It was a sad news for me that you have to stop my shipment couble days ago but your agent named Sitejabber did an outstanding job ofter I communicate with you and was so professional and calm that it contains my anger in a statements need a way that i did not expected. My staff was released and my shipment is on the way to me

Very bad service

It was a really bad experience as my shipment should arrive within 4 days and for a month now and I didn't receive anything I don't know why I don't get updates of my shipment it might be lost or something I won't deal with my us any more

Problem to ship battery litiuim

I chat with Angel from MyUS as I was not able to ship lituim batteries
I was very satisfied with the support I received via Chat
The support was clear and patient to understand what concern
Note that English is not my first language, reason I say patient to understand my need
I could not select all star because MyUs could not ship my items BUT I understand that it´s out of their control.
I was happy to continue running my business with MyUs
