Don't buy any product from naptol it is very bad quality and their people don't come back early enough to take product returns Once the money is given to them, they don't give us any response later. Very bad service.

Worst customer care support I have ever come across

I have order 3D bedsheet but received roadside bedsheet. I have logged a complaint wid consumer forum.

First of all product is not same as shown in the TV, initiated the return pick up is successful but at the time of giving the voucher they way executive spoke was soo rude, I said I will see in the TV and purchase when I liked the product don't want to buy now since I'm busy but agent even she is not sitting idle just for timepass when I asked to transfer the call she denied to transfer and disconnected the call... I want call back from senior authority on urgent basis.

Sold defected products and not ready to replace or refund. We ordered mosquito killer and they sold us defected one and after sales is poor

I would like to reveal a fraudster company"#NaapTol".

I ordered 05 #Bedsheet from this company. While ordering I also confirmed with the company customer care regarding refund policy and they clearly stated that money would be refunded if the product will be not satisfactory.

The quality of bedsheets is pathetic.

Now, the customer care replied that only cash #voucher permissible for 6 months could be transferred in your account instead of #refund which is entirely indifferent from their earlier commitment and as a customer, I am now bound to use the money for purchasing another product with the company.

The company is a big fraud and all must avoid this company for any purchase.

These fraudsters must be exposed and punished for cheating the customers.

All are requested to share the message so that it can reach up to maximum people and customer can be saved from such cheaters.

It's the worst service. If negative rating is there I will give it. I got same product two times defect, then I told them to cancel it and refund me. But they were just cancelled my call repeatedly and told me to talk to this and that like this. At last one customer care member told me we will not give you refund, do whatever you can.

I had placed an order for 43 pieces stainless steel but I received only 26 pieces as well as the pieces damaged some pieces having problem in outer shell. I have raised a complaint against my order and my order no. Is (*******) Complaint no. (*******) they said that your refund will be transferred in your account within 8-10 days. But almost 25 Days has been completed and still I didn't receive any refund and the most funniest thing were happened with me one of NAAPTOL call centre executive gave me Fake cheque no. And said to me your cheque has been initialized and you will get your refund very soon. The cheque no. Was ******* when I visited my ICICI bank to check out the cheque no. So i found there is a fake cheque no. Every time they change their statements. They promise wrong commitment. They are making fool to the customers, I request don't ever buy any product from NAAPTOL fraud company. Their products are completely worst the products quality is very bad.
