Worst Customer Service I had ever experienced

We have been trying to call and sending emails for the last 2 weeks to change a reservation we made this Month that was paid in full and haven't been able to get any help. Representation is rude and says he has no authority to change the reservation and with not help with adjusting the reservations. Our flights were canceled due to the convid-19 so we cannot get to play the rounds. We paid over 1,000 for group and cannot get any help unbelievable.
