I had an issue with one of my parcel which i had shipped from amazon to my suite in MyUS. My case was assigned to LUKE, who i must say was very prompt and helpful in identifying and sorting out the issue.
Have received my first package today! By default, the shipment method is automatically the cheapest but I was able to change that to a faster service with the help from Luke from their customer service (via chat).
Very fast working Agent, good work. Asked about 2-3 questions and it was all done within 3 minutes. Normally chat support can be dull, but not this one.

Unfortunatly FedEx shipping to Brazil always get taxed a huge amount.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
