This company shipped me a $1,600 top. The item was never delivered and stolen from my home. It was supposed to have Fed Ex signature. However, Fed Ex never got a signature and I was told by MyTheresa that due to COVID Fed Ex didn't need signature and can just drop it off - ARE YOU SERIOUS?
2 MONTHS NOW I've tried to get my money back or a replacement. Never in my life have I thought I would have an issue like this. Please stay away from this site!
I bought 720 eur shoes from Mythereza. When removing the label on the bottom of the shoe, part of the leather tag was removed. I only got arrogant replies that the product has been carefully inspected by four quality people. They never comment the photos I sent and finaly refuse to any discussion althought several times promised. - There are so many good webshops available with good service and aftersale service that I do not recommend Mythereza.
My Theresa is a killer company and a service! Amazing selection of items, great quality pieces, branded but still you can get them for an excellent price. Which is near to impossible buying directly from the designers. I shopp at My Theresa ALL THE TIME not once did I experience something not satisfactory. They exchanged my Gucci shoes after return policy has expired. Months and months afterwards. Of course I never wore them.
Someone said "I bought YSL, they were not comfortable and My Theresa didn't want to accept return" are you serious? So why don't you buy directly from YSL and let's see what treatment you will get there after wearing the shoes.
Or that other comment "I bought Gucci sandals after a year I asked for repair. My Theresa gave me full refund but didn't 'repair' my sandals. There for they are bad company with terrible service"
You guys are really something. Bunch of quasi people with over the top entitlements. Just because you can afford pair or two of branded items per year doesn't give you the right to harass top notch companies and services.

I ordered a pair of Valentino's from the website and it came in fairly fast. I got the shoes for my girlfriend and I ended up getting the wrong size which is completely my fault. But mistakes happen. First thing I ordered a pair of shoes that cost me $995 CAD and i had to pay nearly $250 CAD which I was unaware of. This is still not the reason I am annoyed though. I contacted them and asked if I can exchange the shoes for another product in a different size, they informed me it must be the same product only which is a horrible exchange policy. I then agreed and said okay I want a size 36 instead of a size 37. They informed me that they do not have my size in stock. But wait I have to get this done before 30 days or I cant get my money back and they don't have the size I need.
I am left with one option, return the product. Which I am fine with but I am now going to lose $250 CAD because I do not get my Duties and taxes back that i paid for. I understand it is not them who charges me this but this is a result of their horrible exchange policy and even worse customer service. After emailing them back and fourth and asking to speak to a manager I was told they would tell me the same thing and eventually they just stopped replying to me after only 3 emails.
I will never shop here again and I cannot believe companies like this are allowed to operate and restrict consumers so much and then just ignore them.
Pathetic, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Should something go wrong, they will make you wait 4 WEEKS only to come back and tell you there is nothing they can do.

