Probably the worst travel agency ever. They take forever to respond (which was already the case before corona). If it is your turn, they just disconnect. Making you go through the queue all over again. And they just refuse to help. Even if the Airline offers an solution, but demand that it has to go via the Travel Agency, MyTrip/GoToGate/ETraveli Just refuses to help you further with it. (in my case: Malaysia Airlines is OK with a refund in stead of a Voucher, but the Agency refuses to help with it).
And the travel vouchers they offer are only for flights from 1 specific airline (which is logical) but only valid if you book via their site, on which the prices are MUCH higher than via the airline directly. (50% to 500% higher).
You will also notice that the people that actually give a positive feedback about this company are the people that never contacted their customer service, or are being sarcastic.
My son bought a ticket through mytrip.com on August and received a confirmed flight booking. When he checked-in his ticket 3 hours before the flight we found out that it was not a valid ticket. We tried to ring the *******881 but to no success..."Sorry we are having technical difficulties. Please call again later"... so almost 2 hours trying same technical issues. Im glad that we were able to locate the Greece company through the invoice receipt and they were able to sort the problem 1.5 hrs before the flight. His flight was Auckland to Hongkong (boarding pass was issued at Auckland Airport) but the boarding pass for Hongkong to Cebu will be issued in Hongkong. Hopefully my son will reach his destination without any problem by tomorrow. I will never use this site MYTRIP.COM.
Awful service. They charge you less money for the flight and 20 days after they will change your dates without your consent so you have no choice but rebook. Then they will tell you it's company policy and you have to pay $45 to change it to your preferred date. Awful customer care service. They will claim:" I am here to help you" and they do not help. Stay away from My Trip if you don't want trouble in your life. I am disgusted that liars like the are allowed to take honest citizens money
I was making a booking, and when I pressed 'buy' there was a system error "transaction could not be completed' so I left the site and booked another flight on another site. But then I checked my bank account and mytrip.com had taken my money! I called for help and they said it was out of their hands and that I had to contact the airlines for help in canceling. The error was in their system and they refused to refund me the money.
These heartless people are scamsters who thrive off innocent and hardworking people. I can't believe they have been operating for years with impunity, not a single positive response about my trip. Hope they will get what they deserve for ripping people off.
I needed my ticket number in order to apply for partner airline miles, a standard request. Since the ticket number was not provided in the mytrip email confirmation, nor available on their website, NOR available from the airline itself, I called mytrip customer service to get my ticket number. He didn't know what I was talking about and suggested I use the booking reference number. I had to explain to him what a ticket number was. He then put me on hold, came back and said his supervisor told him to tell me "You need to call back in 3 days because there's an empty space where your ticket number should be." I asked him how it would just appear in 3 days, if he meant he was putting in a request for someone to retrieve my ticket number or what. He just kept saying give it a few days, right now the software isn't showing it. It made absolutely no sense. What he should've said is, our company is incompetent and we shouldn't be issuing tickets if we can't provide ticket numbers.
I don't wish to anyone what this site put me through today. I bought two tickets to Dusseldorf and then Split. An email from them immediately appeared saying that everything was confirmed and my reservation number to check-in. Turns out they didn't book me on the flights. That is, I could not check in and consequently board. In short: they stole my money. When I commented at the check-in counter, they commented that there were numerous cases of this involving My Trip. Ckm. NEVER BUY ON THIS PLATFORM
I would not recommend this company to anyone having attempted on many occasions to contact them for a refund for a cancelled flight. They deliberately make it almost impossible to contact them and have no consideration for their customers. Would never use again!
So i tried to get a refund for over three weeks and after all of that they let me know that they charges for "processing" a refund (sending an email to the airline basically) was, read carefully £55! So my ticket being £80 that i bought as a "refundable option" and payed like £15 more for that ill be getting back about £10? That is just being straight a thief.
So really do not bother using them, get it directly from the airlines or a well known provider, might save you some headaches and money.
By the way it is not if i want them to proccess my refund, i have to process my refund through them cause i did it already through the airline myself and i couldn't get the money that way.

After recalculating the price, I found a suitable flight but had to call their customer service to complete the change. Despite the flight being shown as available on their website, the customer service agent refused to provide it and claimed it was not available. To resolve the issue, I called ITA Airlines, and they confirmed that the flight I wanted was indeed available. They joined the call with the Mytrip customer service, but still, the agent refused to make the change. As a result, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company."
Scammers. Don't buy tickets from them. They are a pain... No proper customer support. No emails. I purchased a ticket with check-in baggage and when I reached the checkin counter I was told I don't have baggage allowance. I was not able to fly two international flights due to this fraud. The App and emails received showed baggage allowance clearly. If I could I would log a complain with IATA.
I booked my flight via Mytrip and started my check in process well within time and had several issues as their site kept giving me errors. I made a screenshot of the errors and took it to the airport as the site said that there was an issue with my check-in and I have to do it at the airport. When I got to the airport to explain my situation I was told that I had to pay and it was happening to several customers. I called Mytrip during my stay abroad only to be out through to a customer service representative in India who could not help me. I called again a when I returned and yet again I was put through to India, only this time the rep told me that I needed to check in when I booked the flight and not 48 hrs before departure. She said that I should have received a message but nothing was sent to me. I am really frustrated about this experience and keep sending email to Mytrip, but they don't have the common courtesy to respond.

I wish I had checked the reviews before trying to book airline tickets with mytrip.com. I never got a confirmation email, didn't get a booking or confirmation number when I finished entering my credit card information online, and couldn't get through to the company for help. I tried requesting help online using their website, but never got a response. I called 3 times, and each time I was on hold for an hour until I was disconnected. I am in the process of disputing the transaction with my credit card company. Never again! Can't believe I fell for this scam. The company is fraudulent.
I paid extra if my my sister canceled her trip, but she passes away by an accident, and I paid for her ticket and I have called my trip 3 times and explained and send them her dead certificate, to refund my money, but there has been no solution. Its been 2 weeks.
Do not book with this company, this is the most terrible customer service experience I have ever had! Our flights were cancelled BY THE AIRLINE 48 hours before flying from Australia to Europe. MyTrip said they had no other options, and we would have to re-book independently. Four months later, I am still waiting to receive any information about refunds, even after phoning the company every week since May. I am told the same story every time I phone up, that my claim is sitting with the 'support team' and no management is available to speak to. This company takes no responsibility for its customers and has blatantly stolen nearly $2000AUD. Save yourself the stress and never use this company!
Please stay away from this site if you don't want to lose money because of their fault. I make identical booking as the 1st booking was keep loading and no confirmation email received. I asked for a cancel/refund to the 2nd booking but was told $150 penalty fee will be impose. The customer service was very unreasonable when I asked for consideration to waive the penalty as it was not my fault in the 1st place but to no avail. Not to mentioned the long waiting time for the call. Will wait for their manager to return call and see what is the outcome. For now... I believed the negative comments are legit. Stay away

Tried to change a flight after paying extra for a flex ticket - they will basically just pretend they don't see flights on their website and jack up the prices of flights they can apparently see on their system. Con artists.
We bought tickets Bari to Mykonos and we could not check in online, when we get at the airport they told is it didn't exist, and that the card had been declined, and they charged us the flight ticket price.
They take money for different services and do not provide them!
There is no possibility for normal contacts!

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
