I am so absolutely, deeply revolted at how utterly incompetent everyone working at this agency is. The airline is a scam, customer service is literally nonexistent, and anyone who answers the call is either extremely rude or gives you false information. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
Because of the typo on a passenger name, I have been charged 425$ in fees. I sent in the name change request a month ago, just to receive a very abrupt email a few days before I leave that they are unable to make the change. I am livid. This company deserves to go bankrupt and burn in hell.
Please read all reviews about this company coz they are true! Please don't get caught with there extra insurance offers! It's a scammer! They make there money true this scam! The terms and conditions are not transparent! You will only find out if you had to make a claim. They will do everything to not pay the claim even though they have taken more then half your money you will not get to use the rest too!
This is a indian company operating under fuse pretense of been a Swedish company with a base in Australia each! Be very careful they will also put you on hold for long periods of time and cut the line to put you off your making the claim.
This site will do anything to not help you even through emergency time. They put you on hold for over an hour only to drop the line after that. Stay away from this company as there is much better and trustable travel sites.
Do not buy this cheap deal from MyTrip- please save your money and mental health. Absolutely the worst customer service, 90 min on the line, and then transferred. Their agents are not trained professionals- I had wind and vehicles and other noise in the background, and then call dropped due to technical difficulty.
My flight was delayed by 2 days due to the war, and I needed to change original airport. They keep sending me to Airline(which can't do anything, because booking through Mytrip). Short story 2 days of ping-ponged in between, absolutely useless. Now I will ask for refund and rebook directly with airline.
I am a frequent flyer, but such awful service is for the first time. DO NOT USE THEM!

Which they didnt! I bought a cancellation policy, provided medical certificate and all what required, inquired several times on the status and they still did Not act, they are making me lose my money.

This company (and I use that term loosely) is a complete scam! They charge a lot of fees and then don't do anything to help the customer. We paid for flexible tickets, COVID insurance, automatic check in (since we were going international) and then when we needed to call customer service we couldn't reach anyone. After 30 minutes on hold, your call is automatically disconnected. SIX phone calls later someone actually answered, couldn't understand anything they said (very thick accent and broken English) and they said they couldn't change the tickets. Long story short, RUN as fast as you can from this company and don't even bother to look back. I will NEVER buy from mytrip again and will also be contacting kayak.com which advertises rates for mytrip and let them know about this horrible company as well.
Fully dissatisfied with their service. They lied about everything. Luggages for tickets are not clear at all. I paid over 226 CAD extra just because they did a mistake on the ticket. Dont recommend it at all. Worst customer support evar! Shame on you mytrip.com
I regret that I haven´t searched for the reviews of this company before we bought tickets via MyTrip. Long story short - due to personal issues we were not able to fly so we personally went to airline office and canceled the reservation in advance. When we wanted a refund from Mytrip we received just an automatic response. To find any customer

Zero customer service. Swoop canceled my flights, My Trip was reimbursed by Swoop. Still no refund to me. I've been on Chat Line several times, same response. It's being processed manually, takes times. Refunds in 3 business days is an out an out lie. Will never use this Agency again. Worst travel experience and it's post pandemic.

Only one suggestion we have shared that the electrical appliance like AC and three points plugs to be taken care and they have assured for the same

I accidently booked a flight for the wring date and called immediately (5 minutes after) to cancel it. They charged me a $57 "cancellation fee" - wtf? Of course I went ahead and contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge. Stay away from them!
We missed our connecting flight from London Heathrow as our first flight was late. Called Mytrip.com emergency line many times, no one answered. Dropped them an email mentioning we are stranded at London Heathrow as it was 10 in the night and all the airline counters were closed. So there was no hope of a rebooking or getting a hotel voucher. Its about a month back this happened and Im still waiting to get a reply from them on what should we do!
Stay away... Extremely poor rather no customer service. Paying 20 quids more elsewhere or to the airline directly is way wiser than MyTrip.com
Do not use mytrip, I did and I regretted, they have no idea of customer service, they have their own rules regarding air fares snd bookings and they just plain dishonest. So my advice, even if it seems like the cheapest flight, stay away as you will pay more down the line.

If I could put zero stars, I would without hesitation. We supposed to go to Zanzibar from Luxembourg. A few weeks before our departure, Mytrip sends us an email saying that a connection has been canceled and that they are no longer able to bring us to our destination. So we have to cancel our flight. Since then, for the refund, we have si many discussions with Mytrip, the clients service sucks and does not understand anything(or pretend to not understand). The last excuse: "we cannot find your reservation"... nearly 2000 € lost. I will never use Mytrip again and will make sure that my entourage too. It is a scam.
I hope that this single review puts MyTrip/GoToGate out of business.
This is nothing but a group of thieves, scammers, and bold-faced liars. Undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. When my flight was canceled by the airline, I was entitled to the full refund and called MyTrip immediately. I was placed on hold for 12+ hours; when I reached an agent, they were completely useless and then hung up on me. Then they removed their helpline so I had to email 5+ times, and got the same cut/paste response every single time. I waited 5 months to get a refund — and it only came because I filed a formal complaint with the government. Turns out MyTrip had the money the whole time, and they tried to cover it up with more stories and lies. If you are looking for flights, avoid this group at all costs.

We happened to hear from others that the flights had been changed two times, but this company had no control at all and no knowledge at all. Just Scandalous!
17 hours over all on hold many different people just to confirm and rebook return flight from Ho chi min city back to Wellington. Worst customer service and muck around company ever. Spent over $120 in ph calls to them so so bad and being ignored, someone eating while talking, another yawning l, another laughing... still waiting on refund as had to book direct with airline in the end. Never ever use these people!
Bought 20 kilos of baggage and they didn't process it on one of the flight, so I asked for cancellation and they ask for cancellation fee when they would've give the additional 20 kilos or refund me. Generated a fake automated response when I replied to them as well.
Never ever order from Mytrip unless you want to be scammed out your money. Lost USD 1000 for 3 tickets to Bangkok.
Went to the airport today for a flight booked via Mytrip, only to find out from the Airline it was reschedule to a day earlier.
Turns out that the Airline had already told Mytrip that days prior, however they failed to notify us.
Try contacting mytrip hotline and waited 50 mins to get through and call was diverted to india. Try emailing them but only have automated email reply.
Absolutely no help whatsoever, instead they've ruined my vacation.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
