We have been trying to call and sending emails for the last 2 weeks to change a reservation we made this Month that was paid in full and haven't been able to get any help. Representation is rude and says he has no authority to change the reservation and with not help with adjusting the reservations. Our flights were canceled due to the convid-19 so we cannot get to play the rounds. We paid over 1,000 for group and cannot get any help unbelievable.

Don't be fooled healthy chic is associated with lucky chic who has a very bad reputation for scamming customers and employees. This site is 100% SCAM. The company is trying to get around the bad reviews they have with lucky chic - these scam reviews for luck chic are everywhere - stay away. I tried it again by mistake and got burned.

I was originally enticed when I joined luck chic because I saw that people were winning items much lower than its retail value.
