Shipping is ridiculously expensive!
I paid over 100$ in shipping for 500grams og powder... TruePrice my anus. You pay for shipping from them and then you have to pay a riddiculous amount to the shipper too when it arrives at your home

Even when I shipping my purchases with My US, it arrive very quick and good condition, I like very much MyUs.
MyUS.com is more interested into finding problems to blow up the fees than actually delivering the product. Even though I have done nothing wrong they are charging me fees for not providing a complete addresse (which I did) and holding my gloves because they are made out of leather (?!) and will charge me fees for that too.
Find another option if you can.

I am very displeased with Myus. I live in Europe and had enormous problems getting an apartment and credit cards for my daughter who will be attending University in the US for the first time and has no credit history. I finally succeeded and had the bank documents sent to Myus. They lost/discarded all the documents, on 2 separate occasions, and refused to apologise for their mistakes. When I asked for a refund for the shipping costs (I combined the letters with other items), they refused saying any letters would not have changed the weight.
Also, their repacking service has really deteriorated in my opinion. Items, I order a lot from Amazon, are thrown into a box without sufficient attention to breakage. I have had several items broken upon arrival - luckily from Amazon where I could get them replaced easily.
Finally, you cannot cancel your account online. You must send an email. I sent an email and got back the response they are looking into it. What's there to look into? Cancel my account or better yet let me cancel my account. I used live chat and the operator said he could not cancel my account - he needed management approval. Fine, let me chat with your manager. Oh no, he is not available. Finally, I got the chat guy to cancel. Who ever heard of a service you cannot cancel yourself?
Never again with this company. I have other complaints but this is enough. I will only buy from companies that can ship directly to Switzerland -Amazon, Macy's Williams Sonoma. In my opinion you should not trust Myus, especially with important documents.

Very courteous, good tracking, watchful in the interest of the of the customer.
My experience with MyUs is hassle free compared to all the other sites similar to them. It also helps that it's so much easier to navigate their website too. I also recently had issues with a package received and support worker by the name of Alison was extremely helpful in helping me sort out the problem.

Recently I ordered some packages from Amazon to MyUS but I forgot to put my suite number in the shipping address. Hence, the packages were not updated into my inbox when they got delivered. So I contacted the customer services of MyUS and they told me that they found the packages, 1 was in another person's inbox, and because of that they needed the Amazon invoices of the packages.
These e-mails were exchanged in just minutes, their response was so fast. I sent them the invoices and in a minute they replied saying that the packages were transferred into my inbox and were released from hold.
I commend the customer service members of MyUS include; Alison, Judy, Angel, etc. I highly recommend MyUS for 3rd party package forwarding.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
