We booked a return flight to Bangkok in March 2019 for two adults. Today we received an email saying the flight has been rescheduled, the reschedule means we miss our connecting flight back to Heathrow absolutely pointless, wed be stranded, got sent a link saying if we want a call back from an advisor its £70! We refused to pay it China airlines said we shouldnt be paying anything, i contacted China airlines 5 times, they said we shouldnt be charged what so ever and told us to tell them, further 5 calls made to my trip and we was then told the 70 pound is for a hotel at the airport? I was like whaaaaaat, if I wanted a hotel and overnight Id decide. Not them, rang again and they said its not for a hotel! Absolutely no chance, then I rang again and was told a different story, 8 calls today and I demanded a full refund! China airlines Also said it was the travel agents that needed to offer us the alternative free of charge and should not be charging us an admin fee! I was told it would take 30 days for our refund and I demanded confirmation that they was applying due. Refund, still not had an email absolutely disgusting! We paid by credit card too, do you think its worth me contacting action fraud and trying to claim back via credit card company as we have all the evidence that the flight is absolutely worthless to us, almost £800 off us they have had, so angry x
I booked a flight ticket last Friday, I never received email with the booking number, but when I checked my credit card info online there was a pending charge of $2000 plus. So I canceled my booking in 2 hours for I spent 2 hours to find how to contact mytrip.com, their phone is in London and nobody took the phone, their voice message is unclear, it hard to understand. But when I checked my credit card info yesterday, mytrip.com didn't refund my money in full, they charged me $30 for doing nothing. I have let my card issuer to dispute the transaction.
Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare.
We booked $4,000.00 worth of flights with this company in December and the flight was cancelled for reasons outside of our control. We ended up being stranded half-way through our flight and MyTrips finally responded the following day! They left us completely stranded and we had to find our own way home. We had cancellation insurance so we expected to receive a refund and ended up having to fight this company for the last 5 months for our money back.
Over a month and a half ago, they emailed us to notify that we did actually qualify for the refund. We have yet to see this credit and they have blocked my emails so I am unable to contact them.
Absolutely deplorable the way these people conduct business. I have never felt so powerless as a consumer.
Will never book through MyTrip again. Most unreliable service ever. I received notification from the airlines that my flights were cancelled. Since I booked through MyTrip I requested that they follow up on the flight refund. It has been over 3 weeks and I have called 6 times but still no action from their end. They are hopeless and robotic. On second thought I think they are a scam.
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY EVER... booking itself was ok... but later they inform you about flight changes (that make no sense - e.g. flight change disables you to catch all connecting flights) and you only have 2 options... to accept... or decline with help of assisant and for that you need to pay a fee... and when you ask them how many changes can you still expect like this... thy sy it can be many. And every time they would charge you a fee (27/person)

I have been trying since last week to contact them to cancel my ticket with no answer. Sent them over three emails with no response. I missed one call and thats it, they don't really answer since then... this is a scam company. I almost begged them to call me. They are wasting the time until the flight date when there is no cancelation is applicable. Thieves.

We booked 12 tickets with them but unfortunately we had to cancel them within 24 hours and almost 3 weeks before the flights. They sent us the cancelation conditions, a lot of money to be lost by us!

I have so much to say! However i shall keep it short. If you want to fly stress free and more money in your pocket go direct to the airline company. You will be saving yourself in the end. I promise you that.

I booked round trip flight; airline change schedules; mytrip.com. Notify and asked me to choose:
- if i accept d changes, click accept button.
- if i want another schedule, pay admin fee button and customer service will contact you.
I click admin fee payment; after charging me $80 admin fee, 6weeks later and multiple follow up emails i sent; i called long distance to their only phone #.
3 people from.mytrip.com said. The $80 i paid was they help me do the affected airline changes.
If i dont want what mytrip. Com imposed, i have to pay another $80 to check if they can help me for another date but no guarantee i can get & no refunds.

