My flight was cancelled one year ago al 04/07/2022
Still didn't get a refund, they tell me that I should speak with the airline company and tell them to transfer the refund, but the airline company said that they already transfer it to my trip.
It's been over for one year!
They doing that on purpose to let me gives up
The worst customer service ever they give you the feeling that you are robbed.
I wonder why IATA is not investigating them as they are bad for the business especially these times.

I can tell you what will happen after "succesful" booking. You will receive the email later that your booking is cancelled due to blah-blah reason and the refund will be issued in 3-5 business days.

I tried to reach them several times via phone and email. I asked to speak to a supervisor, waited for over 15 minutes and then was hung up on. I called back, was on hold and then hung up on again. Do not recommend. The customer service woman spoke good English and was polite but offered no suitable resolution before putting me on hold.
Attention scammers! I ordered tickets to Bangkok for the beginning of January 2024 through this company "Mytrip". The order was made 2 months before departure. Order number MNBW82.10 days before the departure date they inform me that my ticket has been canceled and offer a refund. Which is what I took advantage of. I went to the link and clicked return all funds. I ordered another ticket from another company. 5 days before the departure date they inform me that my ticket is active again and I have to fly. To which I said that I already had a ticket from another company and would use their services, and asked for the funds to be returned to my account. They didn't pay me anything. I lost 830 euros. Don't trust them, they won't give you even a cent back.
Please, please, please save your money. They left my family stranded in LAX. When checking in for the second leg of the flight only my wife had a seat booked. The airline said no seats had been booked or purchased for the children. Almost $10,000 has been lost and this agency has been zero help. They say you need to contact the airline knowing they cannot help. When you call, all they give you is bull$#*!, scripted lies. Their support team never responds. This company should not exist and should not be allowed to trade. All they are selling is pain and suffering.
We count ourselves lucky we only lost $100 after reading these reviews. Wasn't informed of delayed first flight so missed connection-with same airline on same booking. Customer service answers and lies. Don't don't don't!
I've called mytrip.com maybe 15 times to chance a name on the ticket over the course of 2 months. They keep on saying that there is a procedure to follow, but that it will happen in a 'a few more days'. A few days before the booking and they have still not done anything about this. I have made a complaint, but this didn't make a difference. This website is a joke!
This is a very $#*!ty business... found it difficult to rebook my ticket, charged high for change of date, very bad customer service, long hold time. Learn from my experience. Don't do business with this bunch of scammers.

My flight cancelled by airline in the flight day one hour before. They reduce 30 USD after lots of follow up. If I bought from the airline website they gave me 100%+20%.
I confirm what everyone above has written. mytrip.com is a total scam. My flight was cancelled by the airline 6 weeks ago, mytrip.com received the refund from the airline and they are telling me they will charge me 40 euro just to send the refund to me. Plus they will not refund any additional services like baggage and the EXTRA surcharge I paid them for customer support (I wonder what support I am receiving when I even need to pay in order to receive my refund). Today they even told me that I cancelled my booking myself, 6 weeks after I was supposed to fly, and that's why I need to pay 40 euro cancellation fee... one month ago the same people confirmed to me that the fee was 15 euro, for which there is still no reason, as the flight was not cancelled by me...
They have worst customer service. They made me waiting on phone for almost 3 hrs just for them to hang up on me. No resolution from their side. I am booked with united airline who waiving off the change fees even for non refundable tickets. But i have to do it through mytrip as i booked with them. But they just dnt wanna answer the call. Its just ridiculous. Worst website ever.
I requested a refund for this company and they told me that they reached out to the airline (Porter Airlines) to request a refund and that the company rejected the claim. However, when I called Porter Airlines, they told me they had never received a refund request from MyTrips.com. Customer service was not supportive and I could not get in contact with a supervisor. I would completely avoid this company.
Lady don't know how to speak in English and disconnect my call without answering my question just because she they don't want to contact airline on my behalf. Airline want me to contact ticket agent and your problem will be solved but they refused to talk to airline said they can't also she refused to pass it on to the supervisor. Very disappointed experience. Negative 1000 for their service.
Purchased a ticket paid for the seat selection all the way going and coming back and no seats were reserved. Seat selection was like a fifth of the total ticket price and yet not fulfilled. Thanks for at least talking to me when I rang.

We appreciated your efficiency in handling our order, but inevitably feel misinformed regarding the baggage included in our outgoing flight tickets. It was written: Handbaggage up to 7 Kgs. It did not say that trollies in that weight would not be considered "handbaggage". But the carrier (Arkia Israel Airlines) thought so nevertheless, making us pay for the 2 small trollies that we had tried so hard to pack according to the weight limit.
FIY, in Arkia they said they often have this problem with passengers who purchased tickets through My Trip.
UPDATE: My Trip was extremely unhelpful so far in resolving this excess payment issue. They find ever new excuses not to deal with it: "You did not provide your order number", so I provided. Then: "This address does not reply to emails. Please use the link provided". Needless to say, no link was provided.
So in the foreseeable future, this is most probably NOT MY Trip.
I will never allow my friends, relatives and colleagues suffer the same ordeal this Greek company have made me go through. By far the worst travel agency I have ever used. I will never ever use this site in the future and I will warn everyone that I know to avoid My trip.com like a disease. I hope their guilt will make you live their lives well after they rubbed me off my hard earned money. How can you be allowed to operate in the UK when you don't even have a contactable number. You charge your costumer more than half of the airfare worth of penalties when they want their information changed. Even the actual Airline companies won't change half of what you are charging and just because you are not contactable you can very well do so? I hope the watchdog will get you
The Airline had to cancel my flight mid April. While I was informed in a timely I am now waiting for 1.5 Months for a refund. Customer support seems not to be existing. While I was using mytrip in the past without having issues I will for sure not book any flight through them.
After being charged for a check-in luggage by the airline (LOT) we requested a refund for the service already prepaid with Mytrip. After almost 4 months they sent us back to the airline and unilaterally closed the case. I suspect that they collected our money and did not book our luggage correctly with the airline. Scam?
I booked 6 flights on Kayak with MyTrip because it was maybe $5 / ticket cheaper. What a mistake. I received absolutely no value from MyTrip. The airline cancelled our returns while we were away, and I was on my own. I called MyTrip 11 times and was promised a call from a manager, was promised a response within 24-48 hours multiple times, over and over, of which I received none. I was hung up on once. I sent a complaint as they asked, and after more than a week got an apology for the delay and was told to refile if my issue was still valid. The airline refunded MyTrip over $2400 the day they cancelled my flights. It took MyTrip a month and a half to get the refund to me, minus their $30 handling fee and withheld even more that they didn't explain. I only hope people aren't as naive as me and check sites like this before signing up with these scammers.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
