Not only do I LIKE MyPoints, and also have come to depend on it to use as mad money get my 'fun stuff'-- mostly buying amazon.com gift cards. The whole family uses the gift card balance, but it just gives me a little bit of wiggle room each month.
My best savings yet have been combining a Bath&BodyWorks gift card with their annual sale coupons and offers and got lots of $$$$'s knocked off my original total.
I belong to several sites. My Points is generally fair. Yes, I don't qualify for many surveys, but I'm 75, with graduate degrees and I work full time in a field unrelated to my education. I expect not to qualify for some surveys. They don't fill my inbox with 10's of emails, a real plus compared to other sites. The time to complete most surveys is correct and the rewards fair in their value. Bonus point days make it one of my favorite sites. The rewards come quickly, no waiting days, like other sites. All said, a fair site.
I miss getting 10 points if I don't qualify for a survey, especially when I spend quite a while trying to do it only to get a response telling me I don't qualify. It's really annoying and unfair. Sometimes I believe that my surveys take advantage of the information I provide when I spend time doing them without giving us the points we deserve to do them. Several times I've gone through an entire survey, then some technical clich would happen and didn't get any of the points I deserved. These problems have discouraged me from doing them again. I don't want to waste my time and honest, thoughtful responses and not get anything for them.
We usually get $30-$50 monthly. Have to work at it at first to figure out what you're comfortable doing as there are multiple ways to gain points, and some you may not like. We don't do the max possible, but we're happy doing and getting what we do.
I have been using MyPoints for a couple of years now and i cant see myself ever not doing it. The surveys are easy and shopping is a great way to get points also. MyPoints is a good way to earn some spare cash in your spare time.
I love being able to earn points for rewards and save money on shopping. Payment is fast and easy. Great promos and savings opportunities. Also keeps me informed of new sites or ways to save money as well as earn money. Just one of the best websites and one that can be trusted.
I have been a member for many years and it was great until the past several years for which i have repeatedly have to fight them for my points. They sent an offer bak in June for a 4000 point offer for approval of an HSBC mastercard. I was approved and points were supposed to be given within 45 days. Now it is over 90 days and they refuse to assign my points even after going to the Better Business Bureau. I sent them copies of the original offer and the approval for a 6000. 00 credit line. They say they investigated it but they did not because they have all proof. I also sent them 2 later offers showing they are still making this offer even though they refuse to assign points. These people are liars and crooks and are false advertising
Have to say that MyPoints appeals to me on several points. I find that my online shopping is enhanced because I will fairly often compare prices at several of the stores linked to MyPoints and when there is little or no difference in the actual cost of an item, I can find a store that offers more shopping points or faster delivery. I enjoy the daily quiz -- seeing how I match in taste with all MyPointers. Actually surprises me sometimes. I do the Watch options despite some repetitive stories day after day -- but some good stuff. I miss the monthly goals, but like the now gone reward for searches... I can get over that fast. And I am now pretty faithful with the Daily Goal opportunity --collecting the 20 day award and not even trying to do the full month. And I do like the rewards. Just downloaded $200 of gift cards and that was FUN!
The site is just mediocre. I hate that they give you so few points when you make a purchase and the surveys they have are horribly long... way too long so I don't bother.
It's too bad as this site used to be really great!
I enjoy the daily activities and earning rewards. My complaint is, the site continuously asks me to verify my account and will not accept my mobile # to send a verification code. Then tells me I have attempted too many times. I have reached out to "mypoints help" numerous times and cannot get any help. I cannot complete a lot of the surveys because they want me to verify my account. I'm already logged in and complete other tasks, so why do I have to verify my account. Very frustrating.
I love taking surveys at MyPoints. The surveys are very interesting and easy to complete. I also love the number of surveys with high points that are offered per week. The reward points are relatively easy to obtain and very easy to cash out. Keep up the good work guys!
Although it took more points than other sites to get what you want, I stuck with this site with this being my second or third year. In 2020 I earned a total of 6 - $25 gift certificates, but in 2021 I have only earned two and My Points has to this date not honored my last gift certificate of $25 that I redeemed points for on October 29! I have written them several times with no resolution or even an acknowledgement for my last letter. Don't bother with this site.
I utilized this platform for about a year collecting rewards on every purchases and surveys. I had racked up about 100,000 points worth about $750 just to get my account deactivated for no reason. I followed all the rules and guidelines and tried to contact them, but never received any response. This is extremely frustrating to me because I was planning on using my rewards for a future trip. DO NOT waste your time with this rewards platform!
Let me start by saying I mostly use MyPoints for the bonus emails, daily 5, and the deals/shopping. In regards to those things, I love MyPoints.
As for the things I don't really do, surveys and videos, I feel like there could probably be improved. I've had video playlists break halfway through, resulting in no points for me. Disqualification points are nice on surveys, but it's not very fun to get 5-10 minutes in and then find out you didn't qualify.
Otherwise, I love that I don't feel pressured to do surveys or watch videos all day like with some rewards services. I can get rewarded at my own pace, and I love being able to get double the rewards for going through MyPoints on deals and shopping.
My mom and sisters both do MyPoints, and I have recommended it to several friends.
I have been a member for many, many years and always pleased. If you shop online, then might as well get paid for it. I primarily choose Amazon gift cards for my reward, and the codes for those gift cards come to my email right away. Easy to use program!
I am a daily user of My Points surveys and have been so for several years until this week. For some reason I received the "surveys not for me" message and for the last few days have not been able to take a survey. So I will take this opportunity to say that as I carefully read and answer the surveys, I do so in all honesty and integrity. If I have not answered appropriately I can assure you it was certainly unintentional. Hopefully one day I will be able to continue with My Points. I have recommended MyPoints to several friends and have enjoyed my time participating.

I ordered 2 visa gift cards back in February I reached out to mypoints months and months trying to get the cards, to this day this is December 2021 and still no reply on getting this cards. People do not waste your time with this company, used to be good, good no more,. Customer service a real joke. Telling you submit ticket. I did this many times still no reply. This is 32 thousands points I gave up for nothing. People do not waste your time with this company.
My limited disability income barely pays the bills and the government assistance I get only pays for food so the Walmart gift cards I earn through MyPoints helps keep my puppy eating and pay for other essentials. Don't know what I'd do with out them.
I made a purchase by clicking through an email I received from this site. I did not receive the 5000 points offered. I made 2 customer service inquiries, the first 3 1/2 weeks ago about the missing points, and, other than auto responses acknoledging receipt they have not responded. FRAUD.
Great way to earn points and redeem for Groupon and Amazon gift cards. I've been a member since 2011 and love it. Sometimes the surveys can be a little trying, but I just keep at it. Also have purchased gift cards thru them for gifts and earned points doing it. A win-win

Answer: They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