Mytrip.com is fraud company - stay aware! My experience with them On the 3rd of February I booked a one-way combined ticked (3 connection flights) from Nassau to Glasgow through Toronto and London. A week later they sent me a flight change offer to accept: My flight from Toronto to London is rebooked to one that is 6 hours later. If I agree to it, I also agree to arrive to London at 11.50AM. However, there were no changes made to my third flight from London to Glasgow - it is still scheduled to take off from London at 10.30AM. Essentially I have to agree to miss my flight! :) What a great opportunity for almost 650 eur! If I choose not to accept - they ask me to pay 27 euros so that they would offer something different :)) )) Fraud as is! Phone helpline is on hold forever and no replays to several emails. But I contacted my credit card issuer bank (i'm their business client) and they are currently consulting with EU police structures to do something about these greek scammers - Mytrip.com owners e-Travel S.A. (registered and located in Athens, Greece. 7 Kifisias Ave., Ampelokipoi 115 23, Athens. EU VAT registration number: EL*******).
All similar opinions about similar cases from here and from tripadvisor are collected and sent to the bank to put an end to this sham!
We bought tickets trough mytrip.com in July 2017 Belgrade-LA, via Dusseldorf for 22.12.-3. 01. 2018. When we arrived to Dusseldorf we realised that the flight we bought doesnt exist anymore-because AirBerlin is not operating any more.
We have been trying to get our money back from MyTrip. ComThey have insistently refused to offer us a compensation for the initial amount we paid.
We are following a legal procedure via the EU Consumer Center to get our money back, as their customer service is just trying to hold us back using excuses and delaying responses.

Alitalia Airlines shift the flight to one day earlier (which was unexpectedly!) but the most important thing was that mytrip.com didn't even inform us about it and we missed the flight! Alitalia refund our tickets and gave us a new one but 1 day later. Mytrip.com didn't help us at all and even didn't take this situation us their own fail, despite they didn't kept us inform (we provided emails to them). Very terrible situation! Very terrible service! I wouldn't recommend to anybody to use this company!
They had my airport listed ONCE, now I can't find it so my account is useless, but there is NO way to delete my account, unsubscribe to emails, or contact them!
I bought flight ticket with mytrip in December, still by today they refusing to issue Invoice. Only thing I received from them is booking confirmation. I have called them and spoke to an agent who promised me that invoice will be sent, still nothing... I chat on mytrip-facebook site with their representative, same issue - he promised to send but still no invoice.

I recommend that no one used MyTrip.com ever. The customer service is unhelpful and rude. I was left stranded in Düsseldorf airport when trying to connect through there.

Dont ever never use this page for your trip because they just try to steal money from you anyway. I booked my ticket on 5pm 12/12. After payment nothing show me on the page. Waiting whole day try to contact them no respond. I made a phone call for the center, the guy answer was check my imformation and he answer I didnt pay, and I dont have any ticket when I told him my bank said that success and blocked my money already, So please check clearly. He said I not paid yet and I can book new ticket. So i booked 2others new ticket. Then after 59 hours they sent me ticket when before that I check it dont have and I said if dont have please cancel that. When they answer me on facebook it 59hours later, and my money still be blocked but I did told them whole story then they just ignore me and today still get all my money. Remember your policy e ticket just sent late after 24hours, and I did phone even center confirm I dont have ticket make me bough 2 others then now 2 have 4 ticket, they still get my money even they know they do wrong. This page will ignore you when you complain and just steal your money anyway.
This company is a fraud. The hotline number charges extreme amounts. The customer service is non-existent. No response when emailing.
I had requested a flight change several times more than two weeks before my flight with no clear response. They decide to notify me that my flight was changed 24 hours before departure after I booked a hotel.
They are absolute garbage. It's not worth the frustration. Read the terrible reviews... it goes on and on.

The website is in my opinion purposely confusing. They ask for the first name second, and second name first. (Just a note, this is not standard, KLM don't do this)
OK, easy mistake and partly my fault, but to then ask for £105 to swap the inverted second and first names 15 minutes after I booked is a complete RIP OFF!
Speaking to KLM they would change this in 30 seconds, and for free.
Stay well clear of these rip off merchants.
