Total fraud.

Click the price on a flight search and when it gets to their website the price jumps few dozen dollars, then you get a "flex" ticket and the price jumps again. Booked the ticket, and 2 DAYS after booking I'm sitting waiting in line for the chat or a phone call for 1 hour they say I have to pay round 600 euros to change the dates for "airline fees", when their website says I can "change any departure day anytime you want up to 24 hours for the flight". My flight is in 2 months.

Booking with My Trip was great! It gave me more information and options than the airline did. The checked baggage charges were less and TAP didn't offer the many options I added!
I would choose to use My Trip at every other opportunity.

If you are reading this, make sure you DO NOT BOOK with MyScam! If you do, you will lose all your chances of getting support or any possible refunds from the airlines in case something like flight delay or cancellation happens. They will do NOTHING, no support, no advice, and they always refer you to the airline even for smallest queries. Even if you are entitled to a refund from the airline, they will cut the hefty amount of 40 Euro per person from it, and you will never know if you actually received a refund from the airline! I have got a refund of around 40 Euro from an airline and I was waiting to receive it in my bank account. After 2 months, no money was deposited to my account and when I contacted the airline, I realized they have transferred the amount to this MyTrip scammers, and they have taken the money without even informing me! When I asked for the reason, one of their fake agents said "refund handling" costs 40 Euros and it is more than the amount we received from the airline, so you are entitled to nothing! I said what the F*** is "refund handling" and he said you have accepted it while booking with us! In fact, I have gone through the refund request to feed them!
So hear my advice: DO NOT book with them.
And don't get trapped in their "Air Help" stuff. AirHelp does NO S*IT. It is another addon to their scamming services. Airlines do not give a darn about these things and you end up paying an extra amount to these go-between scammers.
I make sure I never use this or other similar websites for booking my flights.

Absolute scamsters

Our return flight with lynx ftom Cancún to Toronto was apparently showing as cancelled when we initiated web check in
Upon further investigation with Lynx they told that the payment never went through that is why we cancelled the booking ( payment was to be done by mytrip to Lynx)
Their customer service don't let us talk to the supervisor and I was asked to wait for atleast 72 hours for next steps when I had to check out next morning with no flight to go back and with a 2 year old kid. I had to book another flight at an excalated price at the last minute. They come back and say that Lynx will only pay you back the refund minus " cancellation fee" of $56 per person and we will not return any other charges as well. Again it is upto them to return the amount.
They do not pick up the calls neither answer to any responses. I am literally down under $2000 for booking twice to come back home safely.

Paid extra for a flexible ticket and when I tried to change it they said I couldn't that they had to make a new one, which I could have done myself. They charged me for a new ticket plus the$120 for the "flexible". I asked for the records of the call and haven't received anything. This is going to the small tribunal claims!

Absolutely dreadful experience with MyTrip. Booked my flights from Tel Aviv to NYC with them, only to find out last minute that they've canceled both my outbound and return tickets without any notification whatsoever. Dealing with their customer service for a refund has been a nightmare - they're unresponsive, unhelpful, and seem to have no interest in rectifying their mistake. Avoid at all costs!

I booked my flight through them and my flight got canceled twice which is understandable. At each time I had a hard time to rebook my flight with them. I had to call them several time for each time that was canceled and spend on hold for a long time to talk to someone. This was not a customer service I expected at all. I would not recommend to book you next trip through them.

HORRIBLE service... actually NO service dont ever use this Piece of SH*t third party.
They also Blatantly lied to me when i tried to change my flight an hour after i booked it, Dont use them Avianca is CRAP as well, only use if you have to. But use direct, not with this JOKE

Booked a trip from Toronto to Korea via Seattle. First leg of the travel went fine. While coming back to Toronto Asiana airline denied boarding as the ticked got cancelled somehow. Airline and agents are blaming each other. For 2 months no refund. Does not seems to get my refund. Stay away from these cheaters.

Disheartening Experience with My Tripe

My recent encounter with My Tripe left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. The ordeal stemmed from mishandled baggage and subsequent reimbursement issues, shedding light on the company's lack of accountability and subpar customer service.

Despite providing extensive evidence, including email exchanges with LOT Airlines, it became evident that My Tripe failed to adhere to proper protocols, resulting in the oversight of my reimbursement request. Error and price changes

It was not a smooth check out multiple times it kept saying there was an error and that I couldn't pay and each time that would happen the price kept increasing. I feel like it's a tactic to lure people with low flight prices and then they say there's an error with payment to keep raising prices.
