that they helped us a lot with the other websites.
