Only thing I don't like is that when you register a domain, before you host a website the page that comes up on internet when you type in the domain name looks bad with advertising for namecheap all over. Would be better to have something like a pretty picture and something saying "site in construction". Simple and stylish. Thanks, Rebecca

I found it hard to figure out what exactly was included in the products. I am still puzzled because one page talked about getting 50, or 100, or unlimited email addresses, but at checkout I had to pay for them one by one. Once I figured out what I was getting - a domain and mail service - it was delivered quickly at a cheap price. I could use the webmail interface (nearly) immediately, and setting up to read my mail with thunderbird worked on the first try.

Service from NameCheap has always been reliable though the admin screens feel a little outdated (Jan '14) and a bit confusing to navigate round.
