I booked ticket, was cancelled due to Corona, Airline refunded to Mytrip, they confirmed to receive, but since one month no response, looks they want to grab it. What a shame.
On mytrip.com, I booked a flight for my husband, as a gift, from LAX to Lisbon (order LFO6D), departing on January 14th. I received an e-mail on December 31st, 2021 telling me that my flight had been canceled and to contact them about my refund.
Since I bought a flexible ticket, I was not concerned about the COVID situation. Since I received that email I've tried to reach them by e-mail and telephone, but nobody has responded or provided any feedback.
When I contacted the airline (Air Maroc), they told me all January flights had been canceled and that I should contact Mytrip.com, since it is they who are responsible for my ticket, but I haven't heard anything from them.
In other words, today is January 21st, 2022, and I have not received a solution. I'm still waiting for a refund. This is completely unreasonable and disrespectful to clients!

I paid for a checked bag and when I got to the airport the airline told me that it was not showing up on their system and I had to purchase it with them and to contact my trip directly. I had no time to argue since my flight was leaving soon so I paid for a bag once again. Once I got back I contacted my trip and they told me that they couldn't do anything. So they basically stole $40.00 from me plus the flexible ticket $20.00 (don't buy it! It means nothing either!) will never use again! Would give zero stars if I could.

They changed my travel itinerary an left me without a working connection. Basically my only choice was to cancel my reservation and request a refund. We ae over 3 months and I am still waiting almost $3000 for my refund. Nobody cares when you call. They have no answers. They keep saying they are waiting for the airline but that is not true because i talked to the airline. They simply steal your money. DO NOT USE THEM. There is plenty of other travel engines with similar deals that will respond to situations like this
I told out this insurance in case I couldn't fly with my daughter in late December 2021. I was told i couldn't fly as my daughter was not double vaccinated. I tried to cancel my flights with Ryan Air they said I couldn't. MyTrip said I just needed to show them a no slow letter from the carrier and I would get a refund. Well they lied you can't. They tell you on the phone you can they even email you telling you, you can then they lie and email you back telling you they won't give you a refund. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER
They take money and dont update any information of flight changes or connecting flight, book directly thru airlines which is reliable dont ever trust mytrip, this was my 1st experience & a worst experience. It's a fraudulent agency MyTrip. I booked a flight with them with Intercaribbean Airlines from Dominican Rep to Cuba on 12/23/2021. On 1/14/2022, they informed me that the flight is canceled and that I may get a refund but not for all my money. I checked with Intercaribbean and it's a lie. The booking is confirmed but hasn't been paid for by MyTrip despite them charging my card. I tried to contact them, no response by email. Also, their listed phone number is a fiction.

If an airline cancels a flight, you have the right to a full refund under European law, but you have to read the fine print first: For the refunding service, MyTrip charges at least 30 euros per passenger. Furthermore, any additional services are not refundable.
And the best thing is that you have to spend 2 hours on the hotline of an Indian call centre and understand Inglish. Otherwise, you can also enter a message on the website, of which you will not receive a copy, and it will be processed at some point and you will be hanging in the air for so long.
The online chat offered on the website closes again immediately because there are too many requests. You are supposed to try again later. That's what real customer service looks like!
Oh yes: The cancellation guarantee that is often sold is absolutely useless: read the terms and conditions beforehand. Only a voucher for 90% of the pure flight price is refunded - all additional services such as insurance, seat reservations, additional luggage (!) are LOST. The voucher is only valid for one year and only for flight services.
So: It is better to book flights directly with the organising airline. Saves a lot of time, money and hassle!
One year after the flight was canceled, having contacted the airline too then, when they told us they had already given our money back to this pirate "travel agency", they still ignore our emails, and even though we have all the emails that proof all what happened and what they are responsible for, they don't reply and don't give us the money back. DO NOT trust them! They are thieves and liars!

Avoid. They are total scammers. Then they have the audacity to call me after the flight was supposed to leave, and ask me to "update my email address", implying that I made the mistake.
Keeps you waiting for longer time, agent advised will give call back from manager in 24 hours to solve my problem never got a call back in 48 hours, Call back never got a solution and keep on transferring to another department please don't book from my trip And face problems
Never use this company. My son has been chasing them for weeks for a refund on cancelled flights. He has spent hours on the phone and written emails. The money has been paid back in full by the airline but MyTrip are holding on it it and not paying it back. He will now have to take them to the small claims court. They are a bunch of crooks who you should absolutely not trust with your money.

Unreachable, unserviceable and unreliable service only in the worst way. They do not have call waiting so you can never access anyone on the phone, they also do not respond to e mails. They keep you on hold for 2-3 hours without answering which I experienced last night and gave up. I am simply forfeiting my flights because this company is simply impossible to deal with. They should be shut down, sued or kicked in the shins. STAY AWAY!
Mytrip has the prices some euro lower than some other agencies on line but the customer care exists only formally.
It is completely inconsistent.
In addition to that in case you are very lucky and you can get a refund they charge you a fee of 50/60 €.

Called customer service, first of all i had to wait 2 hour in line when finally got connected a indian man answered in english (i called the swedish line) when i asked why my paid luggage wasn't showing on my boarding pass he had no idea, proceeded to put me on hold for another 10 min then came back to tell me to wait another 3 min and than one more time. My day kept going, I found out I had covid, we purchased lots of extras: luggage, flex (allow you to reschedule your flight without extra cost, or thats how they promote it) cancellation warranty (means you can cancel your flight and get money back) and priority. So I tried to contact them though their live chat this time (which takes them at least 5 min between every message) turns out the cancellation warranty only covers 90% the flight ticket which the cheapest thing on our purchase and they have to charge you a fee of ca 60 euro och handling fee which is more than my ticket was worth!?! AND with the flex feature I still have to pay a fee och 40 euros?!?!?!
I tried to call multiple times waiting at least 1h on line, service customers were intolerable, information providing not acqurate, Cancelation, refund and ex-change policy was completely unfair.
Please do not ever book with this company. They are impossible to contact if anything needs changing. The customer service is absolutely pathetic!
