“Still waiting refund after 4 weeks”

I returned wetsuit and can see date it reached my triathlons depot. Unable to reach via phone or Web chat. Eventually had email but still no refund 4 weeks later. There policy says 2 weeks

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't use this company as impossible to get hold of and I don't know when or if I, ll see my refund of £150
