Well weres do i start I orderd from these guys on early morning the 8th of December said spend over £50 get free shipping so that is what I did been messaging them for days asking why I haven't recieved an email with regards to my order being complete then they email me 2 days ago saying your order is processed is it just being checked over wich will take 12-24 hours so I replied with an email explaining these are Christmas presents so I thought they would of been here sooner they then said could pay and extra £9:96 for faster shipping to wich I payed and said I would receive a tracking number wich I still haven't recieved absolute arse holes avoid this conpany if still had no tracking I will be going to my bank to see what I can sort to get my money back yes I understand it's Christmas they are busy but 10 days to make a few personalised things is ridiculous

I bought an engraved photo wallet for my husband on Father's Day! It turned out really cool. I used a picture of me and our dog. The only complaint I can think of is that my face wasn't fully engraved and the picture kind of cut off awkwardly, but overall I was really impressed!
