I recieved an email saying an order was placed with them for over $100. I never placed an order with them. I contacted them to cancel the order not even 10 minutes after it said it was placed and they said it has already began to be shipped they cannot cancel it. Interesting. Cause it's impossible to pack an order print the label pack and ship it to the post office in 10 minutes. Whatever. I leave a 1 star review for their poor customer service. (P.s. It gets way worse!) They respond back saying they've started the process for return, as soon as I receive the package, attach the return label and shipping label and send it back to receive a refund. I had to pay for the shipping also. I send it back. Usps says it's delivered, the next day I get an email from myprotein saying they received the returned order. It says it takes 5 days to get your refund and if after 10 days to contact them (contacting them is near impossible and every response seems scripted/auto generated) it had been more than 10 days so I contact them. They state they never received my items. I tell them you did I have tracking that proves you did AND an email FROM THEM SAYING THEY DID! I attach all the proof. They respond asking to please provide proof. I respond back saying I did I will attach it again, SEE ATTACHMENT. They respond saying they were unable to process refund through original payment method, could I provide them with my paypal to receive the refund. I give them my paypal. Then they say they need to investigate this further and are moving it to their payments team. They are waiting to hear from them and when they do they will contact me.
Are you kidding me? They're a scam! They just want your money! And will come up with every excuse in the book to avoid giving you your money back even after getting their crap items back and hope you give up! I'm not a quitter especially over my hard earned money. I'm not rich or a scammer like they are. Summary: 1st they can't cancel because it's already shipped, (when it didn't ship till days later.) 2nd they can't give refund because they never received my package (when they already said they did.) 3rd I let them know they recieved it they said so and I have proof (and I provide the proof) 4th they ask for proof I provide it AGAIN 5th they say they can't pay me via original method can i provide my paypal. 6th I provide paypal and they say they need to investigate it. And will get back to me.

Notice a pattern? They will always have an excuse and do anything to avoid actually helping you. Avoid this company like the plague. Still no refund by the way.

I bought the protein from MYPROTEIN WEB SITE https://au.myprotein.com/ 5 Kgs of IMPACT WHEY ISOLATE protein and in July I open up the new unopened 5 kgs package to use it but it smells and taste no good. I am getting a bit worried something is wrong with the products and it might cause food bacteria poisoning.
I immediately check for the expiring date on the labeling on the packaging but there is no expiring date and in Australia, the consuming food item might have an expiring date label.
I contacted the seller they accept they are in the wrong with an error with their labeling and will further improve and aim to prevent it from happening again I ask for a replacement because the product cost $253 cents to purchase but they are only willing to refund me $98
I had no choice but to accept it and it was in the middle of July 2022, until today there was still no refund. I have written, corresponded with many emails, and sought help from all the staff names mentioned here Nathan & Jennene & Sibulele & Mbali & Nothando & Nomathemba & Stefan & Sinalo & Sthabiso & Zama, and Sthembile.
This group of staff behaved just for $98 they were willing to go as far as to use low tactics to avoid the refund. They stated we already refunded you in the middle of July 2022, so we can't help you further. How stupid are all of them, I told them my bank has checked, my bank statement and online check and confirmed there is no refund received.
I ask them very simple just check your business bank account have the fund been debited it will confirm whether my refund had be paid or not but they refused to check and respond
I am not only customer-facing the same issue, there are many of my mates facing the same issue from this Company.
My personal opinion to all my mates who may be concerned, do not buy any products from this Company, their services, their behavior, and their actions and their products are not reliable.
It is not worth all the stress, anxiety and anger, and frustration, and most importantly their product is not sure it is safe for our consumption.

I've regularly ordered from My Protein for 3 years because they were competitively priced and Labdoor tested. However, I have stopped because I can't trust their product and their labdoor testing was 3 years ago. There's a lot of negative things about MyProtein customers should be aware of.

First is that their protein has started disappearing off of Amazon.com since Amazon implemented their new supplement policy that requires a brand supply lab testing and additional documentation. At the time I'm writing this, Amazon still has a small subset of MyProtein proteins for sale (e.g. One flavor of chocolate, but few other flavors), but I suspect that's inventory Amazon had before they implemented their new supplement policy.

Next is that the reviews on MyProtein's site are clearly fake. Compare them to the reviews on Amazon.com. You'll see negative comments on Amazon, but you'll see nothing but similarly short and overly positive reviews on MyProtein's site. For instance:
Amazon review says "it has 18 grams and not 19 or 21 grams (of protein). Also when I weighed how much 1 scoop was it came out close to 33 grams not 25 grams"
MyProtein review says "The taste is out of this world and is perfect for people trying to go on a diet or trying to work out!"

MyProtein's site also has a semi-daily review that reads almost exactly the same. Following is an example. Go see for yourself:
"This product mixes effortlessly, tastes good and has a very good bioavailability. It is directly delivered from the company's warehouse. Salted caramel, cookies n cream and chocolate smooth flavors are my personal favorite ones. While Signing Up, use this refffferrraallllllll codddeeeeee 'RODRIGUEZ dash R7L' for extra discounts. Replace the word 'dash' with it's numeric sign i. E -"

This review being posted almost daily inflates the rating.

MyProtein regularly run through a common set of marketing and sales tactics of 30-55% off while also changing the price of products to keep what you pay about the same (even on holiday sales). Don't be influenced by the sale. Instead, just add something to your shopping cart and see what you'll wind up paying. What you're paying rarely changes much. However, recently MyProtein has increased prices to the point where others are becoming more affordable (BulkSupplements.com).

While ordering, MyProtein's website never asks you to confirm the details you entered are correct. As soon as you enter your credit card and addresses and click to move on to the next page, your order is final (suggesting they're quick to take your money).

MyProtein does_not_ allow you to cancel your order before it ships. If you navigate their website to cancel your order before it ships (e.g. While it's in processing), the website says it can't cancel it yet (suggesting they're aiming to keep the sale). I'm not the only reviewer to mention this.

One has to question whether their product meets the protein labeling claims. Their 3rd party testing on labdoor.com is now 3+ years old. MyProtein might be buying their whey from an entirely different dairy manufacturer now (e.g. Dana Foods), or the dairy manufacturer might have changed their manufacturing process. Perhaps the cows the whey come from are fed differently or the whey isn't refined as much for the sake of cost reduction and business profit.

MyProtein's shipping does regularly have problems. I've had multiple packages not arrive. I've had packages arrive with the boxes busted open. I've had packages arrive with the address changed. (I only got the package because I've a friend who works for the local FedEx distribution center and noticed my name on the package.)

Taken together, MyProtein's fake reviews, lack of independent third party testing, marketing tactics, and quickness to take your money make them a dishonest business in my opinion. How can you trust what you're buying from them is actually what they say it is?
