I have been kicked off of multiple surveys after spending 3 hours watching 3 episodes of a show and it gives 5 points for trying. Trying? I spent 3 hours answering questions about the most stupid looking show and I get 5 points? Used to be a good survey site but it's terrible now.
Hi, happy and grateful for belonging to the my points family. It is part of my daily routine to share my ideas and make my opinions known in each survey. I hope there will be many more years to continue sharing with the family.
MyPoints is the best site I have been on in a long time. It is easy to make points but also learning a lot while you are earning. I highly recommend MyPoints to everyone who is not a member yet. You will love them.
The incentives provided are well worth it. Just by shopping as i normally would, i earn points. Also, the surveys are fun. Points add up quickly and are redeemable for either gift cards or cash. This is the survey site i visit the most.
My points is an exceptional site. I really enjoy watching the videos, completing nCraves and taking the surveys. The surveys are on a wide array of topics and the reward for doing all of these things are great. I will definitely continue with MyPoints.
If they think you are making too many points from taking surveys they come up with some BS excuse to no longer let you use them.
Just make up a new account and start over for as long as you can

I absolutely love My Points. I love the fact that I can get points and gift cards at most places I shop. I always receive the gift cards very quickly and have never had a problem redeeming them. I have been a My Points member for several years and have always been very pleased with them. I recently just cashed in points to Lowe's and was able to purchase a vanity for only $60 out of pocket. I was going to buy it anyway. Why not save $100.00 and buy myself something nice. Thanks My Points!
I like MyPoints because I can earn gift cards without buying anything. I do buy things from time to time, since MyPoints offers discounts as well as credits toward a gift card. But I haven't shopped in months, and I still earned enough credits to get a $5 gift card. I'm very satisfied with this site.
The last several times I've redeemed points for a $5 or $10 gift card it takes them forever to send it. I've even went on the activity ledger and asked to resend and sent several emails and they just don't respond. In the past they came on the same day! Have they outsourced their customer service to a third world country like others? They do not provide phone numbers for their customer service problems, nor for their corporate office in San Francisco.
I've been a member for 8 years and this site is great for accumulating points from playing games for money on WorldWinner, but MyPoints needs to get out of the survey hosting business. They state that you will receive 10 pts if you attempt a survey but are deemed 'not qualified'. The Ipsos surveys they host will drop you (not unexpected) on a page that states "Thank you for your interest in participating in this survey. " but NOT redirect you back to MyPoints for the 10 pt credit. I have complained several times about this issue. What I get are replies stating they are not responsible for 3rd party surveys, no credit is made when surveys are 'not available', that points get credited even without a redirect and I just need to refresh my page... etc, etc. So do not believe you will see that 10 pt credit as promised.
I had been a member for many years, but over the last year the deductions, for no reason (no returns), not getting credited for purchases, even after submitting the for for missing points - yesterday was the last straw - they deducted 798 points for a Best Buy purchase that I never even made. I closed my account. I am finished with it. I feel they get the credit for the purchases, they just don't want to pay out anything - Goodbye!
Really enjoy being able to get gift cards, but sometimes it seems you have to jump through hoops to get points. Especially the surveys that seem to disqualify you after you have spent a good deal of time completing them. Really don't like the long videos for minimal points.
I started using MyPoints on a more consistent basis when the pandemic began in March. I have been lucky enough to use my points to purchase pet food for my dogs all summer, which has been very helpful. If I did more online shopping, I would have had even more points to use for cashing in for gift cards. Thank you MyPoints!
There's a lot they need to improve on. All of a sudden there is now a limit to disqualification points. I'm sorry, but if I bust my $#*! on half a survey, I want to be compensated a little bit for my time. Half the time some surveys don't even work, yet they still appear on my screen.
I have been a member for over 20 years now and MyPoints is the fastest way to earn useable points for many different gift cards. I have tried other points sites and survey sites but ended up abandoning them because it took just way too long to get any useable points for anything. MyPoints is definitely the exception.
I was awarded 44,000 points on MyPoints after completing a bonus through Chime. MyPoints then revoked all 44,000 points with no explanation and will not respond to my questions through their customer service. Do not use MyPoints, they are a scam.
My points surveys are shorter with higher payouts. It takes 3900 plus to a 25.00 pay out though. May I suggest to all surveys, less hype, more substance. Taking a survey is a skill, weed out people that will say anything for points. Reward serious people with more points.
I love my points. It's is easy to collect points and to redeem my points. Sometimes it does take a while to get to the amount of the number so you need to get to redeem with your points but at the end it's worth the work.
I have been a MyPoint members for many years. And the site just keeps getting better all the time. The surveys are fun and interesting... which reward you with points. While the shopping site is great because you also get points while shopping at your favorite stores. I would highly recommend this survey site not just to do surveys, but to shop on-line as well.
Well I used to like this site to a point in the beginning there were so many ways to earn points. Now we very rarely get emails where we can earn points for reading them, used to get endless supply of videos for points now we get just a few choices that the videos don't even work. Most of the stores or there of we get points for when we shop at them online/ in-store aren't worth shopping at except say Walmart but when I finally have money to buy from them online (gift cards only never shop with credit card) MyPoints isn't offering points for that store let alone others like them say like Target, KMart, etc. I keep getting this worthless email and/or popup asking me to refer friends but what is the point of referring people if MyPoints isn't giving anyone anything in return. Seems like they are going downhill and if you contact IT people or whatever they give you a very rude response. And I guarantee there are 3 ways I can tell you any 5 stars for this company is a fraud.
Now I can only watch videos on MyPoints.com when I'm not signed in. I have contacted the developers but I get treated like I'm stupid, they ask me if I updated flash. Lol And I'm like duh I updated everything, cleared everything including, flash, my activity in google chrome, disk cleanup, disk defrag. Etc all before contacting them. Still can't watch videos unless I'm not signed in. In the past I had this problem but did a system check and repair and that worked, I once made sure yahoo was the search engine and that worked but not anymore.

Well I did and about a month later finally get a message saying the surveys button or something to that was reactivated and that I have to make sure I answer them truthfully and honestly.
Well I do for the most part, not like I'm going to give exact age and year of birth so someone call steal my Identity. I can complete surveys on other sites like InboxDollars.com but apparently not Mypoints. Not to mention when I cash in points and start to collect more by watching videos I noticed things start going wrong with them and/or they start slowing down or messing up. I know the videos only run with Yahoo search engine but still having trouble after making sure I'm only watching them under yahoo.
