They never get back to the consumer on questions concerning e-mails or points pending. I sent them 3 different emails concerning why my pending points was not posted to my account after 3 weeks of pending and still no reply.

My Points stinks, You can never get into the games. They are horrible. I cannot say enough bad things about them. In fact they should be shut down by the Better Business bureau. Stay away from these CON ARTISTS,

I've been a My Points user for years now and have redeemed many points. The transactions go smoothly and require little effort on my part. The companies who use My Points are diverse and ones that I like. If everything in life worked like My Points, everyone would be smiling from ear to ear!

I have been participating with MyPoints for years and really enjoy the videos and being able to get gift cards. I am a little upset that the amount of points have gone down on the videos but I will always visit this site. I do everyday.

Seniors, did you ever try to get Survey Points and find you don't meet the criteria or just plain get bumped off the site due to a technical error. Could it be they are discriminating to older adults, or this a valid action. Makes you wonder!

Love My Points! I am very opinionated so it's perfect for me (lol)! I love the surveys and occasionally being invited to join Focus Groups. Giving my opinion to help influence change in products and brands is extremely rewarding. Thank you My Points!

This site is great and easy to use. Get point and turn them into gift cards or CASH in your paypal. I use it daily, sometimes a lot sometimes in my spare time. Great for those extras or special occasions never to early to think Christmas

I have found that I am being kicked out of surveys more and more, well past the 1/2 way point. When I complained about this I was told, "MyPoints surveys are hosted by survey partners and as such MyPoints has little control over the experience."
The upshot is that if you are working on a survey and you get kicked off you will get NO support from my points. To bad, I used to like doing these surveys.

Granted, I don't always get points for shopping because of their criteria, and I don't always qualify for surveys, but there are so many other ways to earn points. Watching videos, ncrave, doing the daily poll, etc. I've been able to cash out once a month, and they pay out super fast.

MyPoints is the most reliable website I've found in earning free gift cards! Been with them for years, and I recommend them to everyone! The variety of point-earning activities are fun and easy to do. The points accumulate quickly and the e-gift cards are delivered instantly. 5 stars all the way!

Videos mysteriously stop working every week or 2 when you start accumulating points. Customer service is a joke-all they keep saying is they don't own the videos. No help! I think they are cutting off users when they start getting too many points so they don't have to give out rewards!

I`ve been using MyPoints for several years now and have had a generally good experience there. The only problems I encounter is with 5-10 % of the surveys that I complete or do not qualify for I don`t get redirected back to their homepage and receive no credit for them. All the gift cards I redeem have been valid.

I've been a member for about ten years. It's pretty easy to get points. My only complaint is with the encrave and the surveys, I always have a problem with them. Otherwise it's fun getting a gift cards every so often.

Working on MyPoints in the morning comes right after getting my coffee. Now that I'm retired it has become a great hobby that lets me earn points to get gift cards for something special. First it was Amazon cards to get my first Kindle and start loading books onto it. Now I'm saving Best Buy cards to get a sound bar for my tv, unless I change my mind and get a new tv instead. We'll see.
