They are absolutely a scam website and tell about airline policies as they wish but not the real airline policies not to refund any money in case you need to change or cancel the ticket you will lose your money there is no online support also and you will be losing your money when calling them
The airline I booked through MyTrip cancelled my flight in March 2020. The airline has returned the money to MyTrip but they're refusing to return it to me! It's been 10.5 months so far & I'm still waiting!

Bought a ticket to Stockholm. The website says that the purchase does not go through. So I repeat the purchase, get the same error message even though I have money in the account. And start the purchase again. Once I have paid, I check my account. They have charged for ALL THREE! Call them to report an error and tell them, Ok we can cancel them 2 extra, but you have to pay SEK 990 for it! Why should I pay for the website to give the wrong info? They are fooling people!
Had to change my outbound flight, cost me twice the price the flight would be on sky scanner but if I rebooked separately i would have lost my return flight.
Took over two hours on hold to contact them, managed to change the flight and then 24 hours later they called and wanted another £40! Told if I didn't pay I would lose both flights. Absolutely disgraceful, they are little more than a scam site, avoid at all costs.
If you get a flexible ticket and want to change your flight date they will try charging you 5 to 6 times your initial ticket price, you can even look up cheaper flights on their website - but they will not give them to you.
It's a scam.- keep away.
Constantly transferred between departments because no one knows what to do. Takes hours. Each person says something different. For my refund, they put me in an impossible position: call the airline directly for a refund -> I do -> the airline says they need to request the refund because it was booked through them -> I call them to say that the airline requires them to make the refund request -> The employee says he cannot because it's not in the airline policy = I am trapped by their bureaucracy when it should be as simple as making the request. And they charge and administration fee which is ludicrous because their administration is quite useless. Their employees are perfectly fine. The booking agency as a company is terrible.
I booked a round trip flight and paid for a checked bag for both flights, when i checked in for the returning flight there was no checked bag on the reservation, i tried calling them i was on hold for 4 hours, when my flight was due to board i had to buy direct from the airline and pay a premium price, i disputed the charge
They saw me looking at a flight for A particular day then when I went to book it when I went to the second page, they said the prices changed and put it up $100 so I changed browsers went on private mode deleted cookies and the price is back to normal. Then on the Payment page they said the payment couldn't go through and I needed to start the process again at which point they put the price up an extra $100 again. Keep in mind this is over a month before the booked date, so not last minute fluctuations.
They did it because they believed that flying on this day particular day was essential to me however, it was not.
In the end, I had to book a flight for the day before, so that I could access the original price that I was offered. They tried to take advantage of a customer who they believe needed a flight on a particular day, they believed they could pressure me, the customer, to pay over the odds
I was supposed to go on honeymoon to Malta. Malta Airlines cancelled the flight. I have tried to call MyTrip several times without getting through. Today, when I finally talked to someone, I had to 'call back with in an hour because the system was not working' (strange how they answered within a couple of minutes for once and then to claim the system isn't working). After trying another 4 times I had someone on the phone. The communication was very difficult. He tried to tell me that i could only get a voucher? I am quite sure that they have to give a refund as the airline itself cancelled the flight. He tried to put me through his colleague to discuss the voucher/refund. I stayed waiting for almost an hour before I gave up.
I am very disapointed in this company and won't ever book again. Very poor service and it's clear to me that they try to make it very difficult to get your money back!

Booked flights from Australia to London. Noticed my name was spelt wrong on the booking. I chased every other day for three weeks to get a solution - nothing resolved, no promises kept. Left me at the airport on the other side of the world without a plan. Ended up having to buy another ticket.
I don't normally write negative reviews but the service was so poor with no guidance given.
I am sure this company is fine if you don't need to call them for help. Do not expect back up.
Please don't book with this company, you will regret it. It's straight up robbery.
I have booked a flight with them that was cancelled by the airline. The airline issued a refund to the owner of the booking (MyTrip) and after months of calls and emails, MyTrip is saying that they never received any refund from the airline. I have been going in circles with the airline and MyTrip for 5 months now. MyTrip keeps saying that they are escalating the issue every single time I call but with no response and lately they are putting me through to a diferent team and the line just cuts off. I cannot believe that they are so well rated on the Google App store.
Did not get my refund for almost a year now. Zero customer service. Canceled the tickets in 3 hours from the original order. They said they are gonna request the refund from Airlines. Not sure why airlines should issue the refund, after Mytrip policy states 24 hour cancellation full refund. At least that's what they told me on the phone.
Dont ever use mytrip. Com, I booked my flight via za.mytrip.com last year flight got cancelled.
First it is so difficult to get to their customer support, I managed to contact after ages and asked for refund. They said that they won't process the refund as the airline Ethiopian airlines is not giving the money even when they cancelled the flight. Mytrip does not want to take any responsibility or provide any support have asked me to directly contact the airline and ask for the refund, in this case tere is no point going throug a travel agent when they are providing absolutely no service.
They have deliberately messed with my itinerary so that they can try to extract more money from me, the flights now don't connect properly and the entire trip has had to be cancelled, I read somewhere that the EU is investigating their dodgy practices!
I purchased ticket through my trip flight cancelled by airline not for me airline said they will refund 100% but my trip charging me half amount of the ticket.

Their customer service is pathetic. They don't have any supervisor and their L1 team has no clue of what they are doing. I used my card to pay Flair airlines $160 and I cancelled within 12hrs. I was supposed to get full refund which confirmed by airlines that it was initiated. But they received incorrect card details from middleman which in this case is mytrip. Checked mytrip and they don't have even last 4-digits of my card.
I lost my flight thanks to them. They flight flew 2 and a half hours earlier and they didn't tell me it was changed, even though they were notified 2 days prier.
They did have time, however, to send me promotional emails to buy more of thier crappy services every single day, almost to the point of harassment even though I unchecked getting promotional emails from them.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Have you heard to: You can check your refund with how much hate they pronounce it? They are EVIL! The waiting time is 1-2 hours they don't reply, they do everything to steal your money! The service is very very bad! The agents are frauds! Please avoid this agency! Stay away! They are really scammers!

Avoid... No customer service. I tried to change a flight time for family but have no communication after an email, 2 phone calls. Seems they wait until prices go up or ticket no longer available. Disappointment. Will not use again.
I changed a flight time, from London to Bergen Norway.
The second flight required a stopover in Stavanger before going on to Bergen.
First they incorrectly charged for the change THEN only rebooked the flight London to Stavanger. Still no way to get to Bergen!
I sent 4 emails. No response. I just spent 3 hours on their 24/7 phone to get transferred 3 times and disconnected when transferred. Now when I call, I just get disconnected. The most incompetent flight booking service ever. Norwegian Air should refuse to deal with them and they will loos customers as a result. If I could give a MINUS rating I would.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
