Shocking customer service - refused return even though the gels they sent had only 62 days before they were out of date - they're excuse was they don't accept returns of nutrition [which it does not state on the website] and that they can refund them as they have 3 months to use even though 62 does not = 3 months!

Purchased a gilet showing in stock to be told not in stock so cancelled order on 5th Sept, chased twice for refund and now still waiting 20 days later. Will now proceed with legal action to recover £167 owed
Stephen Collins is a dishonest trader who deliberately attempts to swindle any customer who places an order. Avoid this company, they are crooks. He does not care about consumer law or distance selling regulations. He will employ silent marketing phone calls and repeated spam emails if like me, you have to involve the small claims court in order to get your money back having been sold two faulty products. He will do anything to avoid paying including pretending not to have received returned products and at the same time attempting to deduct monies from your bank as a restocking fee at £60.00 per item. The lies are blatant and he should be stopped from trading. Do not give him your money
I ordered some compression tights that arrived defective. They had clearly been worn by someone before and were of terrible quality for the price. I sent the item back at my own cost. Over 2 weeks later, after 2 phone calls, still no refund. Terrible customer service which implies a terrible company
Ordered an Orca Equip 2018. Delivered fairly quick and that was about the only positive.
Wetsuit was damaged. Had a cut on the back. Contacted shop and received answer from Tom C. That their warehouse was investigating and they would contact me shortly. That was 2 weeks ago. Sent multiple emails and never got an answer.
Complete scammers selling faulty products. Working with my companies lawyer to file a lawsuit in the UK now. Not letting this one pass.

Shocking customer service. Wetsuit delivered damaged. Informed them immediately by email on their website and website chat'. No response for four days. Returned wetsuit and still no refund after four weeks. Have received two emails saying they are looking into it'. Starting legal procedures. Stay away from MyTriathlon.
This company is the worst company I've ever used I ordered a dry robe 31/01/2021 and I am still waiting and it's the 23/03/2021 it was for a present and the birthday has been and gone and feel I will be lucky if I get it by next birthday.
They email me everyday with promotions offers but not one update on my parcel.

I would strongly discourage you to buy anything from MyTriathlon.co.uk. It is really NOT to be recommended. Their customer service is simply appalling.
I have still not received a refund for items I send back and is over a month! Though their online info for myaccount indicates as if my order has been refunded.
I have sent multiple emails to the customer service but to no avail. I tried to call them and used their chat service to contact them but their phone lines are never active nor is their chat. It is most frustrating as you cannot ever speak to anyone. I never experienced such disregard toward customers.

Purchased some Huub goggles for £45.59 which were returned as agreed. I sent these back 1st Class Signed For and were delivered months ago.

I don't recommend placing an order for anything with My Triathlon at present. They have not fulfilled a promised and paid for pre-order and I have been strung along for weeks by their very poor customer service team who finally admitted today (some 6 weeks after taking my cash) that they could not fulfill the order. Would not attempt to buy from them again. Not so much the lack of goods but for lack of proactivity and misleading service. Promised confirmation of my refund via email today, also not received. Incredibly disappointing.
I ordered a new orca wetsuit. I received a wetsuit which had no labels attached and a small water stain and tatty outer box. Clearly it had been used or worn. I returned it as it was the wrong size for me but they are now saying ive used it and saying no refund. Im in communication with them at the moment so hopefully they will sort it. Will let you all know
I bought a wetsuit weeks ago and had to replace it with one bigger size and another model 35£ cheaper than the first model I bought. I called MyTriathlon more than 5 times to ask for a refund of the 35£ and the shipping fees and each time I get the same message, "ok you will receive an email soon with confirmation of refund" and each time I say this is what you told me last time but they insist that they will do it. So my advice is that if you risk to return an item and ask for a refund, just to stay away from them!
I was sent the wrong item. Was promised I would be refunded for postage but they never refunded me despite telling me they would multiple times. No matter how many times I call I am still not refunded. AVOID
Delivered a damaged wetsuit and won't except responsibility. Customer services won't give me a straight answer as the manager is never there. Have took my money and the returned wetsuit so I'm currently out of pocket £109. This has been going on for 4 weeks now. DO NOT USE this website. They're scammers!
21 days to issue a refund is ridiculous in this day and age. Very poor customer service from the very beginning - rather spend a bit more and shop elsewhere.
Ordered a running hat from them. It arrived in a plastic envelope but with no internal packing and was dirty on the top. It was an awful hat and gave no protection so I sent it back the same day. Got an email to say had been received then nothing. Phoned to ask what was going on, guy was rude and unhelpful and said product had been returned dirty. Told him it was returned same day as received and still had tags on. Then he said guy who did returns was off until next week. Website says only store credits given. Think this is just a scam.
For anyone else reading these reviews, if you buy something online you are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations which in short means that you can return a product, even if you simply do not like it and company HAS TO give you a refund within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. You have to pay postage back (unless their website says differently) but they have to refund ALL the costs you paid, including delivery charge. If they don't they are breaking the law plain and simple. If they don't refund and you bought via credit card claim back through them under Section 75 of Consumer Credit Act although goods must have cost over £100 for this, but you only need to have paid part of item, ie deposit, on the card to get this cover.
I sent a ridiculously oversized dry robe back to MyTriathlon which they received on the 4th May, it is now the 21st May and I have spent the whole day chasing the refund. I spoke to Aaron this morning and he promised the refund of £136.30 would be done today as the accounts department were in so would process it after lunch, nothing happened so I called after lunch and constantly got their answering machine. I finally got through to Thomas at 4pm today, he put me on hold so he could speak to the refunds department and after being on hold for 25 minutes the line cut off from their end. I tried calling back and just got the answering machine again. So still NO REFUND! I contacted them through their Facebook page and they read the messages but don't reply, so I have now contacted my bank and raised a claim through them so that this company will be FORCED to refund my money. I will also be reporting them to trading standards. They are an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.
I just have to say, I cannot get over how awful Mytriathlon are when it comes to returns policy and given they are an online company, this is just awful. Brought an ex-rental online, it didn't fit, I messaged their customer care people on their online chat, he said great I've logged there is a problem, we are really sorry etc. No rush on getting it back just as soon as you can. So I did all this and then they refused to acknowledge this conversation happened, or they actually said 'he must have been mis-informed' - their own customer care person, and then refused any refund. Awful. Have since ordered from Wriggle who are AMAZING and returns was so easy and flexible!
I returned wetsuit and can see date it reached my triathlons depot. Unable to reach via phone or Web chat. Eventually had email but still no refund 4 weeks later. There policy says 2 weeks
Swim goggles still hadn't arrived or had any word from them for 3 weeks after paying for the order, I then emailed to ask the order status/ whereabouts and 2-3 weeks later still no reply! So 5 weeks after placing the order I phoned and was given a sarcastic 'apology' and told they MIGHT receive the order from the supplier at the end of the week so I should just keep waiting. I get the distinct impression that ignoring orders and follow up emails/communications is just the norm for this lot! Unreal.
