Michael, was very fast to act upon my request about an item that was in review for over a week, he assisted me and left great satisfaction for the service provided. I'd love to me referred to him every time I have to enquire something with MyUS.
This is my second shipment using MyUs and that's only because some items were not available at the time of my first shipment, so the merchants sent them later. The orders were handled promptly and email responses were answered promptly. However, it is far too expensive for me to use MyUs to ship to the Cayman Islands (I don't know if it's cheaper to ship to other countries). Example: I have 3 packages with a combined weight of 3.9 lbs, combined value of $34 and the shipping cost is $55 - that's more than the cost of the items and these items weight only 3 lbs so they're not heavy. That doesn't make sense to me so I will have to use an alternative.
I do like all the features offered but it really adds up - there's a charge for everything including photos, bubble-wrap, even fragile stickers. This would be great if it was a lot cheaper.
Not great. For a few years were excellent, now a bunch of barely trained folks tearing through packages and taking photos and holding things up by days. The attempt to comply (or make up for previous infractions) now dominates the customer experience. Some retailers, in fact, now know the address of myUS as a freight forwarder and won't ship to it. That doesn't sound like a good business model...

Customer service is horrific. Out of 4 packages I sent, 3 were returned because they were mislabled. And they wanted me to pay to have them resent. The management team never responds and the people on their chats are idiots. Oh, and they hid costs on every package. I paid taxes and duties upfront and was still charged more when the package got here because the carrier said they never received the monies. Use any company but this one. It is a scam!
Prices very high and they not delivered! I still didn't get my parcel! Endless and point less emails with stuff get you no where like was with me! If you are international buyer don't use them! First they would not excepted invoice from USA companies for prove of value of goods, they would lie to you, they would delay depart he to charge you extra for. Storage of your goods and no one care or do anything other than tell you how great they company is! Don't use them, I still waiting for package which should be arrived before Christmas!

Their service is very easy to use but when ever you have a problem or need assistance they go above and beyond to help you and make sure your happy,
I just had a issue with a invoice which required attention and i was assisted by
Michael on the live chat and he resolved my issue within 5-10 minutes.
As i say they are very good ive never had any problems with them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future
In short, all my experience with MyUS customer support has been great. A guy called Roderick in particular was extremely patient and well-informed, he did a great job explaining to me many misunderstandings.
I open an account two days ago and I call them, message, email, without any reply.
I plan a lot of item on daily basis with high value But it does not inspire me at all!
Especially when I see that all people here are around the same complaint!

First time I have used the service. Sent goods from the warehouse in Florida on 23 December 2014 and arrived at my home in Hong Kong only three days later (this being the Christmas period). Exceeded my expectations!
I am thoroughly pleased with myus. They are fast efficient and effective. As a premium member I enjoy low shipping rates and I'm ecstatic about that. Because of this I will always do business with them.

I had 2 shipments that I thought were wrongly delivered by UPS. I made a quick follow up on the live chat and fortunately Abigail was there for me to resolve issues.

I was baited by the website's attracting ads.
I purchased an item from Ebay (1000$+) using buyer assistant, the amount was paid in full on 21-Aug. The assistant took the money and did not make the purchase until this moment unlike their promise to purchase within 2 days max. And now the item is out of stock and they got my money. While searching I found out that if they refund they will refund as credit to be used on the website itself. It is unethical to do so and such policy is hidden and confusing.
I contacted them in several locations to understand if I will even get a refund but I got no feedback at all. Not an automated message even.
Oh, and I have 2 other confirmed orders from Amazon for almost 10 days now with no updates.
Stop advertising for your website, you cannot take on new customers.
New to MYUS however, understand why others have said nice things and recommend this company. International shipping is always a problem however, its nice to know that there are knowledgeable individuals who will take the time and effort to make things go smoothly.

We love MyUS! They are customer-friendly, efficient and very professional. I am a first timer client and a homeschool Mom. Everything is new to me especially in ordering items from the US. MyUS guided and assisted me all through out without any fuss. My seller had a few mixed items sent to my suite and MyUS helped me verified all the items so that I could validate my issue. MyUS is highly recommended! It is not expensive and I truly like the consolidation process they have so to help clients maximize their budget, time and package. Just another business who wouldn't know good customer service if it bit them in the behind. They managed to lose my first shipment with them, and then told me it was essentially too bad because claims can only be lodged if I purchased insurance, and I had not. It was a low value shipment, so I didn't need insurance.
But I did expect a refund of the shipping fees they charged, since I paid for a service which was not provided, and they refused because the only way to do that was to lodge a claim. Catch 22.
Some time later, they informed me they had found my shipment and shipped it out - but charged me a second shipping fee! Even after I explicitly told them not to. Several days of back and forth over email, and they graciously decided to give me a credit for future use, and called it a refund. No, a refund is money back in the original method of payment. Not a credit for a service which I will never use again. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this dodgy business.
I bought parts for my Mopar Muscle Car from specialist stores and Ebay. MyUs showed me photographs and receipts of the parts I purchased. When I was ready they packaged them with all the original boxes (which I had asked for). Then shipped them out to me the most economical way. The parts arrived less than a week later in England safe and sound. I have used MyUS several times now and I will continue to do so. Great service.
This past week I had an unusually late salary payment from my employer and so my usual monthly shipment had to be delayed by several days. My MyUS customer service representatives Angel and May helped me by extending a shipping discount and issuing a waiver for storage fees that started to accrue. They were friendly and professional. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
