I initially had a good experience. Only days after my booking I received an additional invoice from my trip, for 8 euros. If someone would contact me to please explain why this occurred. I purchased tickets, why am I being charged additional costs when everything was confirmed the same day. Very unprofessional!
I purchased an option to be able to change my flight dates, subject to availability and with same route and carrier for £60. When I tried to change I was told no flights were available on the dates I asked about and you were only allowed to ask about three dates, then she hung up. I checked and found flights were available. I called back and this time they found flights,. But the difference between the new flights and the one I had booked was double the price of my original return flight and substantially more than the cost of just booking a new flight home.
I can't see any info about my booking. You have order number and you have my email address. Click on my booking and fill the same info again and then get an error. NOT DOING BUSINESS EVER AGAIN WITH YOU.
It's been a terrible experience and even after 5 weeks I haven't received my refund. Every time their administrators respond that it's not their fault and that they couldn't do anything.

Why do we have to make 2 different reservations 8+8 and not one direct reservation of 16 persons?

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with your website. The entire booking process seemed smooth at first—choosing flights, entering personal details. However, when I reached the final payment page, I was shocked to see an unexpected additional charge of $450 tacked onto my total.
There was no prior mention of this charge throughout the booking process. It felt like a deliberate attempt to deceive customers into paying more at the last minute, hoping they'd be too committed to back out. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is not only unethical but also leaves a sour taste in your mouth.
Chat with support live everyday to ask about refund status but given me different story everyday. Mytrip cancel my booking then the waiting period for refund is not acceptable. Dont use this agent

Worst company ever. Seems like they scam a lot of people out of their money and there's no way to get it back.
My flight was cancelled by the airline in January. Since then they have been stringing me along with the refund I'm owed, telling me it's coming any day now. They have received the money back from the airlines many months ago.
Do not book a flight with them, it's not worth it.

I checked the amount and received the OTP but didn't enter the code. However, my ticket was confirmed, and money was deducted from my account. The price initially displayed was lower, but at the end, it asked for double the amount.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
