Fantastic Customer Service

The online chat is so convenient and effective.

Parcel issue

Have received my first package today! By default, the shipment method is automatically the cheapest but I was able to change that to a faster service with the help from Luke from their customer service (via chat).

Unfortunatly FedEx shipping to Brazil always get taxed a huge amount.

I reached out to the chat, and Cassandra Nicole was very helpful on answering my questions. Unfortunately the situation is not MyUS's fault, and there seems to be no good way out of paying absurd taxes by Brazilian Government.

Hi Guys,

Make an online complaint with the consumer protection agency in Texas where Myus.com is located.

https://complaint.ic3.gov

These 2 agencies are where you should make the complaint for legal action.

I'm being cheated by myus.com as well.

In Democracy action only when many complaints are made.

This is a warning to any body whom wants to make a mistake and subscribe to myus.com, don't ever deal with them, i bought a motherboard, shipped it to
Them, yet they are holding it for more than one month now, claiming it's on export
Review, i tried all ways to get them ship the board without any success until now

Further more, they take 50$ from me for what they are claiming an export
Exception for a network switch, when i asked them to send me a receipt or any
Document proofs what they did, they didn't send me any thing

Further more, they playing with the way they send the parcel to you to force you
Pay more money, they picked 2 parcels and sent it to me through postal services, i
Had to wait for 3 weeks, go to postal office many times until i was able to locate the
Packages and pick them, when i asked them about that and requested them to
Avoid sending packages this way, they said this what happens when you select the
Cheapest way, which means they want me to use more expensive ways for sending
The packages, in short they want more money

So again, don't deal with this company
