I called costumer service before I ordered Valentino shoes because I needed them by Friday for upcoming event on Saturday, and I wanted to be sure that they are going to be delivered by then. The lady told me if I buy it now, 99% they are going to be here by Friday. Now it is Thursday, 21:00 pm. and I just got email from my theresa, "Hi, your order has been JUST shipped"? How it is going to be here onb Friday! I called costumer service, of course there is nothing they can do about it. This is horrible! Will not buy anyrthing through them never again!

Stay away! The product was NOT the right size and looked very worn. When I went to return the item - I was told that I have to get a federal tax id number to return. It has been over a month - I still have not seen my refund (over $3K) and no one returned my repeated calls or emails - I just get a standard email that says my refund is coming. Horrible horrible servicer

I have ordered the shoes from them and was hoping to receive a new item, not worn or dirty, however, that's exacly what I got. The tags were not there, the shoes were obviously worn a A LOT. When I contacted customer support about it, if you could call them that, they asked to privide a picture of a sticker on a sole, which ofc was missing. Apparently you cannot return the item if the damn sticker is missing. So somehow this was my fault that they shipped a faulty item and I can't do anything about it. This is completely unacceptable, I feel they resell damaged items and then go out of their way to avoid any responsibility. This is a scam, avoid it at all costs
I put a negative review on about my thresa and have read loads of great reviews, let me just say I would have put good reviews on for all my purchases that I have made previously, which were great, they do come wrapped beautifully and are authenticc, but the probem is when you want to return items... so if your product is not faulty great, but of it braks etc rally bad bad if it does
I was a god customer of Mytheresa.com. Last year I spent over 3,000 pounds in this online retailer. Two weeks ago I bought J Brand jeans. I have 5 pairs of this brand jeans at home and funny, the pair which arrived and it was my usual size, was too small. They exchanged it for a bigger size. I received the jeans last week. After I wore them for an hour, the stitches ripped apart. This was actually few hours after delivery. I didn't know there is a problem as such and I took the tags off. The next day I sent them back, this was before 24 hours after I received them. I just received the customer service letter that they will not accept this. They are refusing to inspect the material, or to contact the brand. In the mean time I found out from the local high street store which also stocks J Brand, that there is a manufacturing mistake with this particular style, which also comes in irregular sizing. They got several returns which they already accepted in this store. I reminded Mytheresa.com customer service, that they are in breach with several EU trade standard laws, but they don't care! I am very disappointed, I think they have very good buyers. In March I just bought pair of Gucci's which were completely sold in UK by Net-a-porter, also they usually get things in stock before Matchesfashion.com. Now I have to contact my credit card company and start the dispute; also I will contact the Trade standard office of UK! So my advice-be careful before you buy something from them! The customer care team, does not represent customer rights!
I placed my order during a promotion and days later still never recieved an email confirmation. I emailed customee service and they told me that I never ordered anything and they cant do anything. I know I placed my order that day and now they will not honor the promotion. I will never order from them again.

Hi everyone! I ordered with MyTheresa 27/01/2019 and my order came in 2 Days later! I live in Belgium and i ordered an off-white belt, which was sold out everywhere. After I bought it, i read the reviews... everyone was saying the company was a scam! But now i know that's not true! My package arrived 2 days after i ordered it, and it had a very Nice packaging! I have ordered from a bunch of clothing websites and never had $200 of taxes they refused to refund. This is policy there. Don't use them! Matches or Farfetch refund in full.
Hi, I have great experience with Mytheresa, I actually feeling sorry for that company by seeing how many bad reviews it's got. By now I have ordered 6 items in total, no delay with delivery, no problem with return, absolutely love the way they packaged the items.
For example I had horrible experience with Cettire, when they have sent me a Balmain leather jacket instead of Balmain tweed blazer it was my first experience and of course last, I would never shop with them again, refund was 100$ less than what I paid, so I didn't even argue, I'm happy at least got the rest of money So I will keep shopping with Mytheresa and Farfetch, the sites I can trust by now.
It's absolutely horrible! I've paid $770 for a balenciaga bag and I was emailed the receipt and I was so excited for my order because I've had my eyes on that bag and I've yet to see it anywhere else but then they asked for my credit card info and ID for security reasons wich I did send them immediately. I got an email the next day stating that I didn't provide them with the info they wanted so they cancelled my order and have yet to give me my money back I've sent them an email which about that issue and I've yet to receive a reply!
So i never take the time to write reviews unless it truly deserves it. I purchased a pair of Golden Goose shoes on a Sunday night, I received my delivery on Wednesday morning. I wrote them an email to verify the status of my delivery before and I had a reply within 1hr. I am TRULY HAPPY and I going to be a loyal customer. I definitely recommend My Theresa.com for everyone. I bought two shoes from them. They were faulty and there are some scratches on it. I contacted them for this and they suggest me to return them. And they confirmed and promised to pay custom expenses that i paid worn and faulty item.
I returned it. They denied to pay custom expenses eeven though i have recieved many mails saying they will pay it.
I contacted them and let my complaint, they don't answer properly.
They cheated me and lied to me about what they promised. I lost 70 euro for nothing.

DO NOT SHOP AT MYTHERESA.COM. When you place the order, they do not disclose to you that if you live outside the EU you will be responsible for all duties and import fees into the US which are SUBSTANTIAL! I just got charged by DHL $220 in duty and import fees PLUS the $60 shipping fee. Although you will find that you are responsible for these charges after you get stuck with them and dig for answers on their website, they fail to disclose this information up front when you purchase the item. It's very deceptive and I hope you don't get burned liked I did!
Yes it is! I bought a gucci bag 2 days ago from mytheresa and ofcourse i was concerned about it. You know spending a lot of money for your first experience with an online website is a hard thing Lol! BUT I WAS SHOCKED! They delivered it to me in 1 day and a 1/2! Even when i'm living outside the Europe union(Saudi Arabia) In a really really great, professional packaging!
