I have so much to say! However i shall keep it short. If you want to fly stress free and more money in your pocket go direct to the airline company. You will be saving yourself in the end. I promise you that.

I am £1000 out of pocket and its all their fault! You cannot get hold of them and to contact them also cost a fortune as you are calling greece
If I could give zero I would! Booked flights to Orlando from Dublin in January 2017. Two weeks before we are due to fly I have received an email regarding a proposed change on our return journey. This change means that we have 8 hours in Manchester airport before our return flight to Dublin. I have made numerous calls to mytrip to be told that they have emailed aer Lingus and they are waiting on them to confirm rescheduling us on to an earlier flight. I have contacted Aer Lingus directly and they need mytrip to ring them not email them to make these changes. When i call i am told that the information is being relayed to my handler! It is only a few days now until we fly and mytrip are proving to be very unhelpful in their customer service. I have used them once before but after this experience I will never ever use them again.
I wish there was less than 1 star, Mytrip is just the worst travel agency you can deal with them. We have requested a flight cancellation and they are failing to do any communications or refund with the airlines.
Stuff are not professional at all, everytime I have to call I have to explain the case from the beginning and they fail to give me an answer to any of my queries.

I booked a trip on MyTrip in January 2023 for me and my family. The airline changed the itinerary in February (for a departure in April) and it no longer fitted our schedule so we canceled (which was an option provided by the airline). We are now in November 2023 and we've yet to receive our money back. I've called MyTrip a dozen times. Nothing! Avoid at all costs.
This company wrote to me informing me that my flight to Barbados had been cancelled by the airline and that I should reply to the email so they could begin processing my refund. Well, I replied to the email but never heard from My Trip again. This is despite several follow up emails and phone calls that are never answered. I am now going through IATA to see if they can force the refund. I would not recommend My Trip. They are cowboys.
I LITERALLY purchased the cancellation guarantee and they made every excuse in the world. They gave me all these customer service numbers and none of them work.BIG SCAM...
I cancelled the flight 5 days in advance and they had the nerve to consider it a no show.as an excuse to not return my money. All evidence is in the photos! I was insanely pissed off! Because i purchased all the extra insurance stuff.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! THE Only two airline sites that stand by cancellations are SPIRIT (everyone hates spirit but me) and Kiwi.com I have gotten credits, returns and money back.
A disgrace.the worst part is i have used them many times. There are several emails related to this.
Bought my ticket 3 months ago, unfortunately for my nightmare one letter of my last name was wrong on my boarding pass, next day I called the airline, they told me they can correct for FREE but the travel agent in this case (my trip) has to contact them directly to do the correction. So I called my trip and they said they can do the correction but I will have to pay a fee of €114 euros (yes for one letter). I was upset about this extra cost for something is free if I had purchased the ticket straight with the airline, but decided to pay the correction fee on 16/04 to my trip!
Guess what, today 30/06 and 5 days to my departure, they still Haven't correct my name and not even answering any of my emails.
I'm really disappointed and angry with myself to use such bad company and the worst customer service ever!
Do not use MY TRIP.
Terrible company. Dishonest, wouldn't refund me after I bought THEIR travel insurance and presented them with the doctor's certificate they requested. Never, ever, ever use them. They'll keep you on hold forever, say they are checking on their policy and will always say, no, that's not possible.
I have no idea how this company can operate like this in the UK. You make a booking and they give you an airline booking number which is completely wrong. Phone lines are extremely busy, can't talk to anyone. I waited on the line 2-3 hours to be able to talk to someone until phone got hung up on me. Can't make any changes to your flight, can't talk to anyone. Absolute disgrace.
I don't know why so many people can't get help from them. I had a problem with my luggage on wizzair (my inbound flight didn't have checked in luggage even though I had paid for it)
They handled it within an hour, I successfully checked in, everything was ok. I am very grateful to their assistant.

Nearly 5 months I'm still waiting for a cancel flight refund.
All their advisers keep saying it's not going to take more than 24 hours!
They haven't even send the refund request to the Airline. (Even though they give me reference!)
I'm helpless of what to do!
1) not user friendly
2) hidden costs
3) call Centre numbers don't work
4) call Centre totally incompetent - I had to search for my own flights while speaking to them!
5) almost impossible to change flights - don't give you options just say there are no flights
I will actively tell people not to use your site.
I have had the same experience as so many of you, if you're reading this, I feel your pain and your frustration.
To contribute to the negative reviews, my story is;
Booked a flight from New Zealand to the UK, they claimed that the flights had been cancelled, this was untrue, they had simply oversold tickets and could not honor all the tickets they had sold.
I paid $2500 and 12 weeks later, received a refund of $1800.
I could write my frustration in a long rant here, but it really gets us all nowhere. How do we actually go about reporting this company to a third party financial ombudsman and have them charged, and forced to refund all of the people they have robbed.
There's no point in all of our complaining if we don't actually do something.
I will be looking for the appropriate channels through which I can begin the process of holding them accountable for what they have done to me.
I advise that if you have read this far, that you do the same, something has to be done.
This website is legit yes but the transparency of prices are not. Clicked on the lowest amount of flight price and website keeps on sending error message. Finally able to book through but surprisingly the amount has increased. Instead of clicking for the $800 dollar flight they have charge us with $1300 and when you asked them to cancel since the price went too high compares to what you originally booked, they have will charge you for $300 cancellation fee. What a joke.
OMG! How can an unprofessional agency like Mytrip be in 'customer service' business! Where did they employ these people from? I have travelled around the world and NEVER have I ever had such a mess made out of my trip by a 'travel agent'. Promised to do changes on flexi ticket - nothing was done! Promised second time. Nothing! I lost my other flights because they didn't do what they promised. I had to tell the agent what flights was available- and I lost them too because they didn't book it! Then eventually got a flight on a different route because I told them there was still availability! They could not find it. THEN they booked it BUT without luggage! Then! Then they said they cannot book the luggage! How can these incompetent people be taking your money? This short trip has cost me now three times more than the original booking! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Your money is at risk if U are booking with these guys and want to make changes modifications to the ticket. I was misguided and lost 700$ now. Utter nonsense and unprofessional company. Avoid them in all cases. If you still want to book with them. Be ready to wait long wait hours and they hang up on your face. Cheers!
I needed to postpone a flight with British Airways due to a house fire fully documented by our insurance company. Mytrip could not do that for me for no logical reason and despite an accumulation of 16 hours on hold on the phone with them over a day and a half. BA couldn't change a flight booked with a third party. Mytrip should not be allowed to operate.
Booked a fully flex ticket with them which I later had to cancel. Not only they did not reimbursed the ticket fare but it took me over 20 calls to cancel the tickets. The operators are rude and arrogant. I'm unsure how IATA has given any accreditation to this SCAM.
Booked a trip from Toronto to Korea via Seattle. First leg of the travel went fine. While coming back to Toronto Asiana airline denied boarding as the ticked got cancelled somehow. Airline and agents are blaming each other. For 2 months no refund. Does not seems to get my refund. Stay away from these cheaters.
The flight I booked via MyTrip was cancelled. The airline gave a refund to MyTrip and they never gave my money back. I guess that's what they do now - the scale gives them an opportunity to use the EU regulations at the expense of customers. If anyone hears anything about a class-action suit, I'd be happy to join.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
