Just signed up with myUs.com. Had a few questions about my membership and the agent (Angel) replied patiently to each of my queries. Hope that the actual shipping process will be as pleasant as the signup one.
Since I subscribe with them I didn't have any problems they didn't resolve it there are the most company ever
I used the MyUS Customer Service chatting system because I wanted to finalize and complete my orders and have them shipped at the soonest possible time. My CS agent, Jessie, was a star. Jessie assisted me through out the whole process and was very helpful.

I asked them if it possible to ship a specific item (I also gave them the link to the ebay page) after a few days the customer support answered ''IT IS OK WE CAN SHIP'' they said. (BTW They refuse to ship a lot of items, they refused to ship me a macbook because there was a battery installed in it) So i said sweet, lets buy the expensive scientific device and bought the item.
The nightmare started when the item arrived to Sarasota, they refused to ship the item because it was against their policies. I answered with a copy of the customer representative mail states that they can sure ship this item.
They said no?!=?!?!?!=@
They asked me if i prefer to destroy the package with all its contents or return to the sender
Of course i said return it to the seller than BAAAAMMM a huge sipping cost for returning the shipping.
I was like hoping to get a free return shipping because it was clearly their fault, but i was an idiot back than and was using their service.
Just don't use this myus thing guys there is plenty of good service providers.
Myus's claims to be the biggest or the best are all lies and you really do not need the so called biggest to be able to ship you eBay purchases.
I had an issue with a package. In less that 2 min i was connected to chat interface and issue solved

I bought a Conair product which is not available in Australia and although the postage and shopping charge made the product super expensive compared to the US price I was extremely happy to receive it.
Expensive, bad customer service. Never have I encountered a third party shipping company that charges membership fee, and such an expensive one at that. This will be my last time I use their service

Imagine when you are received e-mail from the seller to mention you about your staff is delivery already but when you go to check in your suite in the most bad company MYUS.COM you didn't see any thing, contact with MYUS but no body responded by e-mail and contact with seller respond and Assures me is delivered already and contact with local shipper (FedEx), also FedEx send e-mail for me Assures is delivered and send to my what the address exactly while this massages MYUS STILL SLEEPING AND IGNORED ALL MY MASSAGE AND E-MAIL.
No body care about your staff or delay.

Used to be good. Just resigned up again. Was charged $55 USD to ship a small parcel and one week later it shows as still in transit. For that shipping price I would expect delivery within 5 days maximum. Seems they are now shipping with cheap carriers (ATS and Australia Post) rather than FEDEX or DHL which is much better. I'm cancelling my membership.

I was very much disappointed from the bureaucracy and the misleading generic description they use to a level where I was about to use another shipping forwarder, Angel was a true angel, she got me the actual description and promised to fix this for good and use the actual description for all future shipment

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
