My flight has been delayed for more than 3 hours, so according to policies Airline I can get a refund by the third party (My trip). Now the agent tell me to contact the airline first, which I did, but Airlines told me My trip has to be the one who refund, since I bought tickets with them and Airline don't have access to it. I then talked with 3 agents from My trip and explained the situation, they keep transfering me to another agent and I have to explain it again. It'a been 3 hours since I'm in the chat, and they keep transfering responsability to others. Disgusted. I would never buy from them again. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

We booked last time and the flight wasn't available but two charges went to our credit card and we got NO confirmation...that is how we knew there was no longer a flight. This is NOT how you should run a booking agency.
It's cheap and tacky to not include the flight confirmation numbers in the travel documents unless you pay an additional fee. This will probably be my first and last time to use mytrip.
"I strongly advise not to book a flight with ITA Airlines through the Mytrip website. I recently used their website to change my flight to an earlier one. After recalculating the price, I found a suitable flight but had to call their customer service to complete the change. Despite the flight being shown as available on their website, the customer service agent refused to provide it and claimed it was not available. To resolve the issue, I called ITA Airlines, and they confirmed that the flight I wanted was indeed available. They joined the call with the Mytrip customer service, but still, the agent refused to make the change. As a result, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company."

The price is fine but all the receipts and files lack the full information for the flight. This app seems to want to make you go to the app to see the info instead of sending the full clear details about my flight like other travel platforms do. Further, the app charges for every little thing you related to the flight where some of them are free from the airline.
It is the second time I booked the ticket with you, last experience is good. But this time I got bad experience with booking, I booked two tickets on Apr 26th, but when I almost finished booking, it shows the price changed and let me to accept or I have to make a research, I didn't accept it and I went back to the research, it shows the same, when I finished the payment, I found your system changed the date to Apr 25th.Then Immediately I canceled it. Now I got your email, It shows "You will minus refund and cancellation Fee", I cannot accept this. All the ticket booking website there is no fee if you canceled with 24 hours after booking. And also as you know it is not my mistake. You have to update your system, make money in a not tricky way. I am supposed to rebook the ticket on your website, now I have to wait till you manage it in good way, otherwise I will dispute it.

I bought five tickets to Greece with my family, we took a direct flight to Crete. After I paid and went to check if everything was ok, I found that they changed my itinerary, making me stop for 8 hours in Germany. So I contacted them and asked them to fix it or give me my money back. They said there was no proof it was their mistake and there was nothing they could do. I had to cancel my reservation and still paid a fee of £170.00. All this in minutes…
I am positively surprised! I used to work with different flight apps, and most were too complicated. With mytrip everything was pretty fast, accurate, and easy-to-use.
