Fast delivery

Hi, ordered a Balmain boot on Friday, and on Tuesday they were in Poland. On the question and the mails were answered immediately. Fast delivery and all the mines are packed. I am very happy... Once again, thank you. And I advise everyone.

Customer service

I ordered in item that has been been shipped and delayed in transit for a month. Customer care - and I am hesitant to use those words - give the same line each call, there is never a manager on duty and impossible to obtain the help from one. They keep no customer call logs and despite being told 4 times that the care agent would handle my case and get back to me, never have they called. They hide behind email with the same lines. I am so incredibly disappointed not so much that I did not receive the merchandise but rather their lack of concern or care for me the customer. This independent is owned by Nemian Marcus Bergdorf Grouo - and not at all on same customer care platform we have come to expect from NM-. Mytheresa fails to deliver - no, pun intended.

Fraud Stay Away!

This company is a fraud... they stole $192.52 out of my account for a return! I sent them a return, and apparently their shipping account is invalid so FedEx charged me for the shipping. I have a fedex business account, so they took the money out automatically! I am in the US and the return shipped to Belgium. I tried calling them 3 times and they hung up and acted like they couldn't hear me. FRAUD! STAY AWAY from this company! Their returns are advertised as free! Be careful with these so-called good reviews they may be fraudulent as well. Not a returnable company at all!

I have received 2 damaged shoes from my Theresa and since then for almost 4 months I have been following up on the refund. 94 email correspondence and NOTHING YET. Not even acknowledging my emails. They insist on sending the item back on my expense, which is not logical given it's damaged and is not worth the 50 dollars for courier for it to be sent back as it's damaged and cannot be reused or sold! Mytherssa are refusing to handle the courier charges! 3 months and this hasn't been resolved yet!
Seems like I need to get to court on this

The dumbest website

Cancelled my order 3 times.- stating after extensive research can not process my order for security reasons. Do they not want sales? It makes no sense. What they need to do is research how provide better customer service. The people on the phone were just as dumb as the website. Highly annoyed! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS WEBSITE. Negative 5 stars for the stupidity

Bought a pair of Chloe shoes 2 weeks ago and the heel fell off after wearing them for the second time. I sent my details and order number etc. for the purchase so they could see the purchase dates etc. - the best they could do was tell me that i send back to them and they will process but will take up to 6 weeks! WTF?##$%^ surely they could replace them and then send shoes to manufacturer. As the previous customer said always buy direct, don't bother with this web site. CRAP! I'm paying for the repair myseld now... ripped off!

This is the first time I tried with this website, and I am extremely pleases with the product and service. They are very speedy, efficient and professional, and and with great costumer service. Every time I tried to contact their customer service, I got response within hours. For those who travel temporality in EU, they provide tax refund form as well, which most on-line shopping sites do not provide. I will definitely recommend this site to anyone! The products are fabulous too.

Refund missing!
July 16, 2022

Sent an item back and it sat in customs for a week. FedEx claimed They couldn't reach Mytheresa'a broker.

Then the item sat in their warehouse for a few days.

I got an email after countless calls that the refund was processed 7/9- it's 7/16 today and I don't see the refund in my bank account!

After wearing my Miu Miu glitter sandals ONCE on my wedding day, patches of glitter came off the sandal strap and heel on both sandals. MyTheresa and Miu Miu have refused to offer any repair, compensation or exchange. They insinuated that I did not wear the sandals with care and also questioned whether I had worn them on more than once occasion. Awful customer service for such an expensive and supposedly 'high quality' product.

They sent the wrong size

I had purchased a sweatshirt in an xs... the original purchase was a little to small... i sent back the original purchase, then used the store credit to purchase the small... they ended up sending the xs (wrong size) back to me... when i contacted customer service, they gave me an attitude and hung up on me when i was trying to explain the situation. I'm an avid online shopper... this has been the worst customer service! Especially when it's their mistake.

Scam/Bate and Switch

Don't do business with this company. They will bate and switch your products. I ordered a pair of Valentino shoes from them and they sent the correct box with the correct picture on the box and the wrong shoes. It was hell dealing with their so called customer service. The clerks answering the phones could not make any decisions. They would always refer you to sending a email. Christina was the worse. Don't get her she has a written response and repeats the same thing over. The response time for emails were poor. I asked to speak to a manager and she would only communicate by email. Manager Customer Service gave no service. She was not helpful at all. Her email was not service friendly. No creative ways of resolving the situation. They just wanted to stick to the script. Don't waste your time with them. Keep your money.

Amazing!

I was very nervous about ordering after reading some reviews but I'd already placed my order for a MCQ top, it came from Germany to the UK 2 days after ordering, very fast shipping which you could track and the item came perfect, gorgeously wrapped up with a thank you card and a package of your order summary including a return form. The t shirt is lovely and exactly what I ordered. I would reccomend this site to anyone in the U. K. as my order and a friends order came perfect. People who say the items are fake isn't true as the Theresa store is in Germany! My item is gorgeous and I hope everyone else's is. Would definitely reccomend

I made a purchase and was charged 780 Cad. I returned it cuz DHL wanted to charge me 260 Cad for duty and they gave me 734 Cad. Their reasoning: my bank charging for currency conversion which they didnt. My Theresa is not doing anything about it. Worst purchase experience ever. Will stick with farfetch.

Returned Sweater From US

I bought a sweater from MyTheresa recently and decided to return it. The delivery to the US was fast. I returned to MyTheresa and the whole process of the return and the credit took approximately ten days. I was very pleased with this company and will buy from them again. Now I await my bill from DHL but I knew when I returned it that it would be my responsibility as I have made purchases overseas before. Very pleased with this company.

I can't believe I ordered from this company never again. I purchased shoes worth $2100 and was forced to release my signature due to COVID. Item was suppose to be left in front of my door and guess what it was left in the mailing room and items was stollen. I'm so upset!

I was extremely hesitant to purchase anything from this page after all the bad reviews. Nonetheless, after reading some positive reviews from buyers in the US, I decided to give the website a try because a) the purse I was looking for was not available at the stores in the city I was in and b) the price was cheaper than the in store options. Honestly, I was so relieved with the service. Not only did I receive my order (D&G purse) in pristine condition but the package arrived EXACTLY on time (UPS shipping option). I placed the order on a Sunday and received the item by 10:30 a.m. that Tuesday (not even two whole days). I would definitely recommend this website.

I purchased a designer bag from this site & somehow ended up paying nearly $300 extra! There was no explanation about the xtra charge & I called the company 3x & 3 different people gave me 3 different answers! One said duty tax, one shipping & another ridiculous charge that was NOT listed as I hit the Buy button. SAs in luxury stores will tell u that u should always just go directly to the luxury website & pay NO extra to make a purchase. U can also go to NeimanMarcus, Saks or Bergdorf & pay NO shipping or other made-up charges. Look but don't buy from this place, unless u feel like getting ripped off!
