I ordered 05 #Bedsheet from this company. While ordering I also confirmed with the company customer care regarding refund policy and they clearly stated that money would be refunded if the product will be not satisfactory.
The quality of bedsheets is pathetic.
Now, the customer care replied that only cash #voucher permissible for 6 months could be transferred in your account instead of #refund which is entirely indifferent from their earlier commitment and as a customer, I am now bound to use the money for purchasing another product with the company.
The company is a big fraud and all must avoid this company for any purchase.
