There is a worst product I am received... when iam asking return my order then customer care cutting call there is no proper response from customer care please don't order any product from naaptol... customer care behaviour is like begger... so many times I call to customer care so there is no proper response... I am not satisfactory with 1%... there are giving value for money not for customer support. Worst naaptol product..

Worst company. Not even try to order return are not easy just like order companys. I really got a loss of 1500. Didn't even resive the money nor get the product

They don't send products as per the description Totally fraud,Cheap quality products.No return no replacement. Bad Customer care support.

They wont accept return which is completely not legal because they have policy still cut your call if asked for return and after sometime block you...i had not come across such misguiding site...they should be strict action against this site by consumer awarness..

Please stay away. They will call anytime from different number. They have no respect for privacy. More over products are third class not as promised.

Hello I am from Delhi and i I purchased a royal chef mixer grinder from naaptol online shopping.on 2 nd October 2023.
So this product is broken and naaptol customer assistance team is so rude behaviour. And refused to take any responsibility after delivery of product.
And naaptol has not getting any responsibility after delivery of product like technical customer assistance or visit at your home.
After shopping.
So this is only waste of money and.time...
I got negative reply from customer assistance

I had purchased 8 bedsheet from the website and asked them for the return policy also they assured me they will take the product return if i have issues, now they are not taking the product back and returning my money there assurance are fake, so please don't purchase anything from them they are cheaters.

I placed an order for a small phone and a digital watch, the delivery boy came near my location and called me again, but when I picked up the call, he left again without picking up. Today, the order was canceled again. I understand that I should never place an order with Napto again

I booked rechargeable trimmer online, received in 02 days with extra shipment charges, it is completely not working due to its basic motor issue. When i called naaptol customer care, they denied to accept and replace it, saying that such issues to be address within 24-48 hours, however there is no such policy they have explained on television advtg or any brochure they issued with product, after that it is not entertained. I lost Rs. 800/- in purchasing such a useless product. Hence i recommending you all to purchase anything from other sites except naaptol. Its worst ………

Hello sir mene 2 HD Vision glasses order Kiya tha muje product damaged mila he or mene 25 se 30 bar call bhi Kiya par koi positive answer nahi mila 45 din se me call karta hupar muje answer milta he 48 hours me apki product mil jayegi par 45 din se apke 48 hour khatam nahi ho raha yeh Mera naptol me last experience he. Or aap sabko asehi ullu banate ho. Or Jo apke customer care vale to sab customer ko pagal samjhte he itana juth bolte he ki apki product 24hour me aa jaygi ya to 48hour me jaygi aur customer se bat karneki koi tamij hi nahi he.

This site is not safe. They sell broken products. I Have purchased Swing machine and it was broken. And I have tried to reach out them for return or replacement. They denied doing this. I would recommended never purchase anything from them.
