Their chat system is not working 24/7. I have been sending messages back and forth with them to do a simple return for over 2 weeks now with no progress made at all. Not to mention they don't even offer an easy returns process. You ship the items back yourself and then they inspect your return and then MAYBE you'll get your money for the products back and an even bigger MAYBE for them to refund the return shipping fees. One of the worst customer services experiences I've ever had.
I ordered the BBQ and they weren't bad so when they came up on sale again I ordered two BBQ and two Salt & Vinegar. The latter was so gross! Inedible, actually! When I tried to put a review on their site it kept telling me 'page not found' like maybe they do that for 1-star reviews! I sent a message to customer service about returning the unopened box so we'll see what happens. I'll never buy anything from there ever again. I tried to feed the opened bag to the seagulls and even they weren't interested.
Received a defective item. Been emailing back and forth for days now trying to arrange a return. It's been more than a week. Every time a new person responds back with no help at all. Seems like a big scam and you can never get a refund for a DEFECTIVE item! I've been a customer for years but never had to return anything. This has been an eye opening experience. Will not ever shop here again.
This is the second time I ordered the same product from Myprotein ae. Both expire in 4 months. In the first time i tried to contact the customer service multiple times and they did nothing. I will never ever order again!

Never buy if you will need to return! Terrible expierence with their costume service. And the price for returning was so high, almost half of order's price!
I have been using my protein's whey protein and their omega 3 gel caps for years now. Labdoor is where I learnt about them and they ranked better than highly priced products when it came to product quality.
Their customer service is shocking I over ordered by accident and took over a month to get resolved, plus had to pay for the postage for the return, I then complained that I was getting upset stomach from their product and was not mixing well, they said I should see a doctor about that, even though I used the same isolate protein which should not give you any stomach problems.
This company has no regard for customers or what $#*! they are putting in their bags, stay away from my protein.
I ordered my first order from myprotein.lt and did a mistake in the address tab. I paid for the order and then noticed the mistake. I have contacted customer service immediately. Surprise surprise, the answer is "we could not change or add anything". While other e-shops a modern and dynamic, this one just do not care about the client and could not help them is just a simple mistake done. Moreover, it is hard to contact them in Lithuania.
Atrocious customer service especially from Andre in support. The item arraved after the date promised and the delivery driver just threw it on the porch after being told we did not want to accept delivery. Numerous attempts to contact this dodgy company have resulted in no or minimal unhelpful responses. Use this company at your peril, if they are like this so you really think thier items are safe or healthy to consume?
I order my shirts from My Protein in September 2021 and now it's January 2022. I'm still waiting for my item to come in. Don't waste your time trying to get ahold of customer service either. Good luck to all that try My Protein
My package was lost in the process of delivery. I do have the confirmation mail from third party courier company saying they didn't receive the parcel/product except the shipment details and yet they are refunding the money.
This is my very first experience with MyProtein and their product called Impact Whey Isolate. When I used the recommend amount after my workout; I felt bloated and had stomachache for few hours. I tried it again in different days but got similar symptoms. My body is strong and have no allergy to anything that I know of. Also the only allergen declared on the pack-label is Milk which I have no issue with.
I've ordered it from myprotein, multiple times, due to their good score on labdoor. However, there isn't a single time I had some sort of issue with my order, either they didn't send my gift item, then they hold my order because they didn't have it in stock and they didn't bother to let me know, another time, the issue with payment (glitch on their website) and there isn't a single person you can talk to. It takes days to resolve your issue and this is absolutely the worst shopping experience ever. It feels like buying something from China over Alibaba. I've canceled my order but I won't be surprised If they end up charging me and sending my order out of blue in a couple of months, that's how bad it is to shop from this website. Cancel your order button doesn't work, you might think apple pay would be fast to check out, that doesn't work. So yes, here is my honest review. If you are not in a hurry and won't mind getting your supplements in a month go for it.
Order at your own risk. I order 3 items for a total cost of about $80. I received one of the pants with a giant hole in it. I was also taxed $44 dollars at customs for the order which was even harder to swallow when I received the damaged garment. I messaged customer support asking if they could refund the customs taxes due to the damaged goods. They initially said they would and it would take 12-15 business days to receive the refund. That was back in February. I have messaged them back and forth for 3 months now trying to receive this refund and they keep stringing me along with no intention of refunding me. After 3 months I'm finally giving up, it's not worth the money.
The reason to my negative review is the terrible customer support of MyProtein. The last 2 experiences I had were terrible and despite MP making mistakes on my orders they told me to handle the return costs. I don't know if you like receiving things you didnt order or missing half the things that you had ordered and not even get notified but I do not. Be very careful when ordering because if you need after sales support... there is NONE on MYPROTEIN! (can put more evidence but have to search and im bored so tell me if interested)
I ordered a 2.5 KG bags of protein and I only got sent 1 kg. They don't even have a number to call to sort out these problems. The live chat operators give no $#*!s at all and don't respond most of the time. I never got sent my 2.5kg bag as a replacement even though it was promised to me. I was offered a. $10 credit instead, as if they thought $10 would buy the 2.5kg bag back.
Please don't spend ur money on them, they will send u the wrong order and wont fix it up.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. They are painfully even trying to work with them.
My protein is a shady business scaming every dollar they can, the reason the don't have a number to call is that they don't want to help. They only want the money and dont give a $#*! about the customer.

THEY SUCK
I paid extra for next day delivery and it took 2 days to be dispatched. When asked about this they couldn't give me a reason and just said sorry. Can't believe a company can sell next day delivery and not provide the service.
On July the 5th I placed an order with my account at Myprotein.com. It was the usual 11lbs whey protein bag. On July the 13th, I received a box with the "free gift" and no order. I contacted Myprotein and they went through a complicated and time consuming exchange of messages with me, confirmed that they were at fault, promised to place the order again but, instead, they kept my money and never sent the order.
I didn't expect this company to become predatory so fast.
The past 3 times I have bought from them I have not recieved my orders for almost a month. Customer service is shocking they do nothing to help you or even compensate the fact that you have just spend hundreds on their site and they cant deliver within the time frame. The customer service is terrible they send one sentence emails back with the "Is there anything else we can do to help" without helping in the first place. MP used to be great but its gone downhill big time over the past 2 years, Ive been ordering from there for about 7 years or so. Never buying from here again - 3rd time it's been shocking, lesson learnt now! Out of pocket with no items, almost 1 month after purchasing.
So in July I ordered 312 servings of BCAA's. I later placed two more orders in subsequent months. Each time (total of 5 bags) they sent 128 servings. I have sent at least 40 messages to them including photos of the product as well as a spreadsheet showing the weight and how based on their own tracking information they clearly sent the wrong size. They steadfastly refused to send the balance owing and instead said I could ship it back. Well, I didn't want to compound my losses. I had already spent $207.46. They finally agreed to give me a 50% credit which is still a ripoff but I agreed. On Oct 31 they gave me a credit of $67.49. That's 33%. This company is the single worst company I have dealt with in my lifetime. I paid for 12.5 kg. They shipped 5 kg and after 3 months their solution is a 33% credit.
