I was charged twice for one of my orders, and it took 8 messages between myself and Customer Service until they finally sent my enquiry to the Payments team. During the communication process, they had asked me for my order number twice (even though it was already included in my very first message), and they basically repeated themselves numerous times; it was almost as if I was talking to a robot. I have yet to hear back from them regarding my refund. Postage is to be paid by customers for returns and may end up costing more than the items you're trying to return (depending on your purchase amount, of course) because they wanted me to ship my return to Poland from Canada for whatever reason. Their clothing appears to be of decent quality, but the sizing is inconsistent–I got a XS t-shirt that fits like dress and a XS hoodie with a neck hole that fits a 13 y/o. It also appears that they only publish good reviews; I have submitted a few subpar reviews but none have been posted. Even their bestselling items only have ~50 reviews. I have received all my packages with no issue so far, so there's at least that. The whole experience with MP feels sketchy. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
I asked these clowns to change the address on my order. They said they couldn't and I told them this has happened before and they should fix their customer service. Without their permission they canceled my order and now to repurchase it. It will be $25 more and one of the shirts is now "out of stock". Great quality clothes with complete idiots behind the keyboard.
I ordered the Clear Vegan Protein but was unable to tolerate due to severe headache. It could be related to high vitamin B content. Returning the item has been incredibly problematic. It has taken 7 emails and I do not believe it has yet to be resolved. I have dealt with 1stPhorm in the past and the return process was incredibly easy with a very responsive customer service team. I will be returning to 1stPhorm products.
They charge sales tax on products in states that are tax exempt and refuse to refund it. Where does that illegal tax revenue go? They keep it of course, since the state isn't getting it. This on top of the inflated prices.
I had two proteins I received with maggots incrusted all over the cap and around the packaging. I tried talking to customer service and they refused to provide a refund. I spoke to customer service on and off for several weeks as they attempted to find a solution. They said I could pick a return or a replacement and I told them a return since I did not want another potentially contaminated item. I said this several times to various reps and then was told a replacement was shipped and that I could return this after receiving it. Then I was told that I should have refused the item for a return otherwise they can't do anything for me at this point. It has been weeks and every single rep I have spoken to has told me conflicting things. This hasn't been the only time I've had issues with this company that they never resolved. Ever since 2020 customer service has been horrible as well as their products. This place is going downhill.
My protein is one rubbish, fraud company. I've ordered a few times from them and there was problem everywhere. You pay for 2-3 days delivery after week you are still waiting so you contact them and they tell you that it's 2-3 days from the day the items are dispatched. I've never seen anything like this.Now I ordered on Wednesday received today and 1 hour before received they sent an email saying that 1 of the items is missing cause it's out of stock. WTF? How can you order something that they don't even have in the stock? I've been talking to customer service entire day asking for differen flavor, all the are telling me are excuses. They even say that they didn't charge me for the item, I sent them screenshot from my bank that yes they did. They are clowns and entire company is fraud. Won't recomment
Worst delivery service. Worst taste (literally bitter). They also didn't agree to refund or replace the item saying that taste can be personal perception or subjective and they aren't responsible. Like wth! It was Chocolate smooth and it was bitter af, must have been expired batch idk. Wasted my money and protein because it wasnt edible.
I placed an online order. That I never received. I contacted the company of my protein and I filled forms, but never heard back from them and did not receive my order either.
I was buy a creatine and a protein on here, and I just order it, and today I can't login my account in Myprotein and when I ask the agent they just said my order has been cancelled and my account is been disable,and they said I can get refund on a email they give it to me and now it a week later I still didn't receive my refund, this is a terrible experience