I recently bought some items including a pair of jeans in the sale, which even after sales was still a lot of money. I paid £10 for shipping, and literally not long after when my order arrived, they offered another sales tactic of: "Free shipping and a further 20% discount." Their sales offers misleads customers into thinking it is the final price and that the free shipping offer has ended, THEN within a day or two they offer another new promotion! Now that wouldn't annoy customers would it?!
When asked if they would refund the difference of the 20% which is £35, they said no. I would have to return the items for a refund and reorder them. Bear in mind I am ordering from abroad. Frankly it makes no sense for a customer to do that - Firstly, for the cost to them of re-shipping it, let alone, environmentally how that impacts the environment of shipping it back and forth abroad, then re-shipping it again for no reason, just for the sake of the difference of £35.
Revolve have a no fuss policy of refunding the difference, and match pricing, even when items are further reduced on their site or others. They don't chop and change their free shipping and discounts a few days later, which inevitably annoys customers. The packing is excellent but the lack of goodwill and sales tactics has left me wanting to shop elsewhere instead.
Purchased an item. It started to discolor so they told me to send pics then eventually send it to them. I did it got to the warehouse and after saying they could to anything about it they would send it back. Guess what for 2 weeks they withheld that my item got lost in the warehouse. I have never in my life heard such, still in shock. I ended up calling they have in mind most of the contact was via email. Before the call they told me to confirm
My shipping address back which i did. Not telling me that they were looking for my item due to it getting lost at the warehouse. They ended up refunding me and I actually recieved 10 less when THEY were at fault. Im still extremly pissed and shocked. Worst customer service i have ever encountered. 2 months of emailing and I still ended up super disapointed. I bought an item pid for it. It never came back and I ended up giving them free money, seriously?!
Not only did MyTheresa not immediately ship my item, they delivered the WRONG item to me. I was prepard to pay for a very expensive duties and taxes upon receipt of my shipment, I do admit I was heavily shocked for paying +40% for taxes and duties alone, but I was so furious for receiving the wrong item due to their negligence.
They did not offer any concession nor was accommodating to rush sending me the replacement / correct item, they're demanding me to return the item first before they can replace my shipment with the correct one, WHICH WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES for the second shipment on top of the first one I paid for the wrong merchandise.
They take so long to respond and so inconsiderate! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
This Canadian purchased a $1400 Ralph Lauren Purple Label Cashmere Cable Sweater from MyTheresa.com. I used their very detailed sizing chart to make the appropriate choice. Problem is, their measurements were so severely off, by over 3" in every measurement, that the garment was completely unwearable. I shipped it back immediately and contacted Customer Service, asking them to cover the $50 currency exchange difference I was losing on my credit card due to their grievous error. They out rightly refused. What they did offer was a $25 voucher toward another purchase, refusing to take responsibility for their gaffe. When I told them I would have to file a chargeback with Visa to try and recoup my losses, if they didn't try and work with me, their representative, Ksenia, threatened that they would withhold my refund. Here is a cut-and-paste: "Kindly be informed, that we will not be able either to refund the amount paid for the item if you return it or ship any orders placed using your account until the chargeback is closed." Nasty, nasty, nasty people. I asked three times to speak with a supervisor. All requests were ignored.
I was interested in ordering a pair of Gianvito Rossi sandals that I had been eyeing for a while from MyTheresa. The sandals finally went on sale and they had my size in stock. So I immediately contacted customer service via phone for clarification on their refund/exchange policy just in case the sandals did not fit. The rep answered my questions and I immediately went online to place the order. I decided to use my chip enabled Amex instead of my debit/credit card for safety and security purposes since this was my first time using this site. However, I received an email about 40 mins. Later advising me that in order to process my order they would need me to email them a picture of my Amex card ALONG with a picture of my drivers license and or U.S. Passport! I immediately called customer service to speak with someone regarding the email and got the same gentleman (and I use that term loosely) who I had spoken to earlier in regards to their refund policy and he very condescendingly advised me that I could either furnish a copy of those documents via email or cancel my order. I chose to cancel my order. Why would I need to send a copy of such sensitive information to a website for order validation when I chose to use my Amex for the very same reason?!?! Not on your LIFE for a pair of $318 sandals.
This company is a joke, Ive bought a pair of balenciaga boots and they sent me a cheaper shoe instead and now they don't tell me when they gonna send the right product or give me my money back.
I bought a pair of Alexander McQueen trainers from here and the logo peeled off after wearing them for around 4 hours. I was advised to send them back once they had received them I got an email to say they may fix them and could take up to 8 weeks even tho I had asked for a refund. They said they would keep me up to date. I never received any communication so called them numerous times for the advisors to tell me they didn't no what was going on they would get someone else to call me back, I never received a call back this happened 4 times. After 8 weeks I was very angry that I still had heard nothing I called them again to be told they had not received them from myself in the first place After telling them I had confirmation they had received them 8 weeks ago they miraculously found them and again someone else wud get back to me. I demanded to speak to a manager to be told no call back in a week and they mite let me speak to a manager so to cut along story short and numerous phone calls later it took 9 1/2 weeks to receive my refund. Customer service was shocking every time I called they didn't no what was going on at all, I would never buy from this company ever again the stress they caused is a disgrace.
I have bought a couple of things from Mytheresa and was happy with the fast delivery and items I ordered. They weren't perfect but I didn't want to go through the hassle of international returning. My third order really didn't fit so I had to return. Before I returned the items I asked directly whether duty and taxes were refunded but didn't get an answer from customer service other than a link to their Returns page which sidesteps the issue. The actual information about how they are not refunded was in small print way down at the bottom of another page - Terms and Conditions. Not many people get around to reading the small print. Anyway I made the return and ended up losing a substantial amount of money as taxes and duty is considerable for international shipment to Canada. At first I was told I would get a voucher for the duty paid but then I was told this was a mistake. If you are sure the item you order will fit, or if your country has negligible duty and taxes then by all means order from Mytheresa. If there is the smallest chance you have to make a return then do not. US companies are much more sophisticated with returns and refund duty and taxes as well as the cost of the item. Some even refund the exchange rate at the time of the order.

I bought a Roger Vivier shoes, lost by DHL during delivery, Mytheresa had bad customer service, irresponsible by not following up the matter + being a liar when they said DHL cannot do anything, so do them. The fact that when i tried to contact DHL by myself, there was no history of complaint/investigation ever made by Mytheresa.

On the 11th inst. I posted a negative review of Mytheresa which the company immediately responded to and offered to take back the dress and refund me accordingly.
Part of their terms and conditions was that I use their courier which happens to be UPS. It really should have been the responsibility of Mytheresa to contact them to make the arrangements as they are their customer, however, I arranged for a driver to pick up the parcel on three different occasions, and each time, UPS failed to show up or even have the decency to contact me.
I then contacted Mytheresa to inform them of this and they said they would arrange for a UPS driver to pick it up, however, I never received a follow up email with further details. After the five days had passed I email them again and they replied telling me that a driver had been arranged to pick it up last Friday. The company never emailed me to inform me of this, and needless to say, the driver never showed up or got in contact with me.
I would also like to add that several of my emails have been ignored by this company and the only time they have responded to me is when I threaten to add to my negative reviews.
I would advise anyone contemplating purchasing something from this company to think twice as my experience as been extremely disappointing and tiresome.
I've bought from them 4 items during last two months, all came perfect, very fast shipment with DHL, they send usually the same day. Lovely boxes as well.
