Angel was thorough and patient. After a few days, I eventually discovered that a package I thought was missing actually was not! I had inadvertently confused the senders of two shipments which caused the issue I experienced.
I highly recommend MyUS.com as a package shipping service.
The 5-star reviews on this page are fake, Myus support gives you a discount if you're willing to post a 5-star review here... that's why most of them praise the support staff, but not Myus company.
I made the mistake of opening an account with Myus and I shipped some products form an ebay seller, but once they arrived at Myus, my nightmare started...
The shipping charges that they quoted me in the beginning have now quadrupled, and they refused to ship any of my products until the verification of my account is completed and until I pay the GROSSLY HIGH FEES.
I ended up abandoning my products with them and I closed my Myus account.

Was just on the phone with them due to very late service again... the answer was that they use 2 - two- business days from they receive a package on their door until they manage to register the package in the mailbox. What about employing more staff?! Have they totally forgotten about their business idea?. Been customer for more than 10 years, not any more...

I've used this company for over 8 years, and noticed in last 2 years a rapid deterioration in their service. Here's why I wouldn't recommend them now:
1. Prices are rounded up to nearest pound. Therefore, if I have a 0.10 lbs item, its shipped out as a 1lbs item... big price difference.
2. They take a day or more sometimes to "clear" an item and have it listed in your mailbox. They will still charge you storage fees on your other items even though delays are THEIR fault/caused by them.
3. Several times now I have had them enter an INCORRECT tracking number and even listed a non-existent erroneous shipper. Using their "online chat" help was useless. Guy just said tracking number was difficult to find, so I couldn't track my parcel (After saying a tracking number was too hard to get from their shipper... he just ignored my message after I asked him for a working tracking number. After waiting 10 minutes for a response I hung up).
Yeah... great lousy customer service at a premium price. Finding another site to use now.

First I would give a big thanks to Angel for that excellent service which make me felt very safe and secure, I had to return a package, and only few mistake I made myself, she took care of every thing perfectly like she was right beside giving me all attention needed with a fast response. Thanks again highly recommended.
This is one subscriber who wasted money on this one! They DO NOT provide the service they lead you to believe! Speak to a human and ask every question you can think of before paying out any funds. Would give it a minus-star if that was an option...

I used to use another company that I donºt want to mention here to ship my merchandise to Angola however I experienced some gaps that they still have to workout.
Since I was intruduced to MyUS two years ago, I met what I was realy looking for. MyUS has more professional and the fastest team to work with. When I told her the shipping cost was too high for shipping one package, she recommended me to wait for next package to come becasue consolidated shipment could reduce the shipping rate. As I claimed that I could not wait as the free storage for the package has expired, Angel finally granted me a courtesy to waive the storage fee. I much appreciate her kind understanding and the way for solving my problem.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