Week earlier you coul buy 5kg whey protein isolate for £88. Now with the big " Sale" you can only get 2.5kg bag for "only" £99! That 2.5kg less for even more money! BRAVO... They even removed my opinion from website becouse they know its true... robbing people in day light
I got My order in a decent amount of time But relized i ordered the wrong thing. I asked for a refund. They had me pay my own money to send it back which I can understand. I packaged very professionally with bubble wrap and had it insured with USPS with tracking. I kept having to reach back out to ask if they received it. After a month and a half of back and forth and them telling me they were waiting to hear from the shipping dept. if it was received They told me it was damaged and could not be refunded. I asked them to just send it back so that i didn't totally lose out. Still haven't heard back. So $200 later and ALOT of wasted time, I got nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. BEWARE!
I would give 0 starts if I could. I purchased some sports clothing from the Greek Myprotein department in an attempt to try them. First, I read the returns' policies where it was mentioned that in case of a return I am responsible for the return delivery fees which seemed rediculous for such a company not to create return labels but I was ok with that. First of all, the delivery was extra slow, it arrived after 3 weeks. Afterwards, upon return request, the customer service was very bad, since they would every 2 days per message. In the end, they send me an address label for me to realise that there was no greek warehouse and I had to send them to the UK. After Brexit the average small parcel to the UK is 25 euros. This is rediculous and I feel totally deceived in order to keep the items.
In short, I paid $30 in shipping and received an order confirmation email saying that the tracking # or tracking link will be provided. I received the email with both of those left blank. I contacted the company and was given a runaround. It's been 30 days and I have yet to receive the tracking #, link or any type of refund/compensation. I have a lot of back and forth email in which they admit every single issue yet their customer service reps aren't giving me my $170 refund. This is my first time ever filing a chargeback, it boggles my mind how this company is still existent. I can get my money back but I can't get back my time in having to deal with them attempting to get it.
Sold products reduced. Then claimed parcel lost. Then told me the product was out of stock so couldn't replace them.
Except on their sister site, myvitamins, the same product is in stock and on sale for 5x the price. The item I ordered from myprotein literally has myvitamins on the label, but they're telling me they're out of stock and can't send from myvitamins.
Huge scam. Prices have gone up, customer services are useless. And now this scam of selling "out of stock" products for more expensive on another of their sites.
This business has gone mad ripping off! My last order was on 7th November 2021 of 2.5gKG Whey protein cost £39.2 now I went to the website to buy the same order except the price skyrocketed to £59.88 after a 70% discount (original price £96) almost 40% increase in price from last year! What a ripp-off! Dreadful marketing strategies by hyping the price and then offering discounts luring people to buy! Greediness at its finest!
The absolute worst purchasing experience of my life. I accidentally placed an order for an incorrect address. I immediately requested that it be shipped to another address. They would not allow it and told me I would have to place a new order for the new address, wait for the items to be returned from the shipping company, and then a refund would be processed. 4 months later, I am still trying to get my money back. They provided me with a false number where i was told I could talk to a manager. I then reported this and they would not provide me with a number, nor have a manager contact me when i requested this.
I am still going back and forth with their support team trying to get my damn money back.

I've been waiting for 4wks for a delivery that still hasn't come, and their admins still havent even provided a single update of when to expect my order or if there going to resend something. Even if they send it now, it means I will receive my order minimum 6wks late.

I bought three tops that were substantially smaller than advertised. Email for refund details - I was directed to a specific post office to return the items - Not in my area. I went to this post office who explained that they do not deal with these returns and couldn't help. I sent another email and was myprotein provided a refund barcode to use so I could return the item. Went to post office again (different one this time as it was apparently a standard post office return) and was told that the barcode provided was not recognised by Australia Post. Emailed myprotein again last night and today was merely told to follow the instructions for the last email. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Customer Service and returns policy is the worst I have experienced.
As title states I purchased a 5kg bag of protein from the Black Friday "sales". When I received it I noticed it was expiring in 6 months. Obviously there was no way I'd be able to get through all of that by myself so I contacted customer service who stated that the product should not have been sent with such a short expiry date and advised to return it for a refund.
I found out after that essentially I would need to pay for my own international shipping to return my 5kg bag and wait for it to clear before I could get a refund processed, and even then there was no way to access the same sale if I wanted to re-purchase my protein. The process to return, confirm stock, clear funds and then for me buy and re send again could have taken months, and I would have lost out on more money (from paying for delivery and losing out on sale), all this due to a mistake on their end!
I got the distinct impression that they made the returns process extremely difficult to dissuade people from attempting to return their near expired products.
Obviously I'm never buying from them again and advising anyone else to avoid as well.
I should have read the reviews about this company not refunding when returning items. I returned a pair of shorts with tags in the plastic and box it came in. They did not fit properly, were made poorly and the material didn't feel very breathable. I could track when it arrived at the distribution centre and realised they had received it 8 days ago so I sent them an email and then they wrote back that they had received it but it was damaged so they would not refund my money. I asked them if they're not going to refund my money then I would like them to send the shorts back (I could at least give them to a friend) - they advised me that they had been destroyed. They basically stole from me. It's the most appalling service I've ever experienced and I'm surprised there's not a class action against this company with all the consistent reviews around their lies about products being damaged and not refunding monies. What they are doing is fraudulent behaviour. I'm in Australia but it seems like people across the globe are having the same issue with getting their money back.
