July 05-2024 my flight was cancelled by airline air India express, still me not get my refund from mytrip more than two months by chat I contact many times each and every time they request me to wait for the refund, i already check with the airline they give me itinerary for the proof of refund but mytrip they are telling me still they not recieve refund from the airline please beware about mytrip dont lose your money here at mytrip better book direct from airline website
I was nickel and dimed the whole way, received NO help along the way (unless I paid for it) and a typo costed me $75. The entire price for two tickets was $215, of which $151 of that was fees and carrier charges. It's so hard to just buy a friggin plane ticket at a decent rate. Thanks for nothing.
I booked through site, seemingly received confirmation, but have not received an email with the booking confirmation. When I try to get back onto site with booking # it won't let me. Should have gone directly to airline.
It took me hours and hours and hours including with over someone else helping me for 2 hours. I had already turned down tickets for $1600 for the same flights that I ended up paying $2200 through Kayak, not including taxes and bag fees for another $200. This was just light economy or basic economy, not first class. I regret using Kayak
If nothing goes wrong, it is OK to flight with them.
But! I needed to change my flight dates and I bought refundable ticket, and it was a nightmare to make them help me.
First, they can say what is the price of the new ticket and they always say it is much more than I can see in the website of the flight company! So I had to pay more money to change to a cheaper flight.
Secondly, it is very hard to get them, and they are hardly understand what you want.
I really recommend to pay a little more money and flight with a better company.

The booking found in skyscanner and offered in mytrip were different.
We had to run twice the booking (meaning entering our details) and after paying saw that the second piece of the trip (Mad-zurich) was on the day after!

I made an unfortunate mistake in my booking with Trip.com. Thus I tried to change my booking literally within minutes after I finished my booking, realising the error. However I would be charged a very hefty fee for this change. Now I see myself necessitated to book a new flight, and won't be able to use the flight I paid for through Trip.com. I'm very disappointed and won't be using Trip.com again.
I have been waiting for a refund for 3 years.
Customer service is unhelpful and seldom provide me with useful information. They can't say when the refund will be processed or even when a agent will contact me.
4 years on. Not only have they not paid yet. I can no longer contact them. So that's money I will never see again.
I bought a ticket through My trip before the pandemic started in 2020. The flight was cancelled by the carrier. My trip offered the option of a refund. That was in 2020. They disappeared. They don't provide any updates regarding my refund. Every email I send comes back with a standard answer of it's been processed please wait.

One of the airlines that was part of my trip was delayed over two hours due to an "undermanning" issue at the departure airport. This caused me to miss my connecting flight. Because I booked through mytrip, I was unable to coordinate any assistance with the departure airline in getting to my destination.
Answer: flights@mytrip.com although don't expect a timely response (if any)
Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
