Angel supporting very outstanding and very cooperative for the shipment!

I had some problems for the instration at the out door and one day I had rain and finally dead!
This is not all weather product but indoor or just in front of door side where no rain drop.

If Skybell improve this problem I will reconsider to install it unless I don't recommend it now!

Their return service is so quick and reasonable to a consumer Amazon never ague with consumer as long as reasonable issue.
Safe and satisfy to shop at Amazon so far.

This company doesn't let consumer knows when back order will be delivered.
Consumer doesn't know what is going on a back order. Most of the product able to order at Amazon.
Drugstore.com need improve customer care to expand the business

Very compatible price with good quality of the product. But each package is too many and cause consumer spend more than ordinary store. If Costco break a small size to purchase more easy and able to frequent to come back.

Used to be I purchased at a store but due to relocate I am unable purchase but they started international shipping and I placed an order. I got a product in my door with reasonable period.
The quality is great and price is competitive.

Visit a store you can find a product you want but search by Internet is so difficult to search the product which you are looking for.
I have made a wrong order in wrong size.
Customer care does not reach the international level.

Never break expectation of consumer so far. But still need to move in up scale for this store.
I bought one reading glass but temple is tooooo long and I never miss it I got a misproduct purchased.

Program system is good but follow up customer care is not good as program soft wear.
Difficult to use and less information to choose the room and hotel. End result need to look up hotel web site to check thru. Then sometime find a good offer.
