And I cancel my flights in 1 min. Coz of wrong departure date. Trip.com charges me for $50 handling fee. $#*!ing drip off
Although I stated two pax in the beginning, the interface took me through one pax (which seemed okay at the time) and then completed my transaction with no opportunity to add the second pax. Fortunately, I was able to go back in and get a second ticket (starting from zero) and get a seat next to mine.
They don't know the policy and in each single question they need to refer back to the agent and after more than 2 hours they are unable to solve the issue
I have made 2 bookings today. In one booking the last name is incorrect, which I need to rectify there is no help on this.

What's happening?
We bought air tickets for a China Eastern flight. When trying to manage the trip on the China Eastern website we are required to provide a China Eastern 15-digits ticket number which was not provided with the booking confirmation. We called back. The agent answered the phone gave us a China Eastern number in India and told us to call. We are in the US and bought the tickets in the US from Mytrip.com in the US. We are traveling to Hong Kong having nothing to do with India. China Eastern should have a customer service number in the US. I explained to the agent more than once. She didn't seem to listen. I had to ask for the China Eastern ticket numbers again and again before she provided the numbers which she should give me upon my first asking. This is very poor customer service and this agent needs to be trained way more before being put on the phone to answer calls.
I booked my trip quickly and the response with confirmed ticket was fast too.

I had paid 250 UK Pounds as flexible fare anticipating flight issues in the US, and despite this, the agency lied to me saying seats are not available while the airlines separately confirmed that they were, so they did not rebook me out the next day or on other flights. This is such a scam and money-making agency, and it gives a horrible tone to its customers, talk about manners and service. They left me stranded in Ecuador despite there being several flight options and one with the same airlines. I checked with the airlines directly (Jet Blue) and they confirmed it is a lie and that there were seats available on the next flight, so I rebooked it directly with them. This shows the level of scam by this agency and how it ruins customer experience. Staff are also untrained, unprofessional and unaware on chat making it worst to discuss the matter and they quickly end the chat. What a disaster this is in this time of history. I am doing a legal suit on this agency as a fraudulent company. Having to face this going to Fiji all the way in a political chaos in Ecuador is not the experience anyone must face, and it shows the lack of professionalism and attitude by My Trip.
